Unbelievable is the first word that comes to mind when we think about Timber Ridge Lodge. This beautiful five-bedroom, four and a half bathroom private home that sleeps up to seventeen guests, perches gracefully above Downtown Winter Park with incredible panoramic views of Indian Peaks & the Winter Park & Fraser Valley. Sit back & relax in front of the beautiful stone fireplace or don snowshoes & hike through the sparkling forest trails nearby.

Timber Ridge Lodge got a complete facelift in the summer of 2020 and features mountain modern decor throughout three levels. Bring the family together in one of the two oversized lounges with sweeping valley views and all the amenities you could ask for including Smart TVs, a pool table, wet bar, pull out sleeper sofa and more. The chef in your group will love the high-end kitchen that has an open layout to the dining area. The dining room table seats eight comfortably along with six more at the breakfast bar. Head outside to the huge private deck & firepit in the main level or take a soak in the private hot tub on the lower level patio.

When you're ready to head to bed, check out one of the five immaculate bedrooms spread across two levels. All bedrooms have updated, modern bedding and mountain views, along with full bathrooms. Zone out to the Smart TV's or open the windows to breathe in the fresh CO mountain air while you sleep. You'll rest easy at Timber RIdge Lodge after a fun day on the slopes and trails!

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the Master bedroom, a King bed in the second bedroom, a Full over Full bunk bunk bed with a Twin trundle bed in the third bedroom, a King bed in the third bedroom, and two sets of Twin over Full bunk beds plus two Twin trundle beds in the fifth bedroom. There is also a Queen size sleeper-sofa in the lower level sitting room. Sleeps up to 17 guests.

Parking: Parking is available for two cars in the heated garage, plus two cars in the driveway.  A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.

Location: Private neighborhood above Downtown Winter Park. A short drive to downtown shops and dining.  Approximately two miles from Winter Park Resort.

Please Note

  • This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 8pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD in the winter months.
