Traveled in from Texas to visit our kids (who both attend college in Denver) and a bunch of their friends. We all had a wonderful time! Plenty of beds, and we loved the big bathrooms. Home was fully stocked and labeled. So many homes don't provide enough towels for large groups - we had MORE than enough, which was so great. Loved the long dining table, and the hot tub was a hit!

We had a wonderful time! We were visiting from Texas and met our two kids (who are in college in Denver) and a bunch of their friends for the weekend. This condo was so comfortable with plenty of beds. Loved all of the labels - made finding things easy! The long dining table was perfect, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Parking was definitely not convenient, but we made it work. Made core memories in this lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy to find and a quick trip to the mountain. Lots of space for our party and the 4 bathrooms made it great. Hot tub is great. Loft bedroom is open to living area so anyone who sleeps there will wake up once there is movement. Amenities were good in the kitchen. Could use updating of frying pans. We would stay at this property again.

The Lodge was perfect and was able to sleep all 12 of us comfortably. It felt like we were at home and made everything easier with everything they provided there. I will 100% rent this lodge again.

Excellent space for a multi-family get together. Home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Propane tank for the grill was empty, sent a text message, and had a new tank in less than 15 minutes! Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect property of your group of 5 adults and 4 preteen/teen! Roomy enough for everyone to have their space yet enjoy together time. Location was directly on shuttle route to winter park- perfect and no worries about parking. Home was clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, linen/towels, cookware and dinnerware. Only complaint (which is not really a complaint) is that there was a lack of condiments-no salt, pepper oil and just some basic stuff we had to get.overall we really enjoyed out time there! Our stay with the Winter Park Lodging Company was fantastic! The location was super close to bus stops that led all around Fraser/ Winter Park, and the cozy space with a fireplace was perfect for relaxing after skiing. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had a beautiful view. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, making the trip even better. Highly recommend for a skiing getaway!

I love the house is perfect, it has everything perfect in every place, it has everything you need, the only thing that is the space to park the cars, we were 15 people and there were only to leave 2 cars, but the others were really amazing.

I love the house...it's perfect, it has everything perfectly in every place.  It has everything you need.  The only thing that is the space to park the cars, we were 15 people and there was only space to leave 2 cars, but otherwise was really amazing!

Great location for our family Winter Park ski trip! Bus was super close and convenient! Everything available to prepare meals in house (grocery store nearby) or the town offered lots of restaurant options. The hot tub was clean and a big hit for our family after a day on the hill. This was just the right spot for us! It was 6 guys for a ski reunion and there was more than enough room/bedding for us. The value was terrific as well. Fantastic views from the hot tub and everything we could need was there. Had a small hiccup with plumbing and the maintenance team was there in a jiff. Very nice spot to enjoy and ski Winter Park Resort. Thanks so much!

Place was well stocked and I a good location. Grocery and places to eat were close and picking up the bus to the resort was very convenient. The hot tub was spacious and great way to relax after skiing all day. The owners communicated before and during our stay and was attentive to an issue with setting the temperature in the condo.

Enjoyed the stay at winter park, though we mostly were outdoors, the Airbnb was very convenient for visiting the Rockies and Aspen.
The home had all amenities as described and the host was very responsive and helpful to our requests.

We loved our stay at Spruce Ridge 708C. There was plenty of room for our two families and the kids loved the bunk room. It was great to sit in the hot tub and admire the views. The deck was perfect for us to gather outside and eat dinner. The grill was out of propane when we tried to use it, so we called Winter Park Lodging Company and they brought a new tank over right away. Amazing home that we can’t wait to stay in again soon!

Easy 10 minute drive to Winter Park resort. 2 minute drive to Safeway grocery and liquor store. 5 minute drive to tubing. 5 minute drive to shopping. Perfect location. The large dining table and island gave us a great place to fellowship and eat. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of games and movies to choose from, plus great streaming options. Hot tub was a hit. Loft was ideal for some privacy for the kids but we could still hear and see them easily.

