Slopeside 202 townhome is in Old Town- just 1/4 mile from the Gondola and the perfect spot for comfort and convenience. Bay windows, vaulted ceilings and skylights maximize the natural light and open feel of the home. In Summer of 2018, all new flooring, countertops, bedding and decor were added.  Wow! Both kids and couples will love the new, large custom bunks downstairs. The open layout of the living and dining area are perfect for gathering, and the kitchen is fully outfitted with lots of extras for cooking meals and sharing the adventures of the day. Need a little alone time? Head to the private deck.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Master with memory foam topper, new Queen in the second bedroom, and a custom Twin over Queen bunk with a Twin trundle in the third bedroom. There is also a Queen sized, self inflating EZ bed to use in the living area. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Location: Old Town Winter Park; 1/3 mile from Winter Park Resort ski area and shops and restaurants. Two miles from shopping and dining in downtown Winter Park.  150 yards from free Winter shuttle route.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
