Such great views from the patio! Amazing alpenglow each evening. This was the perfect spot for our family of 4.5....and dog was remembered/welcomed too! Very easy to bike the back roads in the neighborhood and terrific, central location for all the adventures in Grand County. Thanks for hosting us!

The condo was beautiful, and full of little touches that made it feel like home, we had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our dog as well. Loved having bus access to Winter Park. The team at Winter Park Lodging was fantastic and supportive of all our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful trip!

Just a quick getaway before school but the dog HAD to come! A really nice, clean condo that is pet-friendly was a bit harder to find. The management team was helpful and always there if we needed, we didn't. Would happily recommend and return!

We stayed at cozens point and it was a great condo. We are a family of 4 so it was nice having the 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. This is our second stay using Winter Park Lodging Company and their customer service is exceptional!

The condo was nice. All we could want was there. A fair amount of stairs to access but other than that we had a very nice time.

Our condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. We've stayed at rentals like this before and they usually come with one roll of tp, one roll of paper towels, no liquid soap, laundry soap or dishwasher soap. The unit was fully stocked for our stay. We would most definitely return to Winter Park and stay with you at Cozens Pointe again. Thank you!

We spent a weekend in this condo in February. It is spacious, and comfortable. Nice gas stove to cook on, all the cookware you need, and teas and coffee supplied. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries, robes in the closet, and a blow up bed for extra people. There were games and books, movies, and TVs in every room. Very cozy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for giving us great service and help in making our stay in Fraser so enjoyable. Your responsiveness and accessibility before and during our visit were top-notch. We called twice for help with the tv remote and it was great to have a technician run right over to help us with it. It wasn't an issue with the remote or the tv it was our inexperience that needed the support. I also love the way you send text and email instructions prior to arrival. Makes the whole travel experience feel so stress less.

We really enjoyed this well decorated and cozy condo. I would highly recommend and as always, love working with all the staff at Winter Park Lodging Company. They are so warm and accommodating.

Piece of Heaven!  Unit was well equipped with everything and anything possible. It was clean and decorated nicely. The view was amazing and close to the resort. Only draw back but expected was the 3 flights of stairs ( bummer lugging all your stuff) but the positives of the views and not having anybody walk above you was key

We were very satisfied again with our rental experience with Winter Park Lodging Company. We needed a place to relax for a few days and we were able to do that. Our son and his furry friend came with us and he was very pleased also. We were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. I am certain that we will visit the Winter Park area again soon!

My husband, our dog, and I had a great experience staying at this beautiful condo. It was close to Winter Park and other exciting areas. The management team was exceptional. It was easy to get into the condo, great view and cool evenings.

We spent 5 nights at this Cozens Point location. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and even allowed us to host dinner for family friends staying in another Cozens Point condo. We skied at Granby Ranch which was not far, had dinner in Tabernash, and visited Winter Park on several occasions. Everything was very close. The customer service from Winter Park Lodging Company was excellent. We didn’t need anything from them but they were available if we had. We would definitely stay in this location again.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend at Cozens Pointe I-302. The Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It is also very conveniently located - close drive to restaurants and grocery store, and only about 10 minute drive to Winter Park resort. The Condo was especially well suited for families - my 5 yo enjoyed playing the board games that were stocked in the condo and sleeping in a bunk bed. We will definitely be returning!

From initial booking inquiry - through the process of finding a property right for us ( we have a small dog) we were extremely impressed with the high level of customer service. The property itself mirrored the same level of quality. The personalized hand written welcome note was a great touch. I would highly recommend you and will return. Lastly, the booking agents were all amazing. Very professional and friendly. Thanks for a great experience.

Cute modern country chic.  Has an awesome view looking at Devils Thumb and the Indian laying down and of Fraser because it is on the 3rd floor. Brand new development and building, super clean and love the country feel. It was also great to be able to bring our dog!
