Fraser Crossing 3131 is a fun & colorful two bedroom condo, that's less than 150 yards to the slopes and trails of the Winter Park Resort. Settle into style in the living room and head outside onto your private patio for some of that fresh Colorado air. Inside enjoy the open floor plan in the living & dining rooms, plus the full size kitchen is perfect for those nights when you want to stay in. Escape to the King Master for a wonderful night's sleep and complete privacy with the ensuite bathroom. The kids will love the bunkroom with two sets of Twin over Twin bunks and their own bathroom. There's also overflow sleeping on the Queen pullout in the living room.

Located directly across from the Village, this condo features high-end building amenities including a parking garage, elevators, ski lockers, community hot tubs & amenity deck, grills, fire pits and more. Walk over to some of Winter Park's best shopping & dining in the Village or spend some time enjoying all the base area activities, year-round.

Sleeping Arrangements: Brand new King mattress in first bedroom, two sets of twin bunks in the second bedroom, plus a pull out queen bed. Sleeps up to eight.

Distance to Slopes:  Ski In/Ski Out at the Village at Winter Park Resort. 100 yards to the gondola through the Base Village.
