By Leigh, Posted: 02/01/2021We loved this condo! So close to the lifts it was great for our family. Perfect size for the three of us! Kitchen was good... Could use a few more skillets. Also a few light bulbs were out. Those are the only reasons for not rating excellent. Staff was very attentive and great to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.
MANAGER COMMENTS: So sorry for the lights being out. Please reach out anytime things aren't just right/working properly We'll get right over to set things right. Thanks for letting us know and we'll get some more skillets over to the property. We look forward to hosting you again whenever you're back this way.
By William, Posted: 08/02/2020Casey and Amy with WPLC couldn't have been more accommodating with last minute reservations, extensions of stay (twice) and unit selection. With our plans changing every other day, they pivoted with our needs as they unfolded. Unit was clean, with updates since our last stay in 2018. The Fraser Crossing complex/Winter Park Village/Winter Park Fraser/Tabernash/Grand Lake businesses/restaurants all take the COVID issue seriously, so plan on wearing a mask everywhere. The upside of a few mild inconveniences was a stay that felt safer than our own hometown.
MANAGER COMMENT: We were happy to extend your stay. More time in the mountains is the best thing for everyone. Keeping those masks on allows us to stay open and everyone to enjoy our time here. Thanks for complying!
By Jana, Posted: 01/04/2020We love Winter Park and being right next to the resort is great. This is the second time we have stayed at Fraser Crossing unit 3517. This year the living room furniture was all new as well as the breakfast table. We loved the new look! It was beautiful. The unit is a little small for our family of 4 but it works. We love having a full kitchen to prepare meals. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but when you are tired it’s ok. We will definitely look to stay here again next year!
MANAGER COMMENT: Isn't that new furniture great! Thanks for noticing. Let's get your next stay booked soon.
By Jana, Posted: 08/15/2019We had a wonderful stay in unit 3517. We arrived around 1:30 to Winter Park and were able to check in early at 2:30. We also had a very nice welcome gift waiting in the room. The Zephyr allowed us to leave our luggage with them while we walked around the village and had lunch. The room was very clean but a little small for our family of 4. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable for our 10 and 15 year old. The king bed was fine and the kitchen had what was needed to cook simple meals. You do need to buy everything because this condo did not have anything but a little salt and pepper. We loved the location and being right there by the slopes! This was a perfect vacation even with the uncomfortable sleeping. We will definitely be returning to Fraser Crossing!
Manager Comment: Thanks so much for your feedback. Since we don't stay in the homes, we don't know how the beds feel, so your comments are much appreciated. We will pass along the news of the sleeper sofa to the owner. Glad to hear you enjoyed everything else about your stay.
By Deborah, Posted: 04/02/2019Clean, comfortable room with great amenities. We don't ski but we did find many other activities to do. Snow Cat tour, great restaurants, tubing. We normally go up during the summer but this winter/spring time was also fun.
MANAGER COMMENT: So very glad you came to visit us in the winter. There is always something to do here even if you don't ski! Hope to see you again soon.
By Mike, Posted: 12/09/2018The reason it wasn,t an excellent rating was because of the parking. I was told that I needed to pay 15 dollars a day, which I did. As it turned out, I did not need to use the code to get in and out of the empty parking lot!! I look at the 80 I spent for parking as a complete waste of money. Maybe even a ripoff!!
MANAGER COMMENTS: Our apologies for the parking mishap Mike. We are reaching out to you to make this right. There were some problems with the gate and third party parking system during the dates of your stay. We hope we can host you next time with a flawless experience.
By Paula, Posted: 03/19/2018Location was GREAT! Code access to building and suite was very convenient as were the Ski lockers. The room was clean, would have liked more then one towel per person but one towel per person worked. The only reason we would not return would be because both beds were thin and very uncomfortable. So much so, I chose the floor over the bed the last night, in hopes to get some sleep.
MANAGER COMMENTS: We are pleased you enjoyed the location of the property. We will always bring more of anything you need to be as comfortable as possible. We are just trying to do our part to stay "green". We are addressing the beds currently and hope to work on those to be more comfortable. We do hope to host you again in perhaps another property with new mattresses.
