Description

Located above downtown Winter Park, Bear Crossing 1390 has breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. You will never want to leave the incredible comfort that this townhome has to offer: brand new private hot tub on the back deck, two decks in front with stunning views of the Resort and surrounding mountains, heated garage, and a bright and open floor plan with lots of natural light. Retreat to one of the three bedrooms to rest easy after a long day on the trails. There's tons of room to spread out in the King Master, second Queen bedroom and third Twin bedroom plus two Queen sleeper sofas.

This is also a pet-friendly property, which is rare in Winter Park, so make sure to pack Fido's bag when you're coming to Winter Park for your next vacation. 

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $75 fee for a dog, which will be added to your balance after booking online or included in the total price when booking with a reservationist.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the master, Queen in the second bedroom, a set of twins in the third bedroom, and TWO pullout queen sleepers (one in living room, one in kitchen nook area). There is a private bath connected to each bedroom, plus a 1/2 bathroom in the living area. Sleeps up to ten.

Approximately 1 mile from the main street of Downtown Winter Park. Approximately three miles to Winter Park Resort (short walk to free bus shuttle).

Please Note: Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
