Description
Lakota Antlers 201 is a professionally decorated townhome that welcomes guests with a stylish layout split over three levels in an excellent location. This home boasts stunning mountain views, a private hot tub, expansive deck, plush living room, hotel-style luxury linens, and radiant in-floor heating. Under an open floor plan, the living room is set up surrounding a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The open concept floor plan at Lakota Antlers 201 invites your whole group to relax after a day of fun in the mountains.  

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining table that seats up to six with three more at the breakfast bar. The fully loaded kitchen greets you with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas stove and dual oven. This kitchen is perfect for preparing any meal, from a quick breakfast to a holiday feast. If flame broiled is your fancy, step out onto the deck, take in the views of the ski slopes, and fire up the gas grill. When dinner is finished, polish off a great day in Winter Park by slipping into the private hot tub under the covered portion of the deck.

When it's time to rest easy, choose from one of three bedrooms. Head upstairs to the Primary King Suite and enjoy the hotel-style luxury linens, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Head downstairs and find the King bedroom, with a large King bed, hotel-style luxury linens, flat screen TV, and a shared full bathroom. The bunk room is also downstairs, perfect for the kiddos with two Twin/Twin bunks, and a flat screen TV. This home is perfectly built for families to spread out and come together after a fun day on the slopes and trails in Winter Park.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Primary suite, King in the second bedroom, two sets of Twin/Twin bunk beds in the bunk room bedroom. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Please Note:
  • There is no trailer parking within the Lakota Subdivision unless within a closed garage.
  • Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
Parking: There is room for one car in the heated garage & one in the driveway. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.

Location: Lakota subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 1/2 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in downtown Winter Park. It is a 50 yard walk from Lakota Mountain Lodge properties to the free shuttle pick up spot.
