Lakota Reserve is a beautifully designed, custom home that sits in the signature Lakota community, directly across from Winter Park Resort, with unparalleled views of the slopes. Large groups love the spacious floor plan that offers six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms throughout three levels and 4500+ square feet of modern mountain architecture.

The central focus of the main level is the large lounge and dining area - only upstaged by the incredible view through the floor to ceiling windows. An open concept kitchen offers high end appliances, beautiful granite countertops and an attractive kitchen bar with seating. The main level balcony features a gas grill and outdoor dining table, perfect for summer meals. Meander down to the lower level to discover a second large lounge area with a convertible pool/ping pong table and a second kitchen/wet bar. The lower level patio features a private hot tub, with wonderful views of the slopes at Winter Park Resort. Additional WOWs include two car garage, mudroom, ski lockers, upper level loft with writing desk and inviting chaise lounge, and plenty more unique amenities to keep everyone having fun with space to spare.

When you're ready to relax, head to one of the six plush bedrooms. Featuring four King master bedrooms spread across two floors, plus a Queen bedroom and a bunk room that's perfect for the kids, this large private home promises you some of the best sleep of your life. Make sure to open the windows to get some of the fresh CO air while you snooze.

Pet-Friendly: This home is pet-friendly for one dog, maximum. $75 pet fee applies after booking. 

Homeowner's Tip:  We love the view! Whether it is coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening; watching skiers in the winter or bikers in the summer, nothing beats the view of the mountain!

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the Master bedroom on main level, Kings in both the second and third Masters on upper level, King in the fourth Master on lower level, Queen in the fifth bedroom on lower level, three custom Twin over Twin bunks in lower level sixth bedroom, and a Queen size mobile EZ bed.  Six and a half bathrooms. Sleeps up to 18 guests.

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 3/4 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in Downtown Winter Park. It is a 50 yard walk from Lakota Reserve to the free shuttle pick up spot.

Please Note:

  • There is no trailer parking allowed in the Lakota neighborhood except in a closed garage.
  • This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 8pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.
