Base Camp 480 is a luxurious four-bedroom, mountain modern townhome with an inviting open floor plan and tons of room for your group to spread out and still come together. Stretch out amongst three levels of living space including two lounges, two decks, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a high-end gourmet kitchen, open dining room with a table that seats 10, multiple gas fireplaces and one very private hot tub that nestled in the pines of Jane Creek. Featuring luxe furnishings & decor, this townhome screams luxury around every corner.

Best of all, the location! All Base Camp townhomes are ski in / ski out from the Corridor Ski Trail. A 150 yard walk to the stairs will take your right down to the Winter Park base area & Gondola where you can check out some of Winter Park's best shopping, dining & recreational activities.

Come to home to Base Camp 480 and come home to luxury in Winter Park!

Homeowner's Tip:  We enjoy walking over to the Bonfils-Stanton area and taking the short hike around ‘the moose pond’ in the early morning or late afternoon. There is always something interesting to see!

Parking: This property has parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway for the home.  Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site.

Sleeping Arrangements:   A King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom, a Queen in the third bedroom and a Queen plus a bunk bed in the fourth bedroom.  Plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area.  Sleeps up to twelve guests.

Distance to Slopes: Ski In/Ski Out access just 150 yards from your back door to the Corridor ski trail.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