By Bruce, Posted: 03/14/2018From the initial call to book our reservation, to the follow up call after check out, the staff could not have been more pleasant and easy to work with. They were able to find available lodging for our large group on a busy March weekend with units at Founders Pointe and Fraser Crossing. The properties were clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty of pillows and bedding for everyone. This is one of the best property management companies we have ever used for condo rental and will use again if staying in the area.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Fantastic! We are all so thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us and we could find a good fit of properties for you. Do contact us when you travel back this way...we'd love to host you again.
By Brian, Posted: 01/08/2018We had a wonderful time. The unit was close to the ski resort which was wonderful. We are looking returning in February. We will be calling for pricing.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Great! So pleased to hear it. Do give us a call so we can apply your return guest discount. Looking forward to hearing from you.
By Samantha, Posted: 07/23/2017wonderful condo with everything we needed. Great location
By Greg, Posted: 08/02/2016Not only is Winter Park lodging the best deal in the Fraser Valley for a high-quality condo, it's starting to feel a lot like home. These folks sweat the details. Slopeside views, fresh mountain air, cool nights to snuggle with your sweetie – what's not to like?
Manager's Comments... Love, love, love your feedback! So happy to hear you had an awesome stay with us. Come back to the mountains and visit us again soon!
By David, Posted: 02/27/2016Great condo for two, great location, just a few minutes to the zepher list and village.
By Ivey, Posted: 01/26/2016I really want to thank you all for making my first to Colorado one of the best experiences. I look forward in returning in the near future. Great service from emails to phone calls. We absolutely loved Fraser Crossing 3517. Thank you again.
By Amanda, Posted: 12/29/2015My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Plenty of room and great access to everything. Thanks for having a humidifier which helped since we are from the south and not used to the dry air. We would definitely stay here again.
By Stacia, Posted: 08/06/2015I took my 2 kids to WP for the weekend to enjoy the summer activities. This unit was the perfect size for us and is very nice and well-equipped. We rented bikes from Epic mountain sports which I would highly recommend. They were very nice and helpful and we had a great time. This unit is in the corner so the only issue we had was air flow. It was a bit warm so we had to keep the door open to get cool air into the unit. Other than that it was great.
By Nic, Posted: 08/05/2015Really enjoyed our stay with you folks. Customer service was great Courtney called several times to check and make sure we had everything we needed. Room was great, even nicer than the pictures made it look. Great community village feel all throughout Winter Park, overall great experience. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!
By Anthony, Posted: 04/07/2015Great Location with access to the lifts, Village and the bus line to Fraser or Old Town. Condo was more spacious then expected. Will be back next season!
By Natalie, Posted: 02/23/2015My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Crossing 3517 in Winter Park! The room was very nice and clean, and we all slept so well! The only problem was the room got really warm, but cracking the windows and door helped! We will deff. be back!
By Simon, Posted: 01/26/2015The condo was a little tight for our group of 4, but we made it work. The pullout was surprisingly comfortable and the kitchen came equipped with a crockpot, so we could make homemade chili—the best meal to have after skiing and as we settled in to watch Sunday football. The giant hot tub on the shared deck was also a nice perk.
By Ann, Posted: 01/04/2015We had a great stay in Fraser Crossing 3517. It was wonderful to have so many hangers for our clothes and the accessibility to the village was wonderful! Everyone at WPLC was very courteous. A few things that would have been helpful: 1. Hand soap in the kitchen. 2. A couple more rolls of toilet paper. 3. A coin changer in the laundry area.
By Margaret, Posted: 12/27/2014My husband, 2 grandsons, and I had a great weekend in Winter Park. Coming from Florida, they had never seen snow, so this was a real treat. The boys loved the Coca Cola tubing hill. They would race each other to see who could get down first. We also enjoyed Goody's, the Village Creperie. We all have a sweet tooth, so we would venture there daily to enjoy some fresh fudge. It did take a day or two to adjust to the altitude, but Winter Park Lodging Company gave some great tips to do so, when they called our first evening to see how our stay was going. They constantly offered top notch service during our stay.
