Loved this location and were were to watch our kids sled from the property! Everything was walking distance so next time maybe not rent a car? Very well stocked and comfortable. Host/manager was easy to contact if needed and it was one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in, ever! We look forward to working with you guys again!

Cozy spacious condo with a great location! We had a great time. Loved that we could walk everywhere with the kids. Comfy beds, cozy living room and all the necessities were there. Communication when we were missing a parking pass was quick and smooth, overall highly recommend and would rent with them again!

My closest friends and myself stayed at this rental over a ski weekend in Winter Park and we had the absolute best time. It is in the perfect location - just a few minute walk into town or to the bus station that can take you to the slopes. The rental itself is so beautiful, clean, and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub amenities! It also has a fully equipped kitchen so we were able to prepare lots of yummy food for the Super Bowl :) we truly had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Winter Park Lodging has excellent customer service. From initial rental to checkout, they are awesome. The rental unit was clean, sized as advertised and in a perfect location. The hot tub wasn’t heating well a few nights-disappointing after a hard day of skiing. The unit was well stocked with all one needed for cooking, to include a wide variety of spices. I would definitely return.

Everyone at Winter Park Lodging Company was great to work with— great communication, great vacation information, great service. Our condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our view of the mountains and park. When we arrived, our original condo had a lot of construction going on outside. They moved us immediately. We called next day to say pilot light not on in fireplace and they came very quickly to fix. They provided everything we needed to completely enjoy ourselves. Don’t hesitate to book with them!  We rented places all over and Winter Park Lodging Co was the very best. Condo 723 was perfect. Thanks for a great vacation and we will certainly book another!

Trailhead unit was excellent and as advertised. Great unit and perfect location. WP Lodging Co was above and beyond with service and support. Well ahead of the VRBO and AirBnB experience.

Our stay at 723 was great. The check in/out process was easy. Location of the condo is perfect. The place was clean and exactly how it looked on the pictures.

We loved staying right in the middle of Winter Park. With a 2 yo, we loved being across the street from Hideaway Park. We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and taking the shuttle to the base of Winter Park Resort. Winter Park Lodging Company helped right away when we had trouble with the access code while checking in and worked with us to allow a late checkout.

We had a great week at 723 Trailhead Lodges. The space was comfortable and clean and plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. This condo is right on the Hideaway Park ....just about even with the stage. There were three concerts while we were there and we enjoyed the music. The pool and hot tub were fun to use. There is also a nice clubhouse with public space and large outdoor grills that would be fun if you had a large group renting several condos. We walked to restaurants and shops and drove the the Rocky Mountain National Park, other hiking areas , and the Saturday night rodeo!

We really enjoyed this condo for our ski trip. It was easy to catch the shuttle to the mountain, and easy to walk to Main Street restaurants. The condo was well stocked with pans and cooking appliances. I bet this is great in the Summer with the band shell so close!

A perfect getaway. We had 4 adults, 2 children and an infant stay and the setup was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with a crockpot, pans etc. everything you would need for an extended stay. The location was perfect. Unfortunately the snow had melted so no toboggan park but instead we had a great playground for the kids just in front of our house. We took my parents who had just arrived from Australia. My mum has back problems so is not so mobile. She was still able to walk to restaurants for dinner and the elevator to our house was a great help. Very welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Very well stocked with cookware and utensils. Would have liked a TV in master bedroom. 2 of the bathrooms had very slow draining bathtubs. All beds were comfortable.

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Great idea for Tv in the master.  We will suggest it to the owner.  When you stay with us in the future, please let us know about something like a slow draining tub.  Our maintenance team loves to make house calls and fix whatever isn't working.  We want to make it right for you during your stay, no need to suffer through on vacation.

Elevators made getting gear up to the room extremely easy. The spacious living quarters filled with high end furniture made us not want to leave this temporary home. Hot tub was in a central location for everyone to use. However, changing rooms are located just feet from the tub. Staff called and checked on us over and over making sure we were all settled in and didn't need anything. The app made checking in and out a breeze. The coded door locks were amazingly easy, and allowed us not to worry about who has the key. You will be lucky to stay here. New ampatheater is right next door. Lodge is walking distance from all of downtown including restaurants, bars, breweries and a distillery. The bus pickup is right outside the complex.

The place was beautiful! Best ski trip we have had in a long time. We had 4 teenagers and everyone was happy and comfortable. The location is perfect in downtown! We walked to get everything we needed. The Guest Relations staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating both before our stay and during. Your kindness was so appreciated! Thinking about coming back in the summer already!

