IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT WINTER PARK RESORT: In order to ski safely at Winter Park Resort, single day lift tickets are limited this year and will sell out. Please buy your tickets early. Also note, anyone with an IKON or Winter Park Resort season pass will need a reservation to ski this season. Pass holders can make reservations through their online account and each pass holder may reserve up to 10 ski days at a time. Make sure to check the reservations site frequently as cancelled and changed reservations are opening up ski days/reservations for pass holders.

Jane's Ski Chalet is the dream home of dream homes is waiting for you to enjoy your next vacation in Winter Park, Colorado. This inviting, five bedroom, four and a half bathroom home, displays modern mountain architect and decor at its finest.  Unique features span throughout the home including ski in/ski out accessibility, gourmet kitchen, sunken living room, wall-sized windows, floating staircase, and large walk-out deck complete with brand new six-person hot tub overlooking the Corridor ski trail.

The jewel of this home is the sunken living room with majestic windows providing serene views that surround three sides of the room. Breaking up the windows is an extra large gas fireplace with stone chimney. Hanging above the fireplace is a 65" Samsung smart TV.  The lineup of stylish furnishings centered around the TV and fireplace invite you to cozy up and lose all worries.  If more relaxation is required, step out onto the attached deck that spans the front of the house and overlooks the Corridor Trail connecting Mary Jane to Winter Park ski area.  Sink into the six-person hot tub and watch skiers and riders sail by as the bubbles lap at your chin.

The gourmet kitchen overlooks the living room and leaves little to be desired with high-end stainless steel appliances, six burner gas stove, deluxe refrigerator and freezer, and swirling granite countertops. The dining room table seats up to ten with room for an additional five at the breakfast bar and even more seating in the sunken living room.  Finally, for the adults, there is a mini bar complete with a wine fridge located at the edge of the kitchen.Both bedrooms on the main level present a King bed, 43" flat screen Roku TV, remote control fan and lighting, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.  A half bath can also be found in the hallway

Upstairs is reserved for the Master bedroom. This majestic bedroom is fitted with a King bed, 43" flat screen Roku TV, remote control fan and lights, and a private, walkout balcony.  The en suite bathroom has dual vanities, large deep soaking tub, and walk-in shower.  The loft outside the master bedroom offers a Queen sofa pullout for extra sleeping space and doorway to the newly accessible twin bedroom hosting two twin singles. 

The lower level could be a ski home all on its own.  The lounge boasts an inviting sectional sofa that surrounds a 65" Samsung smart TV.  As part of the lower level lounge, another mini bar and wine fridge are included.  The sizable lower level bedroom has a King bed, twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed, and a 50" Roku flat screen TV. The downstairs shared bedroom has dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. The elongated mudroom boasts room for all the skiers in the group. Long bench seats are situated over a heated floor and under 28+ cubbies and hooks for ample gear storage. Access the two-car garage from the mudroom on the north side and access the back patio that is 15 feet away from the trails edge out the south door.

Homeowner Tip: Our favorite thing to do in the winter is to set the slow cooker on so when we come in for lunch or dinner after a long day of skiing, it smells amazing. We also love to go to Rocky Mountain National Park in the summer months to look for animals, though we have seen bear and moose on the road into town.

Sleeping arrangements:  Upper Level:  King in the master, Two twin singles in the second bedroom with Queen pullout in the loft outside the master.  Main Level:  King in the third bedroom and King in the fourth bedroom.  Lower level: King and twin over full bunk with twin trundle in the fifth bedroom and queen self-inflating EZ bed in the lower lounge. Sleeps up to 17.

Distance to Slopes: Ski In/Ski Out at Bridger's Cache gated neighborhood. 15 steps from your back door to the Corridor ski trail.

Parking: Two spots in garage and two spots in the driveway. No on street parking is allowed in this neighborhood.

Please Note: 

  • This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 8pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • There is a steep driveway and/or access roads to this home that require 4WD in the winter.
  • There is no trailer parking allowed within the Bridger's Cache neighborhood unless within a closed garage.