We loved this property. We came in on a Friday, planned to ski Saturday and Sunday and then tube on Monday. After we arrived, we all got settled into our rooms. There is plenty of space for everyone! My husband and I stayed on the entry level in the master bedroom, my nephew and his son stayed in the basement level where there are 2 bedrooms and a bath. My kids all stayed in the bunk room, on the 4th floor. The kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked breakfast every morning and had everything we needed. The bus stop was steps away from the front door. We hopped on the bus and to go and rent our ski gear at a nearby place. We hopped on the bus to go to the very close by grocery store. We rode the bus to get to the Winter Park resort and back with no issues. The house was perfect! Would stay again!!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed the lay out for all fo us to fit and have a bed to sleep in. The kitchen was very well stocked. The townhouse was well laid out. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our 3 families with kids. The location is great and the view out of the balcony is stunning. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spices and plenty of cups and plates. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had three families staying during our Colorado getaway- and even though we ended up moving through 2 units- the 3rd unit we ended up in was great. Winter Park Lodging Company couldn’t have been better to work with. Before we arrived we found out our original units hot tub was on the fritz, and since it was a weekend they couldn’t guarantee when it would get serviced. So, we made the decision to switch units and were absolutely satisfied with the 2nd units- especially the kids as there were lots of toys for the little ones. Two nights later the water heater unexpectedly went out- so we ended up moving to a different unit that was no less amazing.
Each family had the space they needed, and Winter Park Lodging was incredibly helpful.
I know this review doesn’t end up being for this exact unit- but with Winter Park Lodging company as the management company- you can’t go wrong.

This was a great rental for our multi-family ski trip to Winter Park. The large bunk loft was the perfect space for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The staff was very communicative and responsive with any questions. A bonus was the free shuttle that stopped just down the road to take us to/from the resort.

Great location with beautiful views! Plenty of space for all of our family! Definitely one of the nicest places that we have stayed at in the Winter Park area! Management was wonderful to check in with us too! It was so great to have absolutely everything we needed from all cooking utensils in the kitchen to the games for our kids to play and to also having enough linens! We would most definitely recommend this place to anyone and plan on coming back next year!! Thanks Again!!

Amazing views and accommodations. We had a larger group and there was plenty of room for all of us. Great spaces for everyone to gather and spacious enough that if you needed time away you could find a spot. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for meal prep. Excellent location. There was plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. We would definitely come here again.

This place was beautiful incredibly comfortable accommodations with plenty of space wonderfully equipped kitchen, Not only with dishes and utensils, pots and pans and bakeware, but also condiments and other things you need to cook but don't wanna buy yourself for a short stay. The views were gorgeous the hot tub was wonderful It's just a lovely place are highly recommend it for a large group especially. Great for families but could also work for friends plenty of individual spaces and bathrooms. The only tiny downside is the hot tub outside the master bedroom balcony but if it's a close , flexible group it's not a problem at all.

We have gotten the ice issue cleaned up by the front door thanks to some warmer weather up here lately. This off season we'll work on finding the best solution for that so we don't encounter in the future.

It was great that 13 of us could fit in a condo instead of a larger, private home. We were amazed! We did have 7 kids total but still....it was awesome we all fit in there and all had a bed. All the stairs kept the kids in check too....thanks for that! Location was very handy and we hope to be back again.

Wonderful place. Check in was a breeze. The view is breathtaking! Grocery store is a short drive. My wife and I and both of our families (8 of us) spent a very memorable Christmas here. Would definitely come back!

This was an amazing space for our family vacation! Its close proximity to Winter Park and hiking trails was nice. The house itself was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. There was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the use of your beautiful home....lovely view all the amenities of home, plus some. comfortable beds ,there was 12 of us and Spruce Ridge accommodated everyone comfortably....the stairs gave us all a work out but it was well worth it.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Terrific!  We are all so pleased you had a nice stay with us.  The intent of the stairs is that if you rarely leave the property (which we hope you manage) at least you're getting SOME exercise!  We hope to host you up this way again.

Spruce Ridge 708C is a great place for a large group. We brought our family of 6 and also 4 teenage friends this year. 10 total. The guys shared the 2 bedrooms downstairs, and the girls shared the loft. My wife and I were in the master bedroom. This setup worked really well. The style of the condo is great. It has a real mountain feel. The large living room windows give a beautiful view of the mountains in the morning. And soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing was wonderful.

