This lovely condo sits on the top level (elevator access) and is extra quiet with views of the divide from the private deck. Walk right out your door to the Rendezvous Events Center which hosts festivals throughout the year. When you're ready to rest easy, retreat to one of the two bedrooms, a King Master or the perfect kids room with two Twin over Full bunk beds. Overflow guests? Check out the Queen Murphy bed in the living room. Plus, bring Fido to Winter Park! This townhome is pet-friendly and ready for your next Winter Park vacation.

Please Note: 

  • The pool & hot tub are closed due to COVID restrictions
  • Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • This condo is in building 4 on level 3.

Pet-Friendly: This condo is pet-friendly for one dog with a $75 non-refundable deposit.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Master, two Twin over Full bunk beds in the second bedroom, plus a Queen Murphy bed in living room. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Parking: Free onsite, outdoor parking is available for up to TWO vehicles.

Location: Trailhead Lodges is located in the center of downtown Winter Park. Just 2 miles to Winter Park Resort and a short, easy walk to shops, restaurants and the free shuttle service in downtown Winter Park.
