Trailhead Lodges is the perfect location for everything Winter Park. Whether it is dining downtown, enjoying a summer concert, being out on the trails, or catching the free bus to the ski resort, it's all just steps away from the front door.

Trailhead 822 is a newly decorated, open floor plan condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Features include a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, dining table that seats up to six, inviting living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV, and private balcony. The private patio is great in the summer for wildlife AND people watching. The master bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom while the second bedroom has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the main condo.

Stays at our condo include access to the Trailhead Lodges clubhouse which features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, gas grills, fire pit, indoor pool table, and common workout room. Grab your spot at Trailhead 822 and have the Winter Park world at your fingertips.

Homeowner's Tip:  We love the early morning view from our living room in the wintertime while sipping on coffee. We also love morning walks on the Fraser Trail, and riding up to the top of Mary Jane. Be sure to check out the aspen trees in the fall- they are our most favorite thing!

Please Note: The pools & hot tubs are closed due to COVID restrictions.

Sleeping arrangements: King in the Master, Queen bed and Twin over Twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a self-inflating Queen EZ bed in the living room. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Location: Trailhead Lodges is located in the center of downtown Winter Park. Just 2 miles to Winter Park Resort and a short, easy walk to shops, restaurants and the free shuttle service in downtown Winter Park.

Parking: Free onsite, outdoor parking is available for up to TWO vehicles
