Awesome place. Was clean and comfortable. Excellent communication throughout. Great location in the village and Short walk to gondola was nice as well. Highly recommend. Only downside was no hot tub in the building so was a cold walk to and back from the hot tub which was accessed a few buildings over. Other than that-no complaints at all.

Wow! This place was fantastic! Super close easy walk to the garage, the gondola, the village, great restaurants and shops. The space was beautiful and well appointed. The furniture was comfortable and attractive. The garage was private, keeping the car warm and dry, and making it so I didn’t have to take the skis off the roof the night we arrived. Everything was perfect and I would definitely stay again.

Great location, condo was roomy, well appointed, very clean and perfect for our family. Location is tough to beat, easy parking, steps from food, fire pits and an easy walk to the lifts. Management was very responsive.

Very clean condo located very conveniently to ask the fun things art the Winter Park Village. It was a bit tricky to find because the house number was covered by a tree. Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable. 3 bathrooms worked great for our party of 9. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make dinner for 2 nights. The only thing that I'd suggest is adding hooks and towel racks in the bathroom connected to the queen bedroom. Everyone slept great. It was so awesome to be able to walk everywhere.

Perfect location in the middle of Whistler Village. Great Mexican burrito and taco place at bottom of stairs, and waffle place too. Walked to Trestle Park bike shop just a couple minutes away. Gondola right there too. Unit is on top of the parking garage, so it was a little hard to find because of no real signage. Other than that, beautiful property!

The Winter Park team was wonderful. The location is interesting, not really ski-in, ski-out, but just a short outdoor staircase to the main Winter Park plaza and walk area around the resort. Very nice. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen (even spices, coffee...), and the entire unit could easily sleep 8. There is a private, single-car garage just for you! When the snow builds up, this is pretty nice. Love it. We'll be back.

This was a nice 3 bed/3 bath home located right above all of the restaurants and Winter Park resort. We had a 2 and 4 year old, and the walk to the ski school was not bad at all. They have wagons everywhere to haul your kids and stuff. This is all about location and we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful few days in Winter Park Our accomodations were perfect! The location was convenient to stores, restaurants and the ski lift. We had plenty of room to enjoy company but also privacy for quiet times. The staff at the lodging company were top-notch!

This loft was amazing. My family had a last minute trip we booked to Winter Park and lucked out in being able to rent this place. It feels private and safe, but also right in the center of things. My children loved going to the waffle shop right downstairs every day for ice cream. It was very convenient being around all the restaurants and shops. The loft was SOOO clean and comfortable. We felt right at home immediately. My family had a great time and we all slept great! We would be back for sure!

The location is amazing - you're right above the North Face Store at the top of the cobblestone walkway. Near the cabriolet. We were able to walk to all of the shops at the base of Winter Park and the gondola. We drove 7 minutes into Granby. The place itself was spacious with large rooms, bathrooms too. We had a great stay here!

We absolutely loved this condo! Well appointed with fantastic beds, linens and furnishings, and the location can't be beat. With 4 kids it was easy to ski in/ ski out, come back for lunches, naps and head back out. TVs in all the rooms, a cozy fireplace, great views, we loved it all. It was not close enough to the hot tub for us to venture into the cold, but we enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub instead. We would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed a quick getaway to the mountains for our anniversary. We loved staying right in the village and walking to everything we needed. We even took the trail into town, didn't use our car the entire time! The rental was clean and comfortable and just what we needed. Highly recommend.

We love Loft #113. Single level living is so wonderful for our aging bodies! No stair required. Locations can't be beat right in the village and Goody's so close by. We truly enjoy working with WPLC as well....terrific folks who are good at their trade. See you all again soon!

I always try to manage expectations with Vrbo because sometimes a property is oversold versus what you get. Not in this case! Awesome location right in the heart of Winter Park Village. Super convenient with location and parking. The condo was perfect for us. Better and bigger than expected. Kitchen was full of everything we needed and everything was super clean. We had a little issue with the door when we checked in but the property management was so responsive and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend staying in this property.

Fabulous stay! We truly enjoyed this property for it's location and convenience. Right at the Resort and single level living. Was very nice for grandparents! Really lovely spot right in the Village. Private garage, steps to all the shops. Felt very large for our group and we loved all being on the same level.....altitude was bit tough on us so the fewer the stairs the better! Was able to keep the second vehicle close by too. The location of Perry Peaks loft is directly above the North Face store in Winter Park Village. The condo was perfect. Looks even better than the pictures…very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed/wanted. Skiing, shopping, dining are all in easy walking distance. We never needed to leave winter park village for anything. And the skiing conditions were perfect! Property management was super accommodating and their response rate was lightening fast. Highly recommend this condo! Traveler tip.. if you are coming to Winter Park from Denver and don’t want to take a shuttle bus or rent a car, consider taking the Winter Park Express Amtrak train. It is so affordable..$29 for a 2 hour scenic route from Denver directly to the steps of the resort. Doesn’t get any better! Can’t wait to go back!

