The spacious main level is the social heart of the home where you can enjoy a movie by the fireplace as you snuggle into the large sectional couch, gather the family around the dining table for a tasty homemade meal, or soak up the sun on one of the two main level decks. A modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a pleasure, and if you want to take the party outdoors, please enjoy your private deck to dine al fresco. A private one car garage will keep your vehicle nice and toasty in the winter months, and provide a safe storage area for skis, bikes and any other mountain toys you might want to bring along. Plus you'll love the walkability factor of this home that's situated right in downtown Winter Park. Head out your door to grab coffee & groceries or do a little shopping at some of Winter Park's best shops.
