Sawmill Station 214 is the perfect downtown Winter Park Home for your next vacation. Featuring a complete makeover in Summer 2019, rest & relax in style while taking in everything Winter Park has to offer. Designed with families in mind, this three level home features an upper level bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds for the kids, a master bedroom with a King, plus a third bedroom with a Queen on the lower level with patio/hot tub access.

The spacious main level is the social heart of the home where you can enjoy a movie by the fireplace as you snuggle into the large sectional couch, gather the family around the dining table for a tasty homemade meal, or soak up the sun on one of the two main level decks. A modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a pleasure, and if you want to take the party outdoors, you'll find a gas grill on the rear deck.

A private one car garage will keep your vehicle nice and toasty in the winter months, and provide a safe storage area for skis, bikes and any other mountain toys you might want to bring along.

Homeowner's Tip: We enjoy spending our winters skiing at Mary Jane followed by sledding at Hideaway Park with our kids. In the summer, we love to go to the festivals across the street or hike Idlewild trail system behind our townhouse!

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the Master, 2 sets of Twin over Full bunk beds in the second bedroom and a Queen bed in the third bedroom. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Location: Sawmill Station is in the center of downtown Winter Park. It is a short, easy walk to shops, restaurants and the free shuttle service in downtown Winter Park. Two miles from Winter Park Resort.
