Lakota Dreamcatcher 133 is the perfect home for your next luxury vacation. Spend the days on the slopes and trails and spend the evenings nestled away in lush furniture or soaking in the private hot tub with resort views. The spacious layout of Lakota Dreamcatcher is perfect for families and groups with two living rooms featuring large smart TV's, gas fireplaces, a modern high-end kitchen, a large deck with plenty of seating, a propane grill and a lower level walkout patio.

Rest easy in one of the four bedrooms split across three levels. All bedrooms have new bedding & decor plus flatscreen TV's. The King Master on the upper level offers sweeping views and total privacy. Head downstairs for three more bedrooms including another King Master, Queen bedroom and Twin bunk room that is perfect for the kiddos. All lower level bedrooms open up to the lower level lounge that has plush seating, gas fireplace, new TV and more!

At the end of your fun day, take happy hour out to the amazing private hot tub & fire pit on the lower level patio and soak in the views of Winter Park Resort.  Best of all, this property is pet-friendly for one dog. Your next dream vacation awaits at Lakota Dreamcatcher!

Homeowner's Tip:  There's nothing better than family pancakes and coffee on the deck to plan the day. We also love hikes in the forest, mountain biking, or a great book with scenic James Peak over our shoulders!

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $75 fee for a dog, which will be added to your balance after booking online or included in the total price when booking with a reservationist.

Sleeping Arrangements:  King in Master bedroom on upper level, King in second bedroom on lower level, Queen in third bedroom on lower level, and a bunk room with a Twin over Twin bunk and a Twin over Full bunk on the lower level. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 3/4 of a mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in downtown Winter Park. It is a 150 yard walk downhill to the free shuttle pick up spot.

Please Note:

  • There is no trailer parking within the Lakota Subdivision unless within a closed garage
  • Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.
