Our family had a great weekend in Winter Park at Arrow 264. We've spent a lot of time in WP and this rental was very comfortable for our group (4 adults, 1 child). Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. We all loved the roof top hot tub with the mountain views - hard to beat! Location in town was great, easy walking distance to restaurants/etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely ski weekend in Winter Park!The house was perfect for our friends, there are a lot of stairs but there was room for our ski gear and the free parking garage is very close by! The company would message back quickly if we needed anything. Will definitely be back! :) the location is perfect in downtown winter park for going out and it’s minutes from the bus route.

It is an Amazing place and it had everything they promised.My only problem is that I and my mom could not handle the stairs so we never had a chance to use the hottub. But I loved the place otherwise!

Just the right spot to enjoy Winter Park town and the Resort. Super easy walk out to grab the shuttle or so close to drive and park if you're an early riser! Garage was terrific to have. Winter Park is really growing and is going to have quite a bit more going on for next ski season. Thanks!

What an amazing spot! Right in the midst of all in downtown and the most amazing rooftop hot tub and outdoor lounge area. We really enjoyed walking to all the shops/restaurants and park for the event. Plenty of space for us all and we ate well as the stairs help keep our pounds in check! But we knew about all the stairs. A fun spot!

Enjoyed our stay! The location was great and had easy parking. There were several good restaurants around that were walkable. There’s active construction going on but it didn’t bother too much! The hot tub was a perfect way to wrap up the night.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Arrow 264. Seems to be a very well built condo, great layout allowed privacy for the whole group. Kitchen was well appointed and we LOVED the radiant floor heating system! The 2 car tandem parking garage was unique and surprisingly large - we fit two full sized pickups in there! David with Winter Park Lodging was quick to respond and very helpful. My only knock would be while the furniture being mid-level IKEA type is certainly expected given it's high traffic rental, we all felt the slat frame beds were not the most comfortable nor supportive. Having a restful nights sleep is what people remember most i think during travel All in all though a great condo, will stay there again for sure - excellent value.

Our Thanksgiving stay was magical! There were a few bumps that were expertly handled by the hosts representatives very quickly and the rest of our trip was smooth sailing! The space is gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out. The views from the hot tub and while laying in bed seeing trees snow and sky was perfect. The fireplace gave the perfect winter ambiance and everything we needed to create out Thanksgiving feast was there. You need to drive or take the free bus to the ski hill, but it’s within walking distance to shopping and dining. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and didn’t want to leave! If you are looking for a locally run property with friendly and speedy response time, this is the company to book with! Special shout out to Zach who got our slightly bumpy start smoothed out expertly and quickly. We will definitely use Winter Park Lodging Companies properties again!

We loved our stay at Arrow 264, the townhouse was brand new, gorgeous, modern with all the amenities. Steps to town and the bus stop as well which made our getting to and from the ski resort easy. The team was responsive and very kind, loved receiving the treats and gifts from them after a long day of traveling as well. We didn't want to leave.

This home was perfect for our Winter Park golf trip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the bed linens were extremely cozy, and the rooftop hot tub was a crowd favorite. The rental company had great communication overall regarding check in and check out procedures as well as notifying us about the hot tub being serviced. My one frustration was the communication regarding a review of our stay. During our second to last day at the property, the company messaged me asking for a review, and when I did not respond they texted me again 30 minutes later. It felt a bit pushy and invasive. I am more than happy to write a great review but not during my vacation time.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  OOOPS!  So sorry about that Kelly.  We recently upgraded to a texting system for our team and they were working on having items post at certain times and it was just a mistake that you received it twice (especially in such a short time frame!).  That was surely not our intention for it to go out to you more than once.  We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope we can host you again......without the pesky review bothers!

Wonderful property. Well-appointed, modern, close and within walking distance to restaurants and easy access to highway. Clean and thoughtful with spice rack, food containers, and many other kitchen needs. For those who are troubled by stairs, there are three stories. However, those who may have difficult with stairs can enter and stay on the first level and enjoy a bedroom, full bath and the main living areas. The rooftop entertainment area is large and spacious as is the hot tub, all with spectacular views of the Continental Divide. At the time we stayed, construction was still ongoing immediately in front of the townhouse and was very noisy and dusty. That was the only downside, which was understandable given the newness of the property and development in that area. We enjoyed the stay and management was very responsive.

Property is as described. Clean, well supplied. Gorgeous view from rooftop hotub. Nicely decorated. Upper end appliances , TV's, etc. There was construction in the lot near property ..very noisy every morning beginning at 7am.. Hopefully this will resolve in future. Only negative is there is a glass piece on top of table behind couch. We bumped into it often..scraping our legs, etc. I could see where a small child could easily harm themselves on this. The glass appears much too long for the table and could pose danger to younger children...but that's up to property owner to decide.

Loved this location, especially during this time of year. Biking was amazing, also lots of close great places to walk to eat, 😍 Italian , Plus a bakery right across the street with a great London fog tea👌🏽
The taco place had a continuous line and people yelling way after hours but when it’s cooler you probably won’t have your windows open.
Hot tub was a lifesaver as we were quite soar. Hiking, boating, fishing, horseback riding and side by side trails in the park all very close.

This place is fantastic! It is clean, very well stocked, and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around town and driving to hiking or skying. We would return in a year when The construction just outside living room patio doors is complete. No air conditioning meant, open windows and patio doors, so noise and dust and diesel smell.

MANAGER COMMENT: Seems as though we always have construction going on in the summer up here. Sorry it was so close to you. We hope you do come back when everything is finished.

I can't say enough about how cool this place is. From top to bottom, you won't be disappointed. We loved the downtown location - right next to the Park, coffee shops and restaurants so it's easy to walk to everything. Each couple in our group got their own room and the two kids loved the colorful kids room. Lots of room to spread out and the bedrooms are so nice. The best part is the rooftop deck with the hot tub! You can see so many stars from here and it's the best place for a glass of wine. Winter Park Lodging Company is on it - great communication & service from start to finish!

We stayed here right before the mountain closed for the season and loved every part of it. It is brand new and has the cutest decor. The rooftop deck with private hot tub is AMAZING. We spent tons of time out there, even with the snowy weather. Our family had lots of room to spread out in the four bedrooms and it seems that this town home might be bigger than some of the others in this complex. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook at home, but we did walk to quite a few restaurants at Cooper Creek. We could also walk right over to the park for the kids to play at the playground which was really cool! This will be a great place to stay over the summer when festivals take place. The communication with Winter Park Lodging Company was top-notch. They answered all our questions (even the silly ones!) and we love the texting feature. We can't wait to come back when we can travel again!
