This spacious one-level loft boasts an array of impressive amenities that will surely impress including granite countertops, high-end furnishings and appliances and a private deck with views of the Village and Continental Divide. There's plenty of room to spread out and relax in the luxe leather furniture or take in the expansive views just outside your door. Sleep easy in one of the three bedrooms, all outfitted with plush bedding & gorgeous views. Kids will love the bunk room with it's patriotic bedding & flat screen TV. 

With its incredibly convenient location, guests love being just a two minute walk from the Gondola and lifts and a stone's throw from some of Winter Park's best restaurants and shopping. Make sure to check out the activities happening year round in the Village and the array of new restaurants & shops. Base Village Loft is the perfect townhome, that's centrally located for your next Winter Park Vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the Master, two sets of Twin bunks beds in the second bedroom, Queen bed in the third bedroom and Queen pullout in the living room. Two full bathrooms. Sleeps up to ten.

Distance to Slopes: Ski In/Ski Out at the Village at Winter Park Resort. 150 yards to the gondola through the Base Village.
