By Jane, Posted: 07/06/2019Our family gathered for a family reunion during the Winter Park Blues Festival. The location was a short walk which was super convenient. The townhouse was comfortable with two balconies opposite of each other in the living dining room allowing for breezes. There are 4 full baths and a half bath which was very much appreciated. The bed I slept on was comfy. Since there was a large group, we cooked a lot. The pan situation was not good. We mostly used a big skillet. It had scratched coating and no lid. If I had known, I would have brought a decent pan. Otherwise, it was great and would rent again. Customer service was super.

Each staff member I spoke to was very nice, courteous and helpful, fun to talk to. The maintenance staff were also very nice and courteous. I've bragged so much about the property and the management company that friends want to book through them for next year.(-: Thanks for contributing to our wonderful 2018 jazz festival weekend experience!!

Walking distance to the main street with lots of great shops and restaurants, shuttle to the mountain - which is a definite on the weekends, close to the mountain when driving, and the layout of the condo was excellent. We would visit WP and stay in Sawmill again in a heartbeat. Best ski vacation ever!

More importantly the staff at Winter Park Lodging Company was fantastic. The email that was sent had a lot of valuable information that was easy to pass along to people staying in our group. I also really liked the use of the hospitality app. Also I appreciated the phone calls regarding check in etc. There were a lot of little touches (ie towels specifically for the hot tub in extra to normal towels) that were really well thought out. We appreciated our stay.”

By Nick, Posted: 01/23/2018Place was really nice and was able to accommodate 12 firefighters. Even though we didn’t stay there much during the day it was perfect for what we needed. The only negative would be the cable. Xfinity went in and out whenever we did watch TV. Same issues I have with Xfinity at home. Other than that the place was clean and neat and perfect for us. Thank you Winter Park Lodging Company for everything y’all did for us. Very professional and courteous staff members that go above and beyond to make our trip a success.

Only one issue in the house was the thermostat, the house felt hot the entire time we stayed there. Other than that, loved the property, would definitely come back.
Manager's Comments...So glad to hear you had such a great stay with us! There are extra fans in the house to use when it gets too warm in the property.Don't be afraid to crack a window either to get that cross breeze flowing. Hopefully we will see you and your family again soon!

Only real feedback, I already called in to mention, we couldn't find a snow shovel anywhere on property and with 20+ inches of snow that week, it would have been nice... looking back, I realize I should have called your office to ask for one, too. It was a short walk to town and our skiers were picked and dropped off at the door each day they skied. Thanks for a great stay!

Q: Is this town home in walking distance to Hideaway Park, where the music festivals take place?A: Yes! These town homes are prime location being right next door to the venue. This property is about a 50 yard walk to the park.
Q: Do the 3 bedrooms with large beds all have attached bathrooms or do we have to share?A: All 3 bedrooms do have attached bathrooms for privacy. The bunk room has a shared bath.
Q: If we don't want to drive in the snow, how far away are we from the shuttle pick up?A: It's about a 4 minute walk to the free shuttle pick up.
