The Lakota Neighborhood is the prime area for year-round Winter Park activities and relaxation.  Split over three levels,  Lakota Antlers 403 offers excellent views, three stylish bedrooms, tons of family fun, and the comforting the feel of your home away from home.

After a day of playing hard, settle into the sumptuous sectional complete with three separate recliners. The whole group will enjoy getting cozy around the gas fireplace and 55" 4K flat screen Smart TV with premium Klipsch soundbar and subwoofer in the living room. Save money by dining in with the family. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen that features a four burner gas stove, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to eight and the nearby breakfast bar seats three more plus head outside  on the deck to use the propane gas grill and check out the marvelous views of the ski area. 

On the upper level, the master bedroom harbors a King bed, soft inviting fleece comforter,  and a 40 " flat-screen TV.  The en suite bathroom features a jetted tub, dual vanities, and walk-in shower.  On the lower level are the remaining two bedrooms and private hot tub access. Both bedrooms have 32"  flat screen TV's in them and both bedrooms share the downstairs bathroom with hallway access and walk-in shower. For those needing to get some work done, you'll enjoy the Queen bedroom desk that includes a 27" monitor, keyboard, and mouse with slope views. Not too bad for a remote office! The kids will love the bunk room, complete with Sony Playstation 3 and an assortment of games, puzzles, high chair and books.

Sleeping Arrangements:  King in the Master, Queen in the second bedroom, 2 sets of Twin over Twin bunks in the third bedroom and a Queen EZ bed in the living room. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 1/2 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from downtown Winter Park. It is a 100-150 yard walk from Lakota Antlers properties to the free shuttle pick up spot.

Please Note:

  • There is no trailer parking allowed within the Lakota Subdivision unless within a closed garage.
  •  Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.
