Sawmill Station 220

This was one of the best locations we have stayed with. The management company was great and the home was well stocked. We enjoyed the private hot tub and close proximity to restaurants, parks and bars.

The house provided more than enough room for 3 adult couples. The private hot tub was perfect for ending our days. I have stayed at a lot of rental condos/homes and this one was by far the most stocked with towels and paper goods, spices, etc. The location was in the middle of the action. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and just a short drive to the resort or Fraser. We were lucky enough to be there for a free concert at the Rendezvous Event Center so we could walk down and enjoy the music. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was spotless upon our arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome sign and a few thoughtful snacks. We experienced a minor issue with the batteries in the remotes, but after contacting the property manager, they promptly came over to resolve it. Overall, this has been the best place I’ve rented in the mountains so far.

Great central location to park, restaurants and shops downtown.  Responsive and efficient mgt group; easy check-in and out process; lovely setting; nicely appointed property; appliances in good working order; clean and neat.  4 bedrooms slept 9 comfortably.  The pullout sofa could sleep 2 more; fans for summer heat to bring in cool night air; neighborhood trash very accessible.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The location is fantastic—so convenient to everything we needed. A few small opportunities for improvement: installing a smart garage door opener would be a great upgrade, as it was inconvenient for someone to get out of the car and walk through the snow to manually open it. The dishwasher seemed a little older—we’re used to models that don’t require as much pre-scrubbing. Also, the dining room lighting could use improvement—it was very dark even with the light on. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return!

We had an amazing time at this condo on our vacation! Our travel party included 4 adults and 4 children, and Sawmill Station 220 was the perfect fit. There was plenty of room for everyone, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town of Winter Park. It is an easy walk to multiple restaurants, Hideaway Park, and several Lift Shuttle stops. We took the shuttle to Winter Park Resort for skiing, and it was never more than 10-15 minutes. There are two driveways for easy parking. The management company is one of the best I've dealt with. They are super responsive and helped us resolve an issue on the first morning. I love that they have both phone and text.

We loved staying at this cabin and enjoyed how easy it was to take the shuttle to and from the resort, walk to the restaurants, and hang out in the property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast before heading to the resort and we loved how easy it was to access the hot tub to use after skiing all day. The property manager does a great job of responding quickly to anything you need and we will definitely be staying here again. Loved it

Clean, well-stocked, and spacious! Kitchen had everything we needed to eat some meals in. Hot tub was great! Separate towels for hot tub a bonus! Excellent location for catching bus to ski resort or for walking to restaurants. We took advantage of the puzzles during our down-time. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Would have loved a dining table that could fit us all together (we were 8 total) . Maybe get an extension/leaf table here? Terrific kitchen with enough room to prepare all our full meals comfortably. Well stocked property and comfortable. Excellent 2 garage bays kept the vehicles frost free. We enjoyed working with Winter Park Lodging Co folks and they had all sorts of great recommendations for us. We had a great time!

The townhouse was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our own dinners. We were also right by a shuttle stop for easy access to the resort each day. In addition, one of the people in our group forgot an item at the VRBO. The staff quickly found it and mailed it to us within the week!

Absolutely the BEST condo we’ve rented in Winterpark. We are from Denver and rent often in the area. I love staying in the town of Winterpark vs the base as there is more to do in town. This condo is better than the pictures advertise. So well appointed! The 5 bathrooms was amazing! Rooms big and comfortable. Living room so cozy and even a Christmas tree when we arrived. TWO garages was amazing. Shuttle to WP literally on corner. Great grocery stores, pubs all in walking distances. Never used our cars. Hot tub was amazing! We will be back!! Thanks so much!

We had a terrific time! Nice updates here and there in the property. Tiny TVs in the bedrooms but we're not really TV folks so was fine for us. We are movie watchers though and so really appreciated a large TV in the living room and comfy couch to all enjoy. Really lots of space for a townhome and we all enjoyed the very clean hot tub. We'll be back!

