By David, Posted: 02/29/2020The condo was roomy, comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. It had everything we needed, and the best equipped kitchen we've had in a ski condo. The built-in garage made unloading and loading our luggage very easy, and there was a great space for taking off ski gear in the foyer. The property managers were super-responsive. I look forward to staying there again!

By Tracy, Posted: 02/05/2020We had a wonderful time in the townhouse. It had everything we needed. Having the two bunk beds was fun for the kids. I would have rated this excellent if not for the fact that the hot tub wasn't ready for use on our first night. I understand that it is cleaned and drained between guests. However, it is the main reason we chose this property. We didn't need the 3rd bedroom but paid extra because of the hot tub and we only got to use it one night. We had a great time in Winter Park.

Prior to arrival we received a few communications to let us know how to access, what to expect, and directions on how to locate our lodging. Once we arrived the facility looked exactly like the pictures but even better in person so the kids were very excited and happy to stay in their bunkbeds and explore. We purchased groceries before we arrived so we could enjoy the atmosphere and environment but what was amazing was that in addition to having everything we need... this facility had more than we expected. There were boardgames, books, movies, a playpens, gate for stairs, fans, and surprisingly they were even stocked with various seasonings and spices. The stay was excellent and we also used the outdoor grill one of the days. Along with a great place to stay, there was a small sledding hill across the street that the little ones played on into the night because they offered free sleds. Again, I can't say how much we enjoyed our stay. The comforts of home away from home... we will definitely plan to use this location again in the future. Awesome!

By Peter, Posted: 07/16/2019We just stayed at this lovely property and were wow'd with the new decor. Winter Park Lodging Company let us know that it just got a makeover and they weren't kidding. All new everything which makes it a perfect place to stay in downtown Winter Park. We could walk to the park and grab a coffee from Volarios across the street. Don't pass this place up, it's awesome!

It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything you would ever need, even down to a closet of board games! Great location, close to everything. The garage was a big plus with the heavy snow we had while we were there. Winter Park Lodging Company called to check on us upon check in and made sure everything was ok. Great communication, very impressed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The kitchen is amazingly furnished with all the tools you need for adventurous or everyday cooking. The support staff is very attentive, and the condo is in fantastic shape!

By Paul, Posted: 02/22/2018This was my second time staying at Sawmill Station. I love the property and its location. The overall experience was great. However, when we arrived, the gas log fireplace was on and the main floor of the condo was 98 degrees. It took quite a while for the space to cool down. The rest of the stay was good. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished for a rental.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Oh my! So sorry that the fireplace was left on. That is not how our inspections of the property usually go. That is a very warm welcome! Please do call us if something is ever not right. We will gladly bring supplies to help out. We hope your next stay is much more uneventful.
