By Lauren, Posted: 01/20/2021This property is on the 1st floor with easy access to the village and slopes. We were able to head back to the condo for lunch each day. It has plenty of storage for your ski gear. I believe there is access to a ski locker but we did not have to use it. The condo was clean and comfortable.

By Steve, Posted: 01/10/2020I considered giving an "above average" review because some of the instructions about door codes and whatnot weren't perfectly clear, but the helpfulness of the reps on the phone and by text put this location into "excellent." We'll use Winter Park Lodging company again because of that and because it was cheaper than booking the same place on AirBnB or VRBO. Also, the location and condo itself were perfect. Really short walk to the base area lifts (gondola, etc) and shops; newish, clean facilities; the condo was perfect. Lots of tv options, dvds, family games, toys for the little kids, clean throughout, comfortable accommodations. So many times you rent a place in these ski towns/villages and the place is a little dank and past its prime, but that's not the case here. We loved this place and will stay there again.

The gesture was very appreciated and made us feel welcomed instantly! We found our condo very comfortable and well appointed. The only issue we had with the place was parking which has been discussed with management and Nationwide (the garage manager).

The beds were VERY comfortable! I will definitely stay here again. It was a short walk to the slopes, Starbucks, restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Once we figured out where to park in the garage, it was SO easy to unload and load our cars with the direct parking access to the unit's front door. We also loved not needing to use the ski locker with the convenient ski racks within the unit, and the super easy walkup access. WP Lodging Company folks were awesome to work with. We would definitely rent this unit again, thank you!

By Brad, Posted: 03/21/2017We thought that we were sacrificing by choosing to not stay "slope side" but the condo was so convenient and easy to get in and out of that we liked it better than the more expensive option we rented last year that was slope side. The unit was also very clean and modern. We had a fabulous time and loved all of the touches by the owners such as the Sony PS3 and the amazing new washer dryer.

We would not have gone to EPIC as it was somewhat a pain to drive back and forth and then haul all that gear to the lift area. I would have paid more to rent in the main village and utilize their storage. The money we saved at EPIC was offset by paying daily storage fees. The guys at EPIC were great. Hauling gear for two kids (under 10) my wife and myself sucks. Thanks for a great stay. We loved 3131 and the location. Adios.

By Dee, Posted: 01/28/2017It met our expectations. Many condos we have stayed at were better stocked with things like sugar, ketchup etc. The wifi didn't work fir several days which resulted in a cost on my cell bill.

Directions to specific unit were confusing. Proximity to mountain is a major plus. Disappointing that there is no common area to speak of at Fraser Crossing. Likely will not return.
Manager's Comments...Sorry to hear you didn't have the best stay ever. We aren't like a hotel, in that you have daily maid service. I'm sorry your travel agent who booked this for you didn't make you aware of this. Since you had a private entrance, you wouldn't have noticed the lobby, ski locker room, or the amenity deck that includes the hot tub and shared grills. This is also something your travel agent should have talked about with you. We will reach out to him to make sure he has the most up to date information. We are fact checking our directions, and will make corrections, so it will be easier for future guests to find the condo. We hope you'll reconsider and give us another try. We would love for you to have a stay where you say "Wow! That was awesome!"

We stayed at FC because of its location to the slopes and found ourselves in a well equipped apartment that was cosy, very clean and a rental company who were more than helpful! We would definitely return next year ! We have skied most of the boulder ski areas and consider Winter Park to be a hidden gem! Can't wait to return.

By Russel, Posted: 08/19/2015We needed to get away for the weekend and we picked the perfect place. This place was well appointed. It's location was directly across the street from the village. We were very pleased with this condo and would definitely come back. Also, the garage is literally right behind the unit, so you don't have to lug your things around or up and down an elevator (however, the key code to access the garage door did not accept our code, we just had our eleven year old run around through the lobby and open the door for us. We didn't drive much, so it wasn't a huge deal.) Manager's Note: Thanks for the feedback! Just wanted to clarify the parking garage code issue. In the summer, you just need to push the button on the kiosk to open the garage door. In the winter, we will provide guests with a QR code to enter and exit the garage. If you ever have trouble, just give us a call.
Q: How long is the walk to the Gondola?A: Fraser Crossing is in the village of Winter Park Resort. It is about a 150 yard walk to the Gondola.
Q: Are you allowed to smoke in the condo?A: This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke within the home, in the garage or on decks or patios. There will be a fine for smoking in the property.
Q: I have a large truck with a ski rack on top. Will I be able to fit in the parking garage?A: Clearance for the Founders Pointe/Fraser Crossing parking garage: Level 1 is 8'6" and Level 2 is 7'7".
