Set by Jane Creek at Base Camp, your back deck and private hot tub look out over the trickling creek and tranquil forest behind it, a very rare commodity for lodging located just 150 yards from the ski trails. Inside you'll find tall ceilings, two separate lounge areas and an open floor plan that enhances this home's spacious and comfortable feel.  

The expansive kitchen has exquisite counters, a large island for breakfast, and a professional-grade six-burner gas range built for the chef in your group. The kitchen shares a two-way fireplace with the back deck, where you'll also find a large grill, perfect outdoor cookouts by the sounds of the forest. For the gamers in the family, enjoy the new Foosball coffee table and the new ping-pong table in the garage. When it's time to rest, you'll find comfort and quiet in the four welcoming bedrooms with high-quality linens and relaxing decor. Enjoy three bedrooms on the upper level each with plush bedding and nature views and an additional bedroom on the lower level that's perfect for kids. It's time to play hard and rest easy at Base Camp 476!

Homeowner's Tip: In the summer we enjoy opening the windows and listening to the river running outside our home. It is a tranquil and enjoyable sound. In the winter, there is nothing more relaxing than sitting in the private hot tub on the deck and watching the snow fall.

Parking: This property has parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway for the home.  Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Master bedroom, a King in the second Master bedroom, Queen in the third bedroom, and Queen over Queen bunk bed in the fourth bedroom.  Portable, Queen size self-inflating EZ bed accommodates an additional two guests in the second living area. Sleeps up to twelve guests.

Distance to Slopes: Ski In/Ski Out access just 150 yards from your back door to the Corridor ski trail.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