This is a beautiful property...nicely furnished and supplied...in a great location...and suited our needs perfectly! We do a lot of traveling and property rental and this property, not only met, but exceeded our expectations! The supplies in the kitchen and the quality of the hot tub were exceptional! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

The condo is on the Lift bus system that takes you right to the mountain but it's only an 8 minute drive if you would rather not use the shuttle. Super close to the Safeway for groceries. The bedrooms offer lots of privacy and having 4 bathrooms worked out well for our group. We loved the private hot tub. Our only complaint would be that the loft was not isolated from the noise of the kitchen and living room. If you were hoping to sleep, or get kids to sleep, upstairs while anyone cooked or watched TV it would be tough. We would stay here again.

This property was beautiful and very well equipped. There were plenty of beds, blankets, pillows etc for the 5 of us and for the 4 family members that joined us one evening from Denver. I manage condos at the beach in Alabama and I have to say Winter Park Lodging Company gave me a new bar to reach for as far as service and expectations. The team at Winter Park Lodging Company was there for me for pizza delivery suggestions, snow plow advice, fire place repair (we couldn't get the fire place to light one day and they had a guy there to fix it w/in 30 minutes) etc. Our only complaint was all the stairs, but we knew this before we booked it thanks to the awesome floor plans provided in the photos. The hot tub was awesome and we were glad that beach towels were provided for that. We didn't use the grill because it was cold. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped and even had baggies, saran wrap, dish soap and on and on. We will come back to Winter Park and we will rent through WPLC again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay in your home my mom especially loved the kitchen it had everything you could ever have or need in a kitchen fully stocked ❣️ although we were not expecting four floors it was beautiful the elderly slept on the floor with the kitchen and the living room so they didn’t have to walk up and down the stairs as much but it worked out perfect because there is a bathroom on each floor which was a plus we loved that the gibbons crew had an amazing time and I think you for the cards and candy you left behind for us to enjoy we have no complaints everything was amazing ❣️🤗 Colorado 2018 we took over 🙌🏽

The place was a great location and overall a great place for the whole family. The only complaint I have is the "memory foam" beds are rather hard and made it difficult to get a good night sleep. Overall great place

We had a great stay. There were no problems. The Spruce Ridge property is very nice. The hot tub holds 6 people. The unit has an open kitchen-dining-living room which is great for families. This was one of the nicest places that we have stayed and was PERFECT for our needs. We were visiting CO for our son's wedding and had plenty of space for our family and all of his groomsmen. We appreciated how clean and nicely set-up it was when we arrived and also appreciated the ironing board that was provided. Everything was as expected or beyond! It was wonderful to have everything we needed plus extra's that we didn't expect (i.e. spices for our chicken!) The view was marvelous, the games were fun, and the entire experience was amazing! We do not have one negative thing to say. It was WONDERFUL and we would all highly recommend staying here!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

We held a surprise bachelorette for my sister at this property and it was such a wonderful property to stay at! Everything you could want was in the home, it was spacious, clean and a great location. Management or the owners were so sweet and left a little sign to countdown the days until my sister's wedding, which was so very thoughtful and appreciated by all of us! I would highly recommend this property to anyone heading up to the Winter Park area. We plan to return with our kids sometime in the future!

This a great property for multiple couples with kids. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. The view was spectacular. Having 4 full bathrooms made a large party stay very comfortable. The hot tub was very big and top notch. The only downside is limited parking. We found places down the street but no more than 2 cars will fit at the property. My only suggestion would be more than one towel per person but that might just be a property management policy. Would recommend to anyone.

Our stay at Spruce Ridge lodge was nothing but enjoyable. The bus stop nearby made travel to the Winter Park lodge easy. Additionally, the lodge had all of the amenities and went above and beyond with providing supplies and extras. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would rent again.

We spent 3 nights at this condo just before Christmas. It was beautiful and we look forward to coming back. The condo was well situated near Safeway and other shops and only a 12 minute drive to the Winter Park ski resort. It was very clean, expertly decorated, had plenty of space and was the most well stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Winter Park Lodging Company was wonderful to deal with - they have a great app that tells you all sorts of info and were extremely responsive to any question I had. Highly recommend and will definitely work with them again.

This property exceeded our expectations, which says a lot considering how beautiful the pictures were! Our party of 7 adults, 2 toddlers and one newborn fit perfectly in all of the bedrooms and the large dining table with benches was a plus. The view is incomparable and I dream of nights in the hot tub. Really liked the place. Nice space--lots of stairs. Thanks for all the blankets and moose. Couldn't figure out how to move the top blinds. Fun speakers in the hottub. Would be great if could get guest pass to swimming pool across the meadow.
