Great location at the base of the gondola. Well stocked kitchen. In-room laundry with two loads of laundry detergent provided. Automatic blow-up full size mattress was a nice touch. A waste basket was not provided in the 3rd bathroom across from the bunk beds. Great view and 1st floor ski equipment locker room was easy to get to. Only complaint was $20 daily parking fee which I would have expected to be included in the cost of the rental.

There is a free, parking garage option in downtown Winter Park if you prefer to use that next time. You can hop on the the Lift Shuttle to the mountain after parking your car and that will save you some money. We will make sure we get another waste basket for the third bathroom. Loved being so close to the gondola and proximity to restaurants and stores. The place was very clean and kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook. We used the hot tub which was very nice but the 2nd hot tub was broken so it could get crowded. The ski locker on the first floor held 7 sets of skis and a snowboard. The hallway bathroom could have used a trash can but otherwise I would come back for sure!

The unit was clean, well-stocked, and a beautiful location. Communication with the management company from reservation to checkout was excellent! Many questions along the way answered quickly and thoroughly.

Winter Park is a premier resort, and ZML 2703 is a fabulous condo, top floor, vaulted ceilings, directly overlooking the Gondola and Winter Park Base. Clean and well appointed, a perfect place to stay slopeside, especially when it snowed every day!

We hated to leave everything was so nice and perfect!  Skiing was great, the mountain was good.  The people were so friendly can’t wait to come back again.

We would definitely return! The unit had everything our family of 6 needed. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of hooks and shelves for ski gear, convenient lockers for skis, hot tub, beautiful view, easy access to lifts, fireplace and plenty of beds/baths. The resort itself was not overly crowded which made for lots of ski runs! Highly recommend this unit and resort!

Our daughter was just married at Lunch Rock here in Winter Park and we made our home in Zephyr Mountain Lodge #2703. My family of 7 ( 6 adults and 1 infant) stayed here for six nights. We prepared, as well as entertained, a large dinner with the groom’s family and this condominium made it possible. The day of the wedding my daughter and her bridesmaids all got ready with her.  Our photographer loved the home’s aesthetics and it’s lightning while capturing all the moments of this special day. Throughout our stay we had the opportunity to engage with Winter Park Lodging staff, Margaret and Ellie far exceeded any of our needs. We can’t express enough our sincere gratitude for this wonderful stay in a beautiful home! #BecomingBovill

We enjoyed this property so much! It was perfect for the 4 adults and 2 kids that we had on the trip. Each set of 2 had their own bedroom and bathroom. I think this property would be especially wonderful in the winter. In the summer it was VERY hot (with so many windows and west facing exposure). The sad part in the summer is that we had to keep all the blinds closed and couldn't look at the beautiful mountain view in an effort to keep the condo somewhat cool. It was very hot in the afternoons and evenings and made it difficult to go to sleep since there is no a/c. I can't really fault the property for this, it's just the way it is (especially because I'm told that this summer was hotter than most usually are). We also loved having our own washer and dryer in the condo. The dryer took 2 cycles to dry everything but at least we didn't have to walk to the shared commercial washer and dryer on the other floors. Property Management is very responsive to any needs that arise and that is very much appreciated. We love Zephyr Mountain Lodge. This was our 2nd stay and we already have another ZML condo booked for next ski season. Restaurants and shopping are just a few steps away. It's really a fantastic vacation destination.

We loved our stat at Zephyr - the skiing was amazing and the ability to ski in/out just made our stay even better! We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and it was perfect for our family, would highly recommend!

The Riverside Condo was great. It was so nice to be able to come off the mountain and walk into your "home away from home". We didn't pull our vehicle out of the garage the whole time we were there. The village offered all that we needed. COVID times made the decision of on the mountain accommodations a no brainer. We had food delivered from Docs one night, Pizza from the Pizza Peddler two nights and home made lasagna and green chile enchiladas, the other nights. The accommodations were just right for our party of 7. We have decided that we will be staying on the mountain again for our next trip.

Good location, short walk to the Gondola! Staff enforced masking on property. The room was overall clean on arrival.  Parking cost more than $18/day as advertised if you did not batch outings, $2/hr up to $18/day. We’d prefer the $18/day be added to the bill rather than a swipe of the card at each exit. Loved the high ceilings. Kitchen fully stocked even had a crockpot. TV may need an upgrade to support Gaming devices.

Very easy stay; staff was always available, the room was in excellent condition, location is prime, parking was no problem! Will do it again!

This was an absolutely wonderful way to escape all the craziness of 2020. We were disappointed that the Alpine slide was closed, but definitely enjoyed the Lodge, restaurants, hiking, biking and Gondola rides. The whole place was so clean and the staff was SUPER friendly. The location was just breath taking. We look forward to coming again!

