High up in the Rendezvous neighborhood sits Rendezvous Wildflower, a rare three-bedroom, three and a half bathroom townhome perfect for escaping everyday life and retreating into the mountains.

Everything you need for a great stay in the mountains of Winter Park is right here. The charming professional decor gives this townhome a fresh feel and modern mountain vibes. The leather sectional in the living room beckons you to drop in and enjoy the fire and flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to keep family and friends fed and satisfied. The dining area seats up to eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Step out onto the private deck for fresh air, sweeping views, and use of the private gas grill. The upper level Primary suite boasts a King bed and en suite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower.

The lower level is set up with a family room with plush leather couches, flat screen TV, and access to the private hot tub on the patio. The Lower level features a Queen Suite with attached ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and a bunk room with two sets of Twin/Twin bunk beds.

Homeowner's Tip:  There are so many things we love about Winter Park and Rendezvous that it would be difficult to list them all! For now, our favorite part is seeing the visiting moose out of the dining room window; we call him Big Daddy.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen Suite, and two sets of Twin/Twin bunks in the bunk room. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage, & two in the driveway.

Location: Between Winter Park and Fraser. A short drive to shops and dining in downtown Winter Park. Four miles from Winter Park Resort base & lifts.
