Whether it's a one-bedroom slope-side condo or a luxury mountain home nestled in the woods, Krista is ready to discuss your property- in person or over the phone. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing and property management, she has overseen operations for both long- and short-term rental properties across Colorado's Front Range and Rocky Mountains. She attended graduate school at CSU and holds degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition Science. Her analytical background, attention to detail, and strong work ethic complement her passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Krista embraces the lifestyle she represents- skiing in the winter, mountain biking in the summer, and traveling during the shoulder seasons.