This condo had great access to the slopes which was key during Covid. We were able to meet the kids' ski instructor mid-day, run them to the condo for lunch, and get back out on the hill to continue skiing. The kitchen was well-appointed and the living spaces and bedrooms were very comfortable. The management company had great communication and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in this condo! It was SO convenient with the slopes, shops, and dining! The condo itself was so cozy and adorable! I had concerns about the dimensions of the garage being too small for my suburban, but when we got there it fit no problem. Our next visit I hope to stay in this same unit.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in this condo! It was SO convenient with the slopes,shops, and dining! The condo itself was so cozy and adorable! I had concerns about the dementions of the garage being too small for my suburban, but when we got there it fit no problem. Our next visit I hope to stay in this same unit.

My wife and I wanted to get a quick getaway and wanted to explore the Winter Park area. This loft was outstanding. It sits overlooking the village at the WP Resort. It is close to the retail in the village. The loft itself is stands alone from other lofts. It feels like your own private getaway in the middle of the village. It had everything we needed.

Great place to stay. Easy access to the gondola. The Winter Park Lodging Company and Resort staff were A+!! Anything we needed they were on it! We had to make an unfortunate visit to the medical clinic. We were so grateful to have that right there at the resort. Nurses and doctors were exceptional.

This property was lovely and well represented by the photos. At this price point, we expected the kitchen to be a little more stocked with basics. The bedrooms are very spacious and well-decorated but the beds were a little stiff for our tastes. We enjoyed the property and during ski season it would be ideal for a small family.

We came all the way from deep south Texas. We were very impressed with the Loft 113 we stayed in. Fit all of us perfectly. Very nice decor and modern. We loved the fact that we were right in the middle of the Winter Park Resort events. Thank you for making our summer vacation a wonderful experience. This property is absolutely superb. The location is unmatched as it is right in the newest part of the WP base with a lot of shops and places to eat just downstairs. It’s in walking distance from the gondola. My family loved this place and we plan to come back again.

Stayed in 113 for a week. Great unit. Clean and neat upon arrival. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied with needed appliances and dishes. Instructions about the unit were clearly and thoroughly stated. Location of unit is ideal being located on the walkway to restaurants and the Gondola. No place is perfect. Knives need sharpening and the toaster oven is a poor substitute for a regular toaster.

We ventured away from our annual beach trip this year and were so glad we did! Our accommodations and the resort amenities were more than we could have asked for during our stay. Additionally, to have the shops and restaurants so close by when we got home in the evening was such a treat. We definitely hope to be back in the future.

We had a great stay at the Village loft in Winter Park. The loft was large, well furnished, open floor plan with big rooms and nice bathrooms. It was clean, warm, and had all the amenities. If I were to make any comment it would be that there were a few lightbulbs burnt out around the condo which made the lighting pretty dim in the entryway, the master bedroom closet, and the guest bedroom.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Darn!  Sounds like you may have been granted entry before we could inspect....we usually catch those items on inspection before arrivals.  Our bad!  We can definitely revisit lighting things up a bit more in there.  Thanks for letting us know.

We had a party of 10 and loft 113 was really nice! Not a huge living space but large dining table so we could all hang together. The beds were comfortable even the fold out sofa, where we had to put two teenagers (Ez-bed was not an option, not comfortable, needs a good foam mattress topper). Bathrooms spacious, new and nice! My only complaint...loft 113 is not a ski-in, ski-out condo. I was told it was right behind the Zephyr (where we have stayed before), it is not so check out a map. We had to walk down a flight of stairs and it was a long hike to the ski school and lifts. We ended up having to get lockers because it was too much in ski boots, carrying gear.

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Glad to hear you enjoyed the condo. The Winter Park base area is relatively compact, so you really are only steps to everything. The loft 113 is in the village, about 100 yards end to end.

Awesome gas fireplace in LR, lovely décor. This was the second time we booked with Winter Park Lodging Company and will do so the next time we head to WP! Regarding location, we were right in the Village- enjoyed hanging out at the fire pits, listening to free music, and just wandering around. Handy to downtown and to many trailheads as well. Thanks....we will be back!

We loved the base village loft 113. It was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our family. Plenty of room and a great location. We thought it was a little far to use the hot tub and that was the only thing that was missing from our experience. And for such a well appointed rental there was no corkscrew for us to open our wine bottles, but those were our only little issues. Otherwise, well done and thank you for allowing us to stay there - we had a wonderful weekend! Also, I want to give a shout out to the staff at Winter Park Lodging Co - everyone was so helpful & polite, we loved all of the attention to detail and the high level of service we received - thank you all!! Manager Comments: So pleased you had a great stay! There should definitely be a corkscrew in the property so we are adding one right now. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for letting us know!

This 3b, 3b rental is in the perfect location for skiing in Winter Park. Literally steps from shops, restaurants, and lifts, this is the ideal rental. Spacious, well-appointed and fully stocked describes our unit. We've had a lot of rentals in a lot of different CO locations, and this one was by far the best.

We adored this loft, the village and the private garage! The loft is great because it's all on one floor and the living area is so separate from the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The decor is very upscale. Especially liked the living room with the warm fireplace and plenty of shelves/tables to set drinks on. Could use more benches near the entry area and more hooks are always welcome for so many coats/hats/etc. Also would be good to have ski rack so it's easier to put skis in the garage. The pet cage in the garage takes up a lot of room. The property was so clean and Winter Park Lodging Company did an incredible job getting us tickets/rentals/and helped us set up our shuttle last minute to Winter Park. We'll be back!
