We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our experience at Founders Point!! Winter Park Lodging had great communication throughout our stay. Proximity to restaurants, shops, tubing and slopes was great! Hot tub was awesome! Access to everything in the building was easy. Overall, we had such a great time and will be back!!

Founders Point was a very well located two bedroom unit. Is was a time to visit our daughter at CU Boulder and bring some friends skiing. The location was in the village so walking to the gondola, shops and restaurants was perfect. The unit was very clean, organized and accessorized.  The WPLCo staff was very helpful in all the arrangements and advice on where to park additional cars free downtown for the stay. We stated through WPLCo last year in a home and that experience was wonderful and why we like working with WPLCo.

Very Comfortable, well cared for, well kept, up to date condo. ***Very Clean*** Beautiful View of the mountain, a large, nice balcony with Polywood furniture. Terrific location, less than 100 yards to Starbucks, 150 - 200 yards to the Gondola and all the shops and restaurants at the main base. The furniture was all in good shape and was nice quality. The entry was roomy and well organized with a bench to remove boots/shoes and plentiful hooks to hang helmets, jackets, etc... The living and dining area was lovely, we especially enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped, plates, glasses, silverware, cookware, coffee pot and water kettle, etc... were in good shape and nice quality. The bedrooms were large with nice closets, beds were very firm, but comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of bathroom tissue, paper towels, bath towels. Winter Park Lodging company staff, especially Casey and Jill were so helpful and generous with information. All the communication from the management company was excellent. We took the train up from Denver Airport to Winter Park which was a fun and efficient way to travel without having to rent a car. The condo was within easy walking distance from the train even with luggage and skis. The only drawback was that there is no storage at the property for luggage prior to checking in to the condo. Winter Park Lodging Company offered to keep our things at their office, which they delivered to us later in the afternoon. We were also allowed an early check-in which was most appreciated as it is not often available. There is noise transfer from adjacent units that we easily blocked with our phones' sound generator for peaceful sleeping. This was a rental that was 'as advertised' - in fact nicer than advertised. We were very pleased with our choice, and the nice service from the management company.

This place was great! It was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed at. It was fully equipped with anything and everything I needed. I would highly recommend this location but especially the Winter Park Lodging Company.

We love staying at this location in Founders Pointe. The parking is so easy and a quick walk to the slopes. The condo has all of the amenities (shampoo, lotion, tea, coffee, laundry detergent, hot tub towels) you need and nicely upgraded decor and the beds are comfortable. Luggage carts are provided to easily bring all of your belongings up. If you hear the snowplow in the morning you know it's time to get up and hit the slopes. We will be back!

Great place! I believe I have stayed in 4 different condos in Fraser Crossing/Founders Point with Winterpark Lodging Company. This is my favorite. Have stayed here in December, August, and September. My brother and I for a December ski trip and my wife and I in Aug/Sept. Great views from the deck. Many upgrades inside. My wife and I had a great 6 night trip. Our daughter came up from Westminster for a few days. Dealing with Winterpark Lodging Company takes a lot of stress of planning a trip off my shoulders. With the heat index being over 100 every day in south Florida it was nice to be in the 72 high 40 low range. Looking forward to our next trip in September with Steamboat Lodging Company and Winterpark Lodging Company.

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is great - walking distance to the gondola. Great restaurants near by and a beautiful view for working parents in the condo.

We had a great stay at Founders Point. There were plenty of linens and we even used the pop up bed. It stays very warm in the condo so we slept with windows cracked to cool it down at night. The location and view were great. The lockers and wagons were very useful for ski equipment. Be sure to park in the right area of the parking garage because it services a few different buildings.

We stayed here for a quick getaway- nicely upgraded unit in a great complex. We chose this unit specifically to be close to the ski/ base area, and couldn't have been happier. Love that that this company offers upgraded bedding with duvet covers that are laundered after every stay. We will be returning!

A very nice stay. Clean property and terrific location for ski access. The hot tub is pretty terrific also. I would definitely recommend!

The condo we stayed was great! We made some great memories! We had stayed in Founders Pointe a couple years ago and that condo was great as well but it was on the other side of the condo from the elevators, but condo 4541 was perfectly located right next to the elevator! The only downside was everything closes so early at the resort, the stores are closed by 5pm and the restaurants close around 7pm. Which has nothing to do with the condo, but it is a good heads up for future stays. The hot tub is fabulous!  We used the grills to cook dinner several times. We went on several day trips around the towns close to Winter Park. Our favorite trip was to Steamboat Springs, we rented tubes from Backdoors sports. It was so much fun!

We loved the location of this condo and its amenities for our family ski trip to Winter Park. Our two adults and two teens easily spread out. The corner unit with big windows made this condo bright and airy. The views of the village, gondola, and mountain were lovely. We made the short walk to the gondola pulling our skis in the red wagons provided by the resort. It was fun to get take out from a variety of restaurants in the village. The management company was very easy to work with, and our check in/out process was smooth. We would come back to this place again.

