By Dena, Posted: 07/16/2019Location and unit were great! Some weeds on the patio that should be taken care of but otherwise clean and had everything needed for a summer weekend out of the heat. Would love to rent again. Door code expired at 9am instead of 10am and had to call to get a new code to get remaining items so that should be addressed for the future visitors. Otherwise great weekend and loved the over communication from the Management Company.
Manager Comment: Lots of rain this summer, so those weeds are finding their way through. We've got the HOA working on those. Apologies for the door code issue, little software glitch that has been resolved. Come back to see us again soon.

Long lines renting ski's was a bummer and a couple of days with the ice skating rink closed were slight bumps in the road but our place was great very convenient and ski days were wonderful. We also enjoyed tubing. The light parade and Santa were high's we always LOVE. We hope to do it again soon and maybe even try a Spring or Summer stay.

By Karen, Posted: 09/02/2017Very nice 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Winter Park. Great location within walking distance to some shops & restaurants and across the street from the shuttle pick up. Being on the east side of the street it was noisy with buses and traffic. The unit was nicely appointed and even had a small washer & dryer.
MANAGER'S RESPONSE... Great location to stay in the mountains and be so close to everything in the village. Maybe next time we could help you find a condo on a higher floor or facing a different direction to avoid the traffic noise. Glad to hear the washer and dryer were a bonus! Come back and see us again soon!

By Brian, Posted: 02/23/2016Pros: (i) location is excellent with a 3-4 min walk over to Zephyr lift; (ii) indoor heated parking at reasonable rates and 1 min walk to garage from the unit; (iii) corner unit has a lot of windows and natural light and spacious outdoor patio with view of Lower Hughes run and base village; comfortable rooms with spacious living area and adequate bathrooms Areas to improve: (i) range is electric and with wear and tear and could use an update; (ii) washer and dryer in the unit is noisy and outdated and does not do large loads of laundry; (iii) TV could be larger for better entertainment viewing - movies etc. Manager Comments: Thanks for all of that. We will visit with the owner about range, w/d, and TV. We appreciate your comments Brian. Hope to host you again sometime.

Response from management: We are aware that the internet is a bit slow on occasion. The management company is trying to keep an eye on it and reset when it has overload issues. They are also trying to beef it up, but that may take some time. We appreciate you keeping us informed and hope we have it performing better for your next stay.

The unit is much larger than the rest of units at FC & FP and so much bigger than any of the Zephyr units. It's also tucked away on the corner for privacy and it's on the same floor at the hot tub and grill. We plan on staying here in the future!
By Clint, Posted: 03/17/2015This condo was excellent for my family of 5 - the hot tub was just out the gate on the deck but this condo wasn't right next to the hot tub either, so we didn't get any of the noise. Only 2 flights up after a long day of skiing was also a plus. It is just a quick walk to the base of the Zephyr lift and Starbucks. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms great, and the kitchen well-appointed. We will definitely plan to come back!

Winter Park Lodging also booked our rentals and they came to our condo and fitted us for boots and left the skis right next to the base lift with the tickets also being delivered to our room. We didn't find ourselves in one line! Best skiing experience of our lives.

The one downfall.. no coffee the first morning because the maker was broken. When we got back from skiing there was a new pot and Starbucks gift card! We'll be back.
