Lakota Summit

We had a fabulous time at the Lakota home! The house was clean and very well stocked with supplies. Short walk to the free shuttle, worked well for our 5yr olds. Winter Park Lodging was very responsive to our special needs, we had a 1 year old that needed crib, high chair, and early check in. We would definitely stay with Winter Park Lodging and at this Lakota location again!

This is it! Checks all the boxes; patio fire feature, 3 different lounge spaces so no fighting over TVs, and amazing private hot tub. Yay! We had the best visit/rental ever and everyone agreed this would be our dream home. Many thanks to the management company for all your help with getting us here and keeping everyone happy. I might even plan another larger family trip.....maybe!   -Maeve

Wish we could live here. Spectacular property. Terrific theatre room/space and fun game nook for the kids by their bunk space. Perfect hot tub for soaking the ski day away. It was all we were hoping for. Thank you, we all really enjoyed it!

This is a beautiful property with amazing views. Plenty of space, clean, kitchen stocked very well. I highly recommend and we hope to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lakota Summit. They were very responsive to our needs and addressed any issues promptly and respectfully. Highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

We had our large family here and it was a terrific time. Everyone loved the property and all the space to spread out and games for the kids. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the theatre room too! Would recommend and come again in a heart beat!

Had a group of 14 for a week and everyone had a comfortable place to stay and sleep. The views are amazing and you are close to the resort and town for food/shopping. The house was clean, up to date and offers multiple bathrooms, kitchenettes in order for multi-family groups to have separation when needed. We enjoyed the upstairs patio and fire pit every night - along with the hot tub! Couldn't have wanted more in a mountain get-away for a large group of multiple families. The management group were outstanding in their communication throughout the process and during our stay.

A tremendous property. Loved the theatre room...we hardly ever saw the kids, they had their whole own area downstairs!  Amazing views. Dining options broke folks up some but it actually worked well for our troop. We would love to come back and hope to!

Well appointed lodge with great attention to details. This is a great place for family get togethers. Linens and bed coverings were new and clean. All the kitchen appliances including dishes were of good quality. Bathrooms were very clean and towels were of good quality. Picturesque views of Winter Park with fire places made it a perfect winter gateway. Kids enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. We would certainly come back and highly recommend to families Please add these two items to your kitchen gadgets - A cutting board to cut vegetables and a strainer to strain tea or soups.

We loved this house for our family Christmas vacation! This was the first time we have taken a family vacation at Christmas time, and it couldn’t have been better. From the moment we made our reservations until a day after, we were taken care of at every turn. And the view outside our window of the mountains and the slopes was perfect. We will be back! Thanks for all you did to make our trip perfect!

Lakota Summit was quite literally perfect. We had a small reunion here and it accommodated everyone comfortably, and then some. As a luxury stay, it checked every box. The interior, appliances/amenities, and unmatched views were all the rage between my friends and I. Winter Park Lodging Company is also timely responsive and the most gracious host. We already miss it and will be back for sure.

The moment you walk into Lakota Summit you will be completely floored with the attention to detail in this incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated property!!! This three floor condo oozes mountain charm in every room! The property provides absolutely everything you need if you are mere weekenders or in need of an extended stay! The highlight of our trip here was relaxing on the patio, fire pit on, gazing at the most gorgeous views of Winter Park resort!! If you want to venture into town, this prime location is only a 5 minute drive! A skiers/snowboarders dream if you ask me! Not to mention the many scenic hiking/biking trails available right outside your door! It is the absolute perfect getaway for anybody and everybody!! We will most definitely return!

If you're looking for a luxury home in Winter Park, this is it. The views of the resort are mind blowing and the decks are so big. The private hot tub also has gorgeous views and we spent lots of time in there. The beds are all new and I may have had my best night of sleep ever in the Master. The kids room is on the lower level which is so nice to let them have some space to escape to. There are two kitchens in this house which was so nice for early risers and late sleepers. And the best part...the theatre room! You'll get sucked into the huge couch and never want to leave. This home was truly the best we've ever stayed in (anywhere!) and we can't wait to come back this summer. Also, the communication with Winter Park Lodging Company was next to none. Margaret gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat. We loved it all!

This brand new house was amazing for our large extended family trip to Winter Park this January. All of the thoughtful touches throughout the house made it unforgettable and we can't wait to stay this summer. The two lounges were great for us to watch two separate shows in and the kids LOVED the movie theatre room. We spent a whole night in there as a family and it was amazing. The kids room downstairs does not disappoint with video games and toys and it's nice that it's away from the upper level rooms. Beds we're so comfy and the bathrooms are what dreams are made of. Breathtaking views of the resort from the hot tub and deck. We had a small issue and Winter Park Lodging Company was very responsive in getting it fixed and staying in touch throughout our trip. Loved the texting option to chat with them. We've already booked this house again, that's how great it is!

This house has the most incredible views of the Winter Park Resort - from every deck and there's a lot of deck space! Seems like this place is brand new and everything is beautiful and detailed, all the way down to the fancy coffee maker & kitchen appliances! There's even a movie theatre room that we got to watch a family movie together while the weather was a little crappy. Tons of room to spread out and the beds were super comfy. We love it so much here that we already booked a trip back in the summer!