Very comfortable 3 bedroom/3 bath with straight on views on the sledding hill. So perfectly centrally located. Easy to ski, eat and shop.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything about the condo was perfect - especially the location as it faced the park where the concert was going on. We have friends who own condo 813 so it was a breeze to go back and forth between the two. The only one suggestion I have is to have some extra Kleenex boxes on hand. Almost all in the condo were on their last tissues and we had to purchase our own. We will definitely be back next year and will book as soon as we know the concert date. Thanks for a great time!

We stayed in this condo for a family vacation with teenagers (well...20,19 and 14). There was enough room for everyone to spread out and enough bathrooms to go around. The pictures really don't do it justice. It is more spacious than what you think. They provided us with pretty much everything we expected and more. I loved the check-in process. Just download the app from Winter Park Lodging Company, and the keycode for the condo is provided for your stay. Report directly to your condo and begin your vacation. The folks at Winter Park Lodging Company were so helpful and had excellent customer service. I would definitely rent from them again, and would definitely stay here again. We stayed in the summer, but I would think that it would be perfect for a ski vacation. The downtown of Winter Park has some good restaurants (walking distance) and the Base Camp is just up the road (we road bikes there one day) with lots of shopping and restaurants too.

This was the overall nicest condo we have stayed at. It is very spacious and had plenty of room for 2 families. The location was very convenient, it is very close to plenty of restaurants and the park was very close. It was nicely decorated, and had a good mountain house feel. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were a little soft, but everyone slept well. We would stay here again in summer or winter as the bus stop is right outside the building.

We found Trailhead 723 to be convenient to downtown and generally comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, even a food processor. The hot tub and pool are a bit of a walk but that was the only downside. I would stay there again!

The staff are so nice. They call before we get there to make sure everything is good. They call a day or so after we arrive to make sure we are enjoying our stay and if we need anything, and they call when we leave to see if we enjoyed our stay. Today, customer services goes along way. Thank you for the chance to stay at the Trailhead lodge for the 2nd year in a row.

We were very pleased with everything at this condo. Stayed 3 nights during a ski weekend. The location is good, close to the Winter Park shuttle bus stop and easily walkable to nearby restaurants. Those who wish to stay here longer, will find everything they need in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Also very clean and lots of attractive decorations and details. Very nice place - we will definitely come back!

My family had a perfect stay at Trailhead. This was our second time to come back to this exact unit. We loved it so much that we wanted to do it again, and again we were most impressed with the cleanliness and amenities in the unit. It is so well kept and is a perfect location overlooking the park. We initially had difficulty with the automated lock, but we called the office and immediately received a replacement code. No time lost. Everyone was most accommodating and wanted to ensure the best experience possible. We want this to be our regular Winter Park stay!!! Thank you so much for great service.

This was a wonderful place for us to rent for the week. The place was clean with enough towels for the bath and the kitchen. We loved having the laundry in the unit. We were right downtown. On Thursday they had a concert that we could hear and see by sitting on the outside deck. We were close to the Winter Park Resort which had activities to do for the kids. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Winter Park.

We had a great stay @ Trailhead this past weekend. It was perfect for our needs and loved the proximity to town, the park and pool. The condo itself could have had sharper knifes but that's about it. The staff at Winter Park Lodging Company was amazing. Great job on having the best customer service in this entire valley! From booking w a female employee (I forgot her name) to questions and changing things w Crystal to our day of curtesy check in calls from Amy to make sure everything was up to par and that we didn't need anything was all perfect! I found the app to be very helpful. We already booked our reservation for next year! Thank you WPLCO!

We had a great time. We really enjoyed staying at the Trailhead lodge #723. It was very clean and very nice. The beds were very comfortable and really enjoyed having cups and plates and all the kitchen items. The only thing we had to really buy was detergent to wash clothes. We left a whole bottle of detergent for the next person. I hope they enjoy it. Other than that everything was awesome. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Hi, The property is lovely. The furnishings and decorating are extremely attractive. I really appreciate that the unit has some basics including spices, vegetable oil, sugar, flour, saran wrap, etc. A lot of units don't offer basic spices so I really liked this. A few things to consider adding: 1. clock in the master bedroom (we don't sleep with mobile phones nearby) and rooms are very dark with shades down 2. better vegetable peeler in kitchen 3. kitchen shears/scissor - had things we needed to cut open and had to use knives Thanks for the great stay!
