Cozens I-302 is a bright newly built two bedroom, third-floor condo at Cozens Pointe overlooking Fraser, CO.  With a professional decorative touch, you'll be drawn into the middle of the room under the swirling ceiling fan and into the sprawling sectional and swiveling lounge chairs.  Once you have settled by the fire, tune into your favorite program on the Smart TV, play your own tunes through the Sonos speakers, or dig into the games and movies stored inside the ottoman. Meal preparation is smooth and efficient in the modern full kitchen with gas stove and oven and dark granite countertops.  When the sun is right, head outside on the private deck to make use of the sweeping views and the gas grill.

Retreat to the Master bedroom with flat screen TV, great views, and en-suite bathroom and send the kiddos to the bunk room for a peaceful nights slumber. When it's time to hit the slopes in the morning, grab your skis from your private ski locker downstairs and head to the mountain just a four mile drive up the road.  Cozens I-302 is a great place for the whole family to retreat to, even the four-legged members.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $75 fee for a dog, which will be added to your balance after booking online or included in the total price when booking with a reservationist.

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in master bedroom, twin over full bunk in the second, and twin self-inflating EZ bed.  Sleeps up to six.
