Comfort and luxury is waiting for you to enjoy your next vacation here in Winter Park, Colorado. This gorgeous five bedroom, four and a half bath home, boasts modern mountain decor, plush hotel-style luxury linens, and incredible architecture. Unique features span throughout this majestic home, including VERY RARE ski in / ski out accessibility, a gourmet kitchen, plush living room, floor-to-ceiling windows, floating staircase, and a large outdoor deck hosting a bubbling hot tub perfect to unwind from a day in the mountains.

The main centerpiece of the home is definitely the luxe living room, perfect for putting your feet up and relaxing after a day filled with adventure. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping views of the outdoors and an airy feel with large vaulted ceilings. The living room features a large gas fireplace & smart TV to relax and rest easy. Overlooking the living room is the gourmet kitchen of any Chef's dreams featuring stainless steel appliances, a six burner gas stove, and granite countertops. The large dining room table seats up to 10, with room for an additional five at the breakfast bar. For the adults, there is a mini bar complete with a wine fridge and bar seating. Need additional room to spread out and relax? You'll find a large second living room on the lower level that boasts a wrap around sectional sofa, a smart TV, a mini bar, and a wine fridge. Also on this level, you will find a mudroom with ample space, boasting long bench-style seating and heated floor. Convenient boot storage, ski storage, and cubbies & hooks will be available to you for your gear storage. Access the two-car garage from the mudroom on the north side and access the back patio that is only 15 feet away from the trails edge out the south door.

Ready to rest easy? The Primary King Suite can be found upstairs, featuring a smart TV, remote control fan and lights, and a private balcony. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, large deep soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The loft outside the Primary Suite offers a Queen sofa pullout for extra sleeping space, and doorway to the newly accessible twin bedroom with two twin single beds. The main level features two King Suites, both with smart TVs, remote control fan and lighting, and ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in showers. On the lower level, you'll find a large King bedroom that has an additional Twin/Full bunk bed & Twin trundle with a shared bathroom.

Finally, the best part of this home is the ski in / ski out access right out the back door. One of only a few private homes that has this access, Jane's Ski Chalet backs right up to the Corridor Ski Trail that leads to the Winter Park Resort base area. 

Homeowner Tip: Our favorite thing to do in the winter is to set the slow cooker on so when we come in for lunch or dinner after a long day of skiing, it smells amazing. We also love to go to Rocky Mountain National Park in the summer months to look for animals, though we have seen bear and moose on the road into town.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, Third King Suite, King bedroom with Twin/Full bunk bed, Twin bedroom with two Twin singles, and Loft with Queen sofa sleeper. Plus, a Queen self-inflating EZ bed in the lower lounge. Sleeps up to 17 guests.

Distance to Slopes: Ski In/Ski Out at Bridger's Cache gated neighborhood. 15 steps from your back door to the Corridor ski trail.

Parking: Two spots in garage and two spots in the driveway. No on street parking is allowed in this neighborhood.

Please Note: 

  • Bridger’s Cache is a private, gated community with a caretaker and neighbors living full-time in the neighborhood.
  • Each property is allowed a maximum of 3 vehicles which must be parked in the garage or the driveway of the home. Parking on the street or elsewhere in the neighborhood is not allowed. 
  • The clubhouse, located by the entrance to the community, does not allow guest use. It is for homeowners only.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily.