You and another couple want to split an high end apartment and between you have 2 to 4 kids. You found Mecca! One bedroom and bath has a queen bed and slightly smaller bathroom and the HVAC controls for the whole apartment. Choose this? Or the bigger room with king and similar bathroom BUT you share a wall with the double bunk beds kids’ room. And your bath shares a wall with the kids’ bathroom. SERIOUSLY Killer views FROM ALL ROOMS, tastefully furnished, Starbuck’s downstairs, balcony in front of room with queen. Tough choice other than to book it and flip with the other couple for suites. Only gripe was circulation with cased windows unfriendly if it is hot outside (but you should not be in your room during the day) and the 3 fans make it fine if you prop open the balcony door and open all inside doors. It was just my wife and me so we enjoyed his and hers bathrooms.

The property was fabulous with all the amenities for a wonderful stay. The unit is extremely cleaned, well stocked for meal preparation and the large living area makes “hosting” friends a pleasure.

Winter Park Lodging Company helped us booked our ski vacation and we had a terrific time. Their service is excellent from booking until the last day. The condos were exactly as described to us and very clean and stocked well. We will be using them again.

This is the second time we stayed in this unit and the third time staying at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Can't get enough of the ski in/ski out option with our young family of three. The condo is spacious but cozy and decorated with a mountain lodge feel. Thanks for the great getaway!

We couldn't have asked for a better room. This was a perfect view of the mountain along with the access to the shops. I will definitely keep this room number in my file for the next time I come back. I can't think of any negative comments. It was spacious - JUST PERFECT!!

This was our first time at Winter Park and we really enjoyed it. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge was truly a ski in/ski out condo and it was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. We will definitely return soon!

There are so many great things to say about this condo and our stay at Winter Park. The views were amazing, the condo was beautiful and up to date, the weather was great for our quick weekend trip to the Mountains, and Winter Park Lodging company communicated really well with us. My Family, three generations, enjoyed this place immensely. My wife and daughter in law did not ski but remarked how open and airy the place was with an outstanding view. The kitchen had every thing we needed to cook. The best thing for me was that I could leave the condo walk down the hall, take the elevator down to 1st floor, grab the skis out of the ski locker, walk out the backdoor to the Zephyr lift, put skis on, and on the chair in less than five minutes and 100 yards. Just great!

The kids were mesmerized by the view the moment we walked in. Fireplace was cozy, and the bunk room was fun. Check in and out was super easy with the WPLCO app. Free property shuttle was a great convenience! Snow was a little lean, but that's hardly anything that anyone can control. We had an amazing trip, and will be back!

Everything was great. The unit was roomy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The property managers were helpful and prompt with every call. We loved Winter Park and there was lots for the kids to do. Thanks for the memories!

A most wonderful time was had by all. We truly appreciate the good internet service as well! Having all necessary kitchen appliances and dishes is such a help! Relaxing family meals at a vacation home were wonderful as we told stories of the days around meal table. What a comfortable and warm atmosphere your company provided. Thanks for the wonderful memories!!! If any negative at all could be expressed, we would have to say the parking. We feel a the price was adequate to include parking or possibly a fee could be tacked on to the price for parking. We had to pay 3 different parking fees for our 1 large family that was there.

Absolutely loved everything about the condo and will definitely be back. It was impeccably decorated and still felt quaint. I have never stayed ski in/ski out and will never do it any other way now. Thanks for providing us with a perfect place to stay during our ski vacation.

Zephyr 2701 was the perfect place for me, my wife of 49 years, my son and my granddaughter. The condo was just as advertised! The view out of every room was majestic.Very comfortable and clean. One thing that makes this place perfect is the people we worked with at Winter Park Lodging Company. All of them make sure all of the needs of their guests are met. They are just great!

This place was perfect for our family as we could look out the window and check the lift lines, run downstairs to the gift/convenience store or grab a pizza and best of all the location made it super easy to switch off babysitting the 10 month old! It was appointed with everything we needed and was roomy. It was tastefully decorated but without sharp corners or things that were off limits to an exploring crawler. Excellent closet/storage room for our ski clothes, etc. including a bench to sit on to take off our shoes/boots. Winter Park Lodging Co. was always available and tended to our every need, checking on us even after we left.


Manager's Comments...Glad to hear it was a smooth, easy stay. You already have your hands full with a 10 month old. Next year she will be in ski boots!

We loved this condo! Great location and well maintained. The huge floor to ceiling windows were incredible and really make this property special. Everything about our trip was easy and convenient. We will be back!

This property may be the last on the list alphabetically, but it is first on my list of best places to stay in WP. We enjoyed all the Southwestern decor but especially our new friend, Betsy the cow on the wall. Both the kids and the adults liked having their own bathrooms. We've stayed in other Zephyr units, but none with such great upgrades. It was our first time with Winter Park Lodging Company and they treated us so well. Betsy, we will be back!
