Sawmill Station 104 is a hidden gem in downtown Winter Park, close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, Hideaway Park (Winter Parks concert venue) and the ski shuttle stop downtown yet far enough away to escape to peace and quiet.

Settle into your home away from home and let the alluring sofa and soft recliner draw you into full relaxation  Fire up the dual-sided fireplace and settle in in front of the large flatscreen TV with the whole family. If opting to dine in, enjoy the full kitchen with everything needed to prepare your favorite culinary delight.  Just outside on one of the decks is a propane grill as another tool at your disposal for superb meal prep.  When it's time to dine, gather around the delightful wooden dining table that seats up to eight.    Step out back to the private hot tub and soak your worries away with views of the continental divide.