Wow, we’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO places…this was hands down the best well appointed of all! It included EVERYTHING one would need while there! Extra toilet paper, yes..extra laundry detergent, yes, extra dish soap, yes…extra shampoo, yes.. beds were comfy, tv’s in every bedroom…for any questions, they were only a phone call away, and everyone I talked to so very nice! The hot tub, a bonus! Also towels for the hot tub…no stripping the beds or gathering towels when leaving, just start dishwasher and empty trash..it was all so nice and easy! Would we stay there again…YES!

We stayed in 220 Sawmill Station for a ski vacation in February 2023. This was a guys trip. We each had our own master bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. The home is three stories with heated garage parking for two cars. It’s a pleasure to get into a car in mountain country when it’s not frozen solid. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. It has a private hot tub in the backyard, which was amazing. The management company empties and refills the hot tub with fresh water, making it very sanitary. The location is fabulous. We had a short 40 yard walk from our front door to the shuttle bus stop which took us to the ski resort each day. The house is about two blocks from the heart of Main Street in Winter Park. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked. We were there during the Super Bowl and had a nice large screen TV in the living room to enjoy the game. When we arrived, we noticed the dishwasher was not working (the door latch was broken). One quick call to the management company and the next day it was fixed. Amazing service. The Wi-Fi also worked very well throughout the home. If our travels bring us back to Winter Park in the future, I would not hesitate to stay in this home again.

This is a large, clean, well appointed condo in an amazing location. Two blocks from the heart of downtown Winter Park. Less than 50 yards to the shuttle bus stop for easy access to the ski resort. Private hot tub was amazing. Heated garage parking for two cars. Big screen TV. We loved everything about this condo.

We had a fabulous stay at the condo! The kitchen is stocked really well to enjoy meals in- the table expands to fit 10! Beds are very comfortable for plenty of rest between ski days! Bus picks up very close to condo. We loved it!

Great townhome for our party of nine. Loved having a two car garage and the hot tub was wonderful. Winter Park Lodging Co was responsive and easy to reach. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to replace the living room television with a Smart TV. They are very affordable now and most people want to watch something on Amazon or Netflix after a long day of skiing, not just the options provided with basic cable. Fortunately, we brought a Fire Stick with us and it worked well so we were able to watch whatever we wanted. Thanks for having us. We would stay here again!

The property was a great size for our group. Very spacious and includes heated garage spaces for two cars. Located 10 minutes from the Winter Park base, the property is right next to the Lift shuttle service line for easy access to the ski mountain and a short walk to the main street in town.

We met friends for our annual ski vacation and loved the location of this property! It was so close to the park that the kids could walk to the sledding hill, not far from the main strip with restaurants and shopping and we loved hopping on the bus to head to the resort. We also enjoyed getting in the hot tub at the end of each day, what a treat! We had some heating and hot water issues but the management company was quick to get everything fixed. Our crew would definitely come back to this condo!

From booking to returning back to GA we had an excellent experience. The home was decorated for Christmas and had all the amenities we needed and more. The staff's communication was always prompt and helpful. When we returned home we received a hand written thank you note. I cannot recommend this agency enough. We had a great experience and loved our time in Colorado. We WILL be back.

We all enjoyed the location and the walkability to get everywhere.....since we don't enjoy driving in the snow! Would have liked a larger dining table but we made do. Because we were all adults the bedding worked well for us. Thanks so the lodging folks for being easily obtainable. Loved the texting feature! Hope to return.

Our family gathered for a family reunion during the Winter Park Blues Festival. The location was a short walk which was super convenient. The townhouse was comfortable with two balconies opposite of each other in the living dining room allowing for breezes. There are 4 full baths and a half bath which was very much appreciated. The bed I slept on was comfy. Since there was a large group, we cooked a lot. The pan situation was not good. We mostly used a big skillet. It had scratched coating and no lid. If I had known, I would have brought a decent pan. Otherwise, it was great and would rent again. Customer service was super.

