Base Camp 462 is a 3400 square foot, luxury townhome just steps from the slopes/trails and has all new furnishings, bedding, art, TVs, and more. This home boasts a modern mountain theme throughout and all the world-class amenities your group will want. Be one of the first to stay in this refreshed townhome tucked away at the bottom of the Mary Jane slopes. Base Camp is for those looking for complete convenience and total comfort. Spread out among three floors, you'll relish in the gathering spaces complete with an open floor plan, high-end gourmet kitchen, two living areas, three King bedrooms, a custom bunk room, and a private hot tub overlooking the creek & forest. Base Camp 462 has the perfect layout for couples and larger groups with kiddos - you and your guests won't want to leave!

Plus, the location of this luxe townhome can't be beat! You're less than 150 yards to the Corridor Trail which is a green ski trail that leads to the base area. Ski this in the Winter or walk it in the Summer to get to the base area activities & shopping/dining options quickly. You're also less than a 2 minute drive to the base and 3 miles from downtown Winter Park.

Pet-friendly: This home is pet-friendly for one dog, maximum. $75 pet fee applies after booking.

Homeowner's Tip: We love heading into town and having a craft beer at Hideaway Park Brewery- it's dog friendly, people friendly and always has a new beer to taste! We also love summer gondola rides up the mountain which open up to plenty of biking and walking trails to explore!

Parking: This property has parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway for the home. Any additional vehicles must be parked off site.

Distance to Slopes:  Ski in/ski out access just 150 yards from your back door to the Corridor ski trail.

Sleeping Arrangements: King beds in the first and second Master upstairs, King in the third bedroom upstairs, Twin over Queen custom bunk in the fourth bedroom on lower level, and two Twin day beds (one includes Twin pull out) in the second living area downstairs. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.
