Balsh Hideaway is a newly built pet friendly (for one dog $75 fee) home in Fraser that welcomes guests with a stylish layout split over two levels in an excellent location. Upon entering Balsh Hideaway, your heart will be warmed from the ground up by the professional decor, hotel-style luxury linens, and radiant in-floor heating. Under an open floor plan, the living room is set up surrounding a 65" flat-screen TV and gas stone fireplace. Two sofas and a lounge chair invite you to relax after a day of play while enjoying your favorite movie.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining table that seats up to seven. The fully loaded kitchen greets you with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas stove and dual oven.This kitchen is perfect for preparing any meal, from a quick breakfast to a holiday feast. If flame broiled is your fancy, step out onto the deck, take in the views of the surrounding mountains, and fire up the gas grill. When dinner is finished, polish off a great day in Winter Park by slipping into the seven-person hot tub under the covered portion of the deck.

When it's time to rest easy, choose from one of three bedrooms. The Primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed, 42" flat screen TV with cable and Roku, and a Primary bath with dual sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King bed, 42" flat screen with Roku, and a shared full bath. The third bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with two twin over twin bunks, one with trundle bed, and bean bag chairs.

The location in Fraser is the perfect central headquarters for adventure. Bring Fido along and find endless hiking and biking trails in and around Fraser and the Fraser Experimental Forest. The town of Fraser offers restaurants, shopping, and activities for the whole family.  In addition, our home is Just four miles from Winter Park Resort, two miles from downtown Winter Park and the free Winter Park shuttle picks you up at the front door.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $75 fee for a dog, which will be added to your balance after booking online or included in the total price when booking with a reservationist.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Primary bedroom, King in the second bedroom, twin over twin bunks + twin trundle in the third bedroom. Sleeps up to nine.

Location: The Balsh neighborhood in the town of Fraser. One mile to Fraser town center, two miles to downtown Winter Park, and four miles to Winter Park Resort. On free city bus route.

Please Note: This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 8pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round
