Split over two levels, Willows at Grand Park 160 has been designed with careful consideration for comfort and convenience.  The main level offers a wonderfully social layout with kitchen, dining, and lounge blended together.  A sumptuous leather sectional sprawls in front of a large gas fireplace and Flat screen Smart HDTVs for easy access to all your favorites like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube and more (personal subscriptions required for these). This homes upgraded WIFI connection will keep everyone's devices connected seamlessly for fireside movie watching and using multiple devices. A fully equipped kitchen makes eating in a pleasure, particularly when the spoils are enjoyed with family and friends at the elegant dining table.  But a night in wouldn't be complete without a little soak under the stars, so a new private hot tub awaits for you on the main level patio.

The upper level is designed to be a restful retreat, with three inviting and comfortable bedrooms- the master and second bedroom with King beds also include Flat screen Samsung Smart TVs.  The Master bedroom enjoys an attached bathroom, with an additional shared full bathroom for the second and third bedrooms, and a powder room on the main level.   

A private one car garage, a short 0.13-mile walk to the closest stop on the Winter Park free shuttle route and quiet yet convenient location at Grand Park add the final touches in making this a fabulous home away from home for your next Winter Park adventure.

Homeowner's Tip:  We like to watch the alpenglow during sunset while sitting on the back patio or soaking in the hot tub!

Sleeping Arrangements:  King in the Master bedroom, King in the second bedroom, and a custom built Queen over Queen bunk with additional twin trundle in the third bedroom.  There is also a Queen size, self-inflating EZ bed available for use in main level living area. Sleeps up to 11 guests.

Location: Located within in the Grand Park subdivision in Fraser, CO.  A short 0.13-mile walk to the Emerald Line on the Winter Park free shuttle route, two miles to the shops and restaurants of Downtown Winter Park, and 1/2 mile to the Fraser Valley Recreation Center.  Approximately 4 miles to Winter Park Resort, and 6.5 miles to the Mary Jane Entrance.
