The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with equipment, hot tub was perfect, and the view was great from the deck. Winter Park Lodging Company is one the best I've worked with and we have utilized many property management companies now over the years. They are highly responsive and proactive. We were able to check in several hours early which was a wonderful surprise as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

By Julie, Posted: 12/29/2020We absolutely loved our Christmas get-away at Rosie's Way. The home is beautifully, yet comfortably decorated with top of the line appliances. Spacious and ideal for families with older children as master suite is on the top floor and bunk room and guest room on bottom floor. The location is perfect in a nice, quiet neighborhood yet right across the street from a nice grocery store, restaurants, Grand Adventures ski mobile rentals (a must do!) and just five minutes from skiing in WP and ten minutes from tubing on historic Fraser Hill. Our home was meticulously clean which was a must for me due to COVID. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, bedrooms comfortable and spacious, beautiful master bathroom, private hot tub on patio, games, gas fireplace and even a Christmas tree for us! The property management team gave us timely information and were always a phone call or text away if we needed them (we didn't!). Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend! After a lousy 2020, this vacation was much needed and grateful we selected Rosie's Way.

MANAGER COMMENT: This is a great place to park the car and not get back in it until you head out of town. Bring your bikes or rent them while in town to get around even quicker.
By Jane, Posted: 01/02/2020Amazing view--from living room, dining room, & master bedroom Tons of space--nice open layout for kitchen, dining, and living room; while having a very private master bedroom Great location--close to the shuttle, walked to Randy's. The property is close to the train tracks, but we rarely noticed the train going by (sometimes we saw it). No train horns or whistles. Garage was big enough to hold a Ford Expedition Max.

My little ones really enjoyed Wolf Park higher up on the mountain, which may be the highest altitude commercial swing set in the world. Winter Park Lodging Company makes everything easy, we will be using them again!
By Shirl, Posted: 02/17/2019Rosie's Way was perfect! The house is a good size and room for all to be together. The bedrooms are comfortable and big. There are 3.5 roomy bathrooms, which is great for a group trying to get ready. The kitchen is well equipped and there are two nice patios; one with a grill and furniture, the other with a hot tub. The location is great, walking distance to many of the cool spots in town. It is also close to the shuttle. Parking was off road with a two car garage and extra spaces outside. The Winter Park Lodging Company management is always available for questions and very attentive. We have rented from them before in Winter Park and Steamboat and have always enjoyed our experience. We would not use anyone else. They offer quality houses and service. I wish they were located in more mountain towns!

We particularly appreciate the downtown location, as we walked everywhere – to dinner, to the the market for groceries, to a coffee shop for a cup of coffee in the morning, and to the music festival we came out there for. Plus it's on the shuttle route to the Resort too. Really great mountain views to enjoy in the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and are already planning the next trip!

It was just perfect for the 6 of us and we loved having a private hot tub. The folks at the office were terrific to work with and we'd love to come back for ski season with the fellas!
