Description

Love life in Lakota, the perfect Winter Park location for all seasons and all activities. Just across from the ski resort and 2 miles from downtown Winter Park, Lakota Antlers 300 offers fantastic views, fun amenities, lavish decor and is pet-friendly (for one dog $75 fee).

Split over three levels, the main level has an open floor plan with the great room taking center stage boasting a 55” curved screen Samsung smart TV and gas fireplace with a stone chimney. Sink into the soft couches and recliners and enjoy the warmth, entertainment, and resort view. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a four burner + griddle gas stove and oven. Two spacious King bedroom suites are also located on the main level. The first Primary bedroom has a King bed, 42” flat screen TV and attached en suite bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The second has a King bed, a 42” flat screen TV, and an attached en suite bathroom with dual sinks walk-in shower.

On the upper level, a loft area and the other two bedrooms are located. The third bedroom has a 32" flatscreen TV and a Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom sleeps up to four with a Twin over Queen bunk with additional Twin trundle. Both the third and the fourth bedroom share a bathroom on the upper level. The lower level is where fun resides! The game room features an air hockey table that can be easily transformed into a game table for cards or puzzles. If that isn't enough, this is also serves as a theater room. Choose from your favorite online movie account and sink into the power reclining sectional that focuses your attention on the 65” curved Samsung smart TV with surround sound. You'll also enjoy the oversized one car garage outfitted with lots of storage and racks for your outdoor gear. For fun for the whole family or multiple families, choose Lakota Antlers 300 as your Winter Park getaway headquarters.

Homeowner's Tip: We love to sit in the hot tub at the end of the day. You can see the last skiers coming down and the grooming machines heading out!

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog, which will be added to your balance after booking online or included in the total price when booking with a reservationist.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Primary bedroom, King in the second bedroom, Queen in the third bedroom, Twin over Queen bunk with Twin pull out trundle in the fourth bedroom and an inflatable Queen EZ Aero bed for extra guests. Sleeps up to 12 guests. 

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 1/2 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in downtown Winter Park. It is a 100-150 yard walk from Lakota Antlers properties to the free shuttle pick up spot.

Please Note:

  • There is no trailer parking allowed within the Lakota Subdivision unless within a closed garage.
  • Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.
