Pass holders can make reservations through their online account and each pass holder may reserve up to 10 ski days at a time. Both hot tubs are the perfect temp and like a little oasis surrounded by trees. Can hardly wait to come back. Winter Park Lodging Company had the kindest customer service and was so helpful and easy to book with!

By John, Posted: 03/19/2019Winter Park Lodging Company staff are great and did a great job. This is our second rental through them. The process of reservation, check-in and check-out was seamless. The unit itself was a great location for easy acres to gondola. We ate lunch at the unit every day on the slopes. The unit is a bit dated and standard ski condo lay-out. The trash can is in a very inconvenient location but we don't know where else it could go. We recommend replacing the cushion chair IMMEDIATELY. We were pleasantly surprised by the blow-up mattress. The range burners need to checked out as they ALL come on very slowly to heat up. The kitchen needs to be better stocked. You need real cereal bowls and not the saucers.
We were NOT happy with the Zephyr's policy that didn't allow us to use the fitness room before 8 am. That is pretty lame for a resort. Also, I went out to use the hot tub one afternoon. While I was about to get in, the maintenance guy came out and dumped chlorine into the tub !!!! Tub maintenance while people are using it - how stupid can you be. On a good note, the transportation bus service right from the lodge instead of going over to catch the city bus was very handy and convenient. The front desk staff as very helpful and friendly even though we were not booking through them. Ski lockers were very convenient and large enough. Unfortunate that some parents like to use this space to dress their toddlers before hitting the slopes instead of in their room. I guess some people don't think about how their actions effect others. All in all, it was a good trip and we would recommend Winter Park Lodging Company and this unit to others.

We are reaching out to the Resort to find out about adjusting the fitness facility hours and why the hot tub was treated with guests in it! Yikes. We are updating the bowls, kitchen ware and the chair in the property and so pleased that the Resort shuttle services worked out well for your needs. We hope your next stay will proceed sans any hiccups.

By Tad, Posted: 08/29/2018Came for a final father/son weekend before school starts back. Winter Park is our favorite place to be one with nature and get away from distractions. Makes it perfect for conversation that usually doesn't’t happen at home. No complaints about the condo. Always a little warmer in the summer but that is to be expected. Winter Park Lodging Company is always our go-to for finding a place to stay here.

By Debbie, Posted: 02/06/2018We are a family of 4 with a 8 and 10 year old and we had a great time in room #2305. It has a great view of the mountain. It was so fun to watch them start up the mountain for the day and to look down and people watch. All the beds were very comfortable. The room is located farther from the elevator which we enjoy because there is less noise. We had no problems with noise from any other units. The free shuttle into town was great so we didn't have to drive once we were there. Soaking in the hot tub while it snowed down on us was magical. The ski lockers were a great bonus so we didn't have to lug all of our stuff up with us. Great stay and great experience with Winter Park Lodging Company. They were very attentive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend booking with them. They are very helpful.

By J, Posted: 07/19/2017This condo complex is always very quiet and clean!! The only complaints I have are..... the sofa needs to be replaced. There is an area on the sofa, right side, that is completely worn-out. When you sit on it, you fall directly on a hard piece of metal/steel. Also, the rug in the kitchen needs to be washed or replaced. However, my complaints are truly superficial... not major at all!! The lodging company called everyday to ensure everything was, as it should be and to see if I needed anything! The view from the balcony was amazing. However, I do wish and hope this condo would invest in some central air!! This weekend was hotter than normal, which mean the condo was extremely hot as well.
MANAGER'S COMMENTS...We will test out that sofa and report back to the owner. Same for the rug. Central air is nice, but we just don't have it in the mountains. We love that fresh air from open windows. We are always happy to bring more fans to help move it around, just give us a call.

By Ron, Posted: 01/23/2017Very nice apartment and location. Clean living and common areas. Some furniture was "wobbly" or a well-worn, but nothing unexpected. Consider including a list of the week's events around the base area in the welcome package, e.g. Kids Night, Broom Ball tournament, free ice skating lessons, etc.
MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Love the idea for a weekly events sheet! Our Guest Experience Team is working on a plan for that right away. The only things that should be "wobbly" are your legs after a big day of skiing, so our Maintenance Team is tightening up the shaky furniture too.

We would have been more than happy to deliver a new microwave and turned the pilot light back on had we known. I would recommend an additional big mirror, located in the master bedroom. The unit can accommodate up to 4 guest, but its hard for other guest to get ready unless they are in the bathroom. Manager Comments: Sorry the burner did not work during your stay Betsy. Our skilled maintenance techs are on the job. We will look into placing another mirror in the Master too. The toaster is busted and is a fire hazard. A burner on the stove is out. Other than that everything was just perfect. Oh accept for my old out of shape body getting a work out of the decade! Thanks for all your help! Travis Manager's Comments... Thanks for the heads up on the toaster and the stove burner. We have our property care team getting those things fixed asap. As for the old body and sore muscles, I hope you recover quickly and come back again soon.

By Fiona, Posted: 12/16/2014We stayed in this condo for a weekend get-a-way. It was perfect for me and my husband. I especially loved the Starbucks directly underneath the building!! It was great being situated right in the village.it was nice to walk around after a day of skiing and enjoy the restaurants and shops. We didn't even need a car since everything we needed was right there in the village. We will be back. Make it a little cheaper and we'll come back every weekend!!
Q: Are their restaurants and shops close by?A: There are lots of restaurants and shops in the village area and only a 150 yard walk from the condo.
Q: Does this condo have a private balcony?A: Yes! This condo is located on the 3rd floor and has a private balcony overlooking the village and ski slopes.
Q: If my kids don't want to sleep together on the Queen EZ bed, is there a way to rent another EZ bed somewhere?A: Absolutely! There is a local company in town called The Grocery Guys that you can reserve an additional twin EZ bed.
