Description

Trailhead Lodges 114 is an updated downtown townhome with an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and mountain modern finishes throughout.  Sleeping up to ten guests, this rare floor plan has a custom mud room and ski locker for easy gear storage, and an ideal layout for multiple couples or family groups. The whole crew will enjoy the high end entertainment system complete with state of the art 65" curved Smart TV in the living area, and premium cable package with movie streaming options. New king beds, luxury showers, and hidden bunk room will be a hit with the kiddos. You can have it all with ground floor access, and you're just a stone's throw from the free sledding hill, Hideaway Park summer music venue, restaurants, shopping, outdoor pool and hot tub, free bus shuttle, and cross-country ski trails.

Homeowner's Tip We love to bike through the breathtakingly scenic Arapaho National Forest to Winter Park Ski Resort where you can enjoy entertainment, recreation, and dining. We also love Hideaway Park right next to our home where you can watch people having fun, and catch live music!

Pet-Friendly: This home is pet-friendly for one dog, $75 fee applies.

  • The pool & hot tub are closed due to COVID restrictions. 
  • The owners of this property bring their dog to the condo. If you have allergies, please contact our Vacation Planners for details.
  • Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • This condo is in building 1 on level 1.

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the Master, Ergo Motion adjustable King massage bed in the second bedroom, Queen bed in the third bedroom, and two sets of Twin over Twin bunks in the bunk room off the living area. Sleeps up to 10 guests. 

Parking: Free onsite, outdoor parking is available for up to TWO vehicles

Location: Trailhead Lodges is located in the center of downtown Winter Park. Just 2 miles to Winter Park Resort and a short, easy walk to shops, restaurants and the free shuttle service in downtown Winter Park.
