IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT WINTER PARK RESORT: In order to ski safely at Winter Park Resort, single day lift tickets are limited this year and will sell out. Please buy your tickets early. Also note, anyone with an IKON or Winter Park Resort season pass will need a reservation to ski this season. Pass holders can make reservations through their online account and each pass holder may reserve up to 10 ski days at a time. Make sure to check the reservations site frequently as cancelled and changed reservations are opening up ski days/reservations for pass holders.

Welcome to your favorite home away from home - The Cabin at Porcupine Ridge. This beautiful cabin, located in the coveted Porcupine Ridge neighborhood in Fraser, has the best of both worlds- close proximity to town and a more secluded, lodge feel with forest views. Walk into this home and you'll love the mountain furnishings throughout along with the space to spread out. The open living room offers nature views and the chef in your group will love the decked out kitchen. Showcasing four bedrooms across three levels there's room for everyone to sleep easy after a long day on the slopes and trails. You'll also enjoy two lounges including one on the lower level that's perfect for the kids with movies & games. Finally, you can leave all your gear and keep your car warm in the two-car garage.

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in Master bedroom on main level, King bed in the second bedroom on upper level, King bed in third bedroom on lower level, a set of Twin over Twin bunks with a Twin trundle in the fourth bedroom, and a Queen size, self-inflating EZ bed. Sleeps up to 11 guests.

Location: The Porcupine Ridge neighborhood in the town of Fraser. One mile to Fraser town center, two miles to downtown Winter Park shops and dining, and four miles to Winter Park Resort.  On free city bus route.

Please Note: This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 8pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