Great place in a great location just a block from the main strip in Winter Park. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and bars. The red line of the Winter Park Shuttle is two doors down. Warning to Winter Park visitors that it seemed to me they have reduced the number of shuttles so that times between shuttles was a bit longer. Good idea to download the Winter Park Lift app. so that you can real time monitor shuttle location and avoid standing outside waiting. Hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes.
We slept nine comfortably using the aero bed in the living room. Place was clean and all setup when we arrived. We all had a great time there.

We were very happy with Sawmill 220, hope to book it for Jazz Festival 2019! We were very happy with Winter Park Lodging Company! Each staff member I spoke to was very nice, courteous and helpful, fun to talk to. The maintenance staff were also very nice and courteous. Each staff member I spoke to was very nice, courteous and helpful, fun to talk to. The maintenance staff were also very nice and courteous. I've bragged so much about the property and the management company that friends want to book through them for next year.(-: Thanks for contributing to our wonderful 2018 jazz festival weekend experience!!

Walking distance to the main street with lots of great shops and restaurants, shuttle to the mountain - which is a definite on the weekends, close to the mountain when driving, and the layout of the condo was excellent. “220 Crosscut was a wonderful place to stay. It was a clean and friendly atmosphere that was perfect for our group. More importantly the staff at Winter Park Lodging Company was fantastic.  The email that was sent had a lot of valuable information that was easy to pass along to people staying in our group. I also really liked the use of the hospitality app. Also I appreciated the phone calls regarding check in etc. There were a lot of little touches (ie towels specifically for the hot tub in extra to normal towels) that were really well thought out. We appreciated our stay.”

Place was really nice and was able to accommodate 12 firefighters. Even though we didn't stay there much during the day it was perfect for what we needed. The only negative would be the cable. Xfinity went in and out whenever we did watch TV. Same issues I have with Xfinity at home. Other than that the place was clean and neat and perfect for us. Thank you Winter Park Lodging for everything y'all did for us. Very professional and courteous staff members that go above and beyond to make our trip a success. We enjoyed our stay at Sawmill Station 220. We had 5 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the modern amenities. We appreciated the multiple rooms and bathrooms. The hot tub was very nice. The Hideway Park playground was close by and enjoyed by the kids. Thanks! MANAGER COMMENTS: So glad you had a nice stay. The condo was very well outfitted and we all enjoyed the hot tub very much.The people I talked with at Winter Park were always very helpful and polite. The Sawmill shuttle was great but had some trouble finding the city shuttle pick up site at ski area. We didn't always want to wait til 4:00 to return. The red wagons at base area were a big help with carrying all the gear. My only real suggestion is would have been helpful to have had some information in the unit about exactly where to get city shuttle from slopes and other information since we were first timers to Winter Park. Did a lot of walking 1st day finding it.Had some problem the first day with people at base giving wrong directions to where we were to go for the lessons that day. Also would have been a lot easier to have had all the lift tickets loaded for all three days instead of having to add the 2nd two days after the lesson day. Were already paid for and had a problem with person at ticket window finding the information. The location of the condo was very convenient. Also was wonderful to have Grocery Guys do the shopping for us before we arrived. We were fortunate the weather was great with enough snow for all and for these Georgia folks to see a real winter wonderland. The Winter Park office people could not have been better. Many thanks to all of you.

Very well maintained property, walkable distance to restaurants and main street..Bunk bed in the lower level was a big plus for the kids. Only one issue in the house was the thermostat, the house felt hot the entire time we stayed there. Other than that, loved the property, would definitely come back.

Manager's Comments...So glad to hear you had such a great stay with us! There are extra fans in the house to use when it gets too warm in the property.Don't be afraid to crack a window either to get that cross breeze flowing. Hopefully we will see you and your family again soon!

Our family had a wonderful spring break vacation in Sawmill Station 220. We really, really appreciate the early check in - thanks again. Only real feedback, I already called in to mention, we couldn't find a snow shovel anywhere on property and with 20+ inches of snow that week, it would have been nice... looking back, I realize I should have called your office to ask for one, too. Many thanks!

Manager's Comments...We love the snow, but you're right, everybody needs a shovel. Please do give us a call any time you find the home is missing a standard item. We will get it to you in record time.