It was terrific to stay at the base in a larger property, 3 bedrooms, and still not have to sell organs! But seriously, it was a great deal. Easy to get to gondola and the base area. We loved it. Plus, the lodging company folks were very easy to work with. See you all again!

Super comfortable unit. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Very accommodating and responsive property management company. I would have no hesitation to book this unit again. My only (very minor) complaint would be they need to update the televisions in this unit. Made watching the NFL playoffs after a day of skiing a bit disappointing. And you can buy decent 4K TV’s so cheaply now I can’t imagine why they have old TV’s in such a fantastic condo. Again, the TV’s are a very minor complaint — this is a phenomenal condo in a perfect location run by a great property manager... and after staying in several different units at Winter Park this one is easily my favorite due to space, view, and overall comfort. 5 star stay.

Unit was exactly as described. Our family of 5 stayed in this 2 bedroom unit and there was plenty of room. The location was excellent as it is a 3 minute walk to the gondola and directly across the street from the village. Property manager provided excellent communication.  Thank you!

Very happy with our recent rental. The location was a stone's throw from the gondola. Amenities were perfect and the size of the condo was spacious for 2 adult and 3 kids. The service from the management company was great - used texts to keep us informed and up to date on all aspects of the condo and mountain. We would absolutely rent again.

Our stay at Founders Pointe was the perfect getaway for my son's birthday. The unit looks right out on the slopes and the village and has a huge balcony. The living room area is spacious and the communication from the Winter Park Lodging Company was superb - there was even a welcome gift of goodies upon our arrival. The ability to walk to the village and the gondola and store your skis in the ski locker make this an ideal location for a ski vacation. Highly recommend!

Dear Winter Park Lodging: My experience here was awesome because you actually talk to people on the phone and follow up! I think we could have been in a shack and because you interact, I would still be happy. But we were not in a shack! The home was perfect, well appointed, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Even though there were a few hiccups with the dishwasher and a light bulb. The situation was addressed and even though the out come was not great, the immediate addressing of the concern made us just roll with the punches and we washed some dishes as a group. We will be calling to book with you for next year!

Manager Comment: Such wonderful news, even when things weren't perfect. I'm glad we were able to still make you feel great about staying with us. We will always 'make things right'. Call us soon for next year!

This was a fantastic stay for our family. We enjoyed the activities and restaurants at the resort and the accommodations were fantastic. This unit is clean, offers a great view of the resort and mountain, and is about a two minute walk to the gondola. The staff at Winter Park Lodging Co. was friendly and were able to answer every question we had. Our trip was a last minute booking and the staff was able to help us through the process without any difficulties. We can't wait to come back.

Everything about our stay with the Winter Park Lodging company was easy from start to finish. The decor at Founder’s Pointe 4541 is very tasteful and relaxing, and you can’t beat the location! This was a great spot to retreat to after a long day of skiing with the kiddos.

FP 4541 was everything we expected! Comfortable, well stocked, warm, convenient to skiing and the whole staff of Winter Park Lodging Company were ALL very helpful and polite! From the minute we booked until the hour after we left; I received a call from Jill while we were sitting on the plane to head home, asking me how everything was. That has never happened before on any vacation we have taken. One word to sum it up; OUTSTANDING!!!!

WPLC was so helpful in helping me get everything lined out for our first ski trip as a family. They not only answered all of my questions quickly, they even called before our trip to ask if I had any questions, called shortly after we got in to our condo to see if we needed anything and called shortly after we left to ask how we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies and even plenty of toilet paper)! We never did try the humidifier, which would have been wise. The unit is by the elevators which was handy...we were worried about noise, but heard very little. The wifi was great, except on a Sunday when it seemed everyone wanted to use it! The unit is just a short walk to the rental shop (we left our gear there every night) and a short walk to the Zephyr lift. A little longer of a walk to the Gemini lift for beginners like us...but not bad at all. We had a great experience! Thank you! We plan on going back for sure!

Loved this condo! It was just like the photographs and even more spacious than we expected. Very clean and modern with very nice decor. Balcony was GREAT, the kids loved watching the grooming machines at night. Getting to the slopes was easy, and having the ski lockers downstairs made things even easier. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay here and the view from condo was spectacular. It has great views of the village and the ski hill and is just steps from the lift. We had plenty of room with the bunk beds and the pull out in the living room. The place is very clean and the hot tub on the 3rd floor amenity deck was wonderful! The hot tub is huge so it never felt awkward if there were others using it. Parking is available for an additional fee and I would recommend it as it was nice to have a vehicle right there if you plan on going into town like we did. Nice place!

Our group of 7 really enjoyed this large condo at Winter Park Resort. We were close enough to everything to feel comfortable letting the older kids head out to the slopes early while the adults enjoyed a more leisurely pace over breakfast. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Washer and dryer in the condo was a great perk. Tip for future travelers: go to the amenity deck early in the day and you'll get it all to yourselves...we did, three days in a row!
