Description

 Located high up on the hill in the Lakota neighborhood, Lakota Trailside 613 is a new townhome that features unique and stylistic decor focusing on modern comfort while delivering fresh and stunning themes around each corner.  Follow the pattern of the rich hardwood floor to the center of the living room which is surrounded by soothing couches and recliners. The warmth from the fire and entertainment on the large flat screen TV are the main event here, or simply gaze out the picture window at the Winter Park ski runs to scout your lines for the next day.  Step out on the private deck to extend your view of the surrounding peaks above tree line and the continental divide.  While taking in the views, light up the private propane grill for your barbecuing needs.

The full modern kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas stove and oversized oven, and room for multiple members to team up and create a culinary masterpiece.  When meal prep is complete, share the stories of the day around the dining table that seats up to six with two more seats at the granite island bar.

On the lower level, bedrooms are centered around a second lounge with a large flat screen TV. All three bedrooms have their own unique new age theme that you must experience to believe. The master bedroom has a king bed, giant flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and tiled walk-in shower.  The second bedroom also has a King bed, en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, plus direct hot tub access and this properties neat feat. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the lower level lounge. For families with kiddos, you'll enjoy the Pack n' Play crib provided.

Please Note:

  • There is no trailer parking allowed in the Lakota neighborhood unless inside a closed garage.
  • The owners of this property bring their dog to the condo. If you have allergies, please contact our Vacation Planners for details.
  • Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round. 
  • This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.

Sleeping arrangements: King in the Master bedroom, King in the second bedroom, Queen in the third bedroom, and new Queen pullout in lower level lounge.  Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 3/4 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort ski area and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in Downtown Winter Park.  It is a 200 yard walk downhill from Lakota Trailside properties to the free shuttle pick up spot.