The home fully lived up to its billing...it looked like the photos and was very clean. There was an issue with the wireless internet but the WP Lodging Company staff persisted until the issue was resolved. I was a happy camper. In the past we have stayed in Fraser but we really liked this location. Would highly recommend the WP Lodging Company and this location.

A really nice spacious home with plenty of facilities and comforts. ONly main issue was the lack of ability to set the heating in the master bedroom, which got cold at night, and very short baths so you could not recline in them. Otherwise a really great place to stay.

I contacted MANY agencies to reserve a large, but last minute, condo in Winter Park for my family. There was absolutely no comparison in service level, price, or patience with our constantly changing requirements. I already booked a condo at Sawmill for 2016 for the family. Even with a year to plan, we couldn't find anything better or a group of people more helpful than WPLC.

We had a warm and welcoming time at our condo. Also,your lodging company employees were very nice and helpful even in answering the simplest questions. It was a short walk to town and our skiers were picked and dropped off at the door each day they skied. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed the space in the home and had everything we needed. Very convenient for bus to resort and not too far to go to restaurants. Need to update the kitchen utensils and get some more glasses.

Beautiful home with great amenities and a great location. The kids loved the sledding hill just a short walk away. We all enjoyed the hot tub! We didn’t want to leave the comfort of this home and ended up staying in a lot of the nights. The kitchen was great and well stocked to cook some home-made dinner.

Well stocked, nice amenities, clean, and comfy beds. Loved being able to walk to different restaurants. We were able to catch the shuttle to the resort when we went skiing—it was quick and easy. The internet was a little finicky, but we weren’t online much anyway since we were enjoying the skiing and shops/restaurants and SLEDDING HILL nearby! We had some great snow during our trip which tied the whole vacation together.

Right in the heart of downtown Winter Park. It was a very short drive to the slopes and we got to enjoy the convenience of being downtown. The place was spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom got a little chilly at night, but not a big deal. Thanks for the stay!

The accommodations were great--spacious, clean, and comfortable. The jetted bath tub in the master bedroom almost made up for the lack of hot tub. The heated garage was great—no scraping snow and ice off the car. We had a few issues with the wireless internet, but WP Lodging Company was quick to fix this issue. Everyone at WPLC was very friendly and we would definitely recommend their company and this townhome to others.

We take a winter vacation every year and this year we decided to venture to Winter Park. Winter Park Lodging Company provided the best service out of all our vacations. They were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect spot for our family. This townhome had a large floor plan and was conveniently located just a short walk from main street in downtown Winter Park. It had PLENTY of space and provided many different places to sleep. We had 10 people in our group and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Well done, WPLC!

We really liked the layout of this townhome. The master bath was AWESOME. The tub was huge. The place had 2 private balconies which would be a great accommodation in the summer time--we did not get to enjoy these fully since we visited in the winter. All said and done, the place was great for our family.

Winter Park Lodging Company made it very easy to plan our family vacation. They helped find us a place that would accommodate our family best. They were also able to book our lift tickets and ski rentals for us. They even delivered our lift tickets to our unit the night we arrived. This town home was perfect for us. Very spacious and in a great location. The kids had fun on the sledding hill nearby. Restaurants and bars were in walking distance for the adults. We would love to stay here again!

Our family rented this townhome this past winter. Being so close to the shuttle was very convenient for us. All the restaurants and shops of downtown Winter Park were in walking distance, as well as a sledding hill for the kids. We would definitely recommend this unit for families coming to Winter Park for vacation. Winter Park Lodging Company was a pleasure to work with.

Our family, 6 adults, 2 grandchildren, had the pleasure of renting Sawmill Station 220 this Thanksgiving. The accommodations were excellent, the closeness of the shuttle, the accessibility to the various restaurants/shopping were wonderful. The sledding park was just walking distance for all of us, and a good time was had by all throughout Winter Park. I would highly recommend this particular condo for a family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which makes it convenient for all! Thank you Winter Park Lodging Company for all that you did in making our Christmas vacation beyond all expectations (with the accommodations,suggestions,etc.)
