Free Parking at the Mary Jane Base Area

All parking at Mary Jane Base is free. Access to Mary Jane and her parking options can be found by turning off Hwy 40 (approximately 1 mile East of the main Winter Park Resort entrance) at the Mary Jane Resort sign onto Mary Jane Road. All Mary Jane Road lots, including the Mary Jane base area, are serviced by FREE Park-N-Ride shuttles to the Winter Park base every ½ hour from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM daily.

Here’s our run down of the parking lots, closest to furthest out from Mary Jane Resort Base.

Dotsero Lot: FREE

Located at the main base of Mary Jane, this large lot offers an easy walk to the Super Gauge Express Lift, Mary Jane Ticket Office & Mary Jane base restaurants. It fills fast, so arrive early or make it an afternoon ski and arrive after 2:00 PM when the early birds start heading home and spaces begin to open up again. The Dotsero lot is located at the very end of the Mary Jane road, approximately two miles from US HWY 40.

Utah Junction Lot (aka The C Lot): FREE

The ‘C’ Lot is named for it’s proximity to the two chair ‘Challenger’ lift, and it’s a locals favorite that is known as party central: expect grills going, friends gathering and tailgates down. There's also a new shipping container restaurant in this lot, Bradley's, that has grab & go chimichangas. This lot fills up quickly. The majority of terrain accessed from the Challenger lift is blue/black and higher, so if you are looking for more gentle terrain, ski down to the Super Gauge Express via the green Shoo Fly trail. This parking lot also has the benefit of public restrooms at the lot’s edge. Utah Junction Lot will be the third lot in from US HWY 40 on the left.

Corona Side Lot: FREE

The Corona Siding Lot provides access to the Corona Way Trail, though it is a bit of a hike/side-step up a gradual slope to get to the main ski trail down to the lifts. As with all of the Mary Jane parking lots, you have the option to free shuttle in, for easier access. Corona Siding Lot is the first parking lot on the left as you drive down Mary Jane Road from US HWY 40.

Rollins Side Lot: FREE

Rollins Pass Lot will be the first lot on the right as you enter onto Mary Jane Road. From this lot, you will most likely want to ride in on the free shuttle.
