We appreciated the personal note of welcome, especially for our dog. The location was fantastic for about anything you want to do in town and we walked to groceries and restaurants at night. Balcony overlooks the park and we enjoyed live music there twice!

By Galen, Posted: 03/16/2022The condo was nice and spacious. Had everything you need in kitchen. Great views of the mountain and Winter Park ski slope. Great location next to hideaway park. My dog loved playing in the snow at the park and walking on trail down to creek. Easy walk to shuttle but we drove and did the $10 pay parking on most days. Winter Park Lodging Company was very quick to fix any issues we had. I have to say they take excellent care of their clients. We will be back again next year.

By Gail, Posted: 03/06/2022The property was beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The bus to get to and from Winter Park was a short walk from the condo (1 long block). For people like myself who are not accustomed to this altitude and weather however, a car may be best but we aren’t used to driving in the snow so I heavily relied on the bus system. I traveled with my mother who uses a wheelchair and so it was a bit tough but we were also able to schedule ride accommodations for her for free through the town. When she was home we took the bus. I don’t recall paying anything to get on the bus. There was a McDonalds right in front of the bus stop which made it convenient. There was a grocery store a few blocks up. We did get a few groceries but not much as it was a struggle to pack them in the cold (and they only give boxes). We would have loved to have used the kitchen more; it was a full kitchen with everything we needed to use to cook. Also we needed to stay beyond the checkout time and the property manager accommodated us. The property manager was very responsive from our time of arrival until the very end. Traveling with my mom in a wheelchair in the snow was a challenge and we initially were dropped off at the property manager office by mistake. However, even then they accommodated us and helped us contact the Lift service again to get a new ride. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to return again in the future.
MANAGER COMMENTS: So pleased it worked out overall for everyone. It is a challenge to do many things when you're up a altitude compounded with snow and ice! The town shuttle is always free and they have tremendous ADA/Paratransit options too. We are so pleased you could all get together. Layout: The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5, plus we were able to bring our dog and even host another family for a weekend. Though it is technically only 2 bedrooms, it feels spacious with the large open single level floor plan. The den has been converted to a third bedroom/sleeping area with a bunk and twin bed, perfect for stashing children ;) We never used it, but there is a pull-out for overflow, too. Amenities: The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The lodging company left nice cleaning supplies and toiletries, and plenty of towels. We loved the lazy boy and comfy beds. Having a ski locker was great, plus there is storage in the condo in a large utility closet for strollers and sleds. The clubhouse and pool/hot tub are nice, and we loved having access to those. Lastly, location: We loved the easy access to town and frequented the restaurants around the corner on Main Street. The ski mountain is only a five minute drive. We hope to return; it felt like home!

Everything we needed was included and all our activities were within walking distance. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. We are thrilled to recommend!!

Some small touches that I appreciate include: *plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags (so many rentals expect you to bring your own) *laundry detergent (we don't normally do laundry but this came in very handy) *Salt, pepper and a few spices. I also appreciate that there wasn't a long list of things we had to take care of before checking out. The management company was very responsive when we had a small issue and followed up to be sure everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

We were close to everything, in the middle of town but set back from the main street so you were still able to relax and enjoy the 3rd floor views from the deck in peace. The pool/bbq area allowed us to host a small group of our friends and their kids. We'll be back!

By Kevin, Posted: 04/04/2021Love it, this is my third time staying here, and the #133 is my favorite of the units my family and I have stayed at. It is only 5 minutes from skiing, and hopefully once Scamdemic is over (which may take forever in CO) the use of the pool and hot tub will be back. I can't speak highly enough of the place, and they are great for people with Wheelchairs as an elevator is there and the rooms are spacious, only issue I have, and this is not with the unit's themselves, but the Handicap parking spaces are piled up with snow which is a crying shame. Good luck finding accessible parking in winter, as they or the service that plows/clears the snow, illegally pushes and dumps it into the handicap spots ??. Other than that, its great and will be back again.

They also made good use of the pool, while we enjoyed the hot tub. We were able to spread out, with everyone having their own space, but a nice living area to come together to watch movies. Well equipped kitchen made cooking our own meals a breeze. Comfy beds and a fantastic black out shade in the master provided us the rare luxury of sleeping in. Having a private washer/dryer was super helpful. Winter Park Lodging Company brought us an iron just after we called to request one. Great customer service all around. We were wow'ed and would stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation.

By Larry, Posted: 07/29/2017We stayed three days in this unit. It is fairly new. It is spacious. Very easy to access from the parking area. Only downside was the king mattress. Sort of lumpy. Should be replaced Can't believe it was new with the unit.

They repaved the parking lot while we were there, but Winter Park Lodging Company helped us find alternate parking. We will tell our friends!
