Situated one block from Winter Park's main drag on the west side of downtown, Rosie's Way is just steps away from all the shops, restaurants, concerts, and events Winter Park has to offer at Rosie's Way. Since most of the events happen on the east side of Main street, Rosie's Way lets you separate yourself from the hustle and bustle while still being in walking distance.

This new corner townhome is split over three levels with the main level open floor plan being the epicenter of the home. Tall windows let in plenty of light from the Colorado blue skies. Guests can bask in the natural light, enjoy the warm fire, or catch the game on the giant flat screen TV from multiple seating options in the living room. Multiple chefs have plenty of room to prepare meals on the four burner, plus griddle, gas range and oven and do it in style with the stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Step out on the deck for a private gas grill, comfortable outdoor seating, and town and mountain views.

The Master bedroom is located on the top level with a King bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with dual vanity. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shared bath while the third bedroom has two twin over twin bunks with a private bathroom. The lower level second lounge provides games, books, flat screen TV, DVD player, a sprawling new sectional and access to the private hot tub.

The whole family is welcome, including Fido, to come and enjoy the comforts and perfect location of Rosie's Way any time of the year. This home is pet-friendly for one dog. There is a required $75 fee for a dog, which will be added to your balance after booking online or included in the total price when booking with a reservationist.

Sleeping arrangements: King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, two sets of Twin over Twin bunks in the third bedroom, and a self-inflating Twin EZ Aerobed. Sleeps up to nine guests.

Location: Centrally located one block west of Main street in downtown Winter Park behind the Winter Park post office.  Walking distance to downtown shops and dining. Two miles from Winter Park Resort and Two miles from Fraser. On free shuttle route.
