Look no further than Chill 303, a three-bedroom, three bathroom ultra-modern condo nestled just below the Corridor Trail which connects the Mary Jane side of Winter Park Resort back to the main base area and just steps from the best skiing & biking in Colorado. Watch the snow fly or the leaves twirl from the huge glass windows or host dinner from the high-end kitchen. Warm up in the open living room by the gas fireplace while watching your favorite show after a long day of Winter Park activities. Plus, when you're ready to head out the next day, hop on the heated sidewalk and ski to the base of Winter Park via the Corridor trail.

Bring up to ten people on your next Winter Park vacation and sleep comfortably at Chill 303. Rest easy in the two Master King bedrooms, one of which has a Queen pullout for additional sleeping. Each King Master has a modern ensuite bathroom with relaxing amenities. The third bedroom has two sets of Full over Full bunk beds and a shared bathroom. The entire condo is on one level and has elevator access to the entrance, parking garage and amenity level.

Parking: This property has parking for one vehicle in the heated garage and one additional outdoor parking space. Two cars max allowed.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the first Master, King in the second Master plus Queen pullout, two sets of Full over Full bunks in the third bedroom. Sleeps up to ten people.

Location: Ski In/Ski Out access just 150 steps on a heated sideway to the Corridor ski trail. 1/3 mile to base area shops, dining & activities.
