Welcome to the HGTV 2007 Dream Home, Mary Jane's Dream Home! Tucked away in the secluded Bridger's Cache neighborhood below the Mary Jane slopes, this luxurious yet delightfully welcoming home has all the trappings you would expect of its coveted title.  Enjoy classic mountain architecture with a contemporary twist, plus beautiful custom woodwork, huge windows and four covered balconies to take in the winter wonderland outside.  When the night draws in, wrap yourself up in sumptuous soft furnishings, share the day's stories over a home cooked feast, or gaze upon the stars from the steamy outdoor hot tub.

A spacious 4500 sq ft floor plan affords plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Two large lounge areas, loft reading nook open floor plan kitchen and dining area provide a wonderfully social living space, while generously sized bedrooms offer quiet hideaways when it's time to relax. If you have a big family get together in mind, the kids will LOVE the lower level of the home, complete with bunk room and second lounge with fireplace, flat screen TV and wet bar. A three car garage will keep your vehicles and ski equipment warm and dry, and even has a few bonus surprises for guests to enjoy, like snowshoes and bicycles. This dreamy home is perfect for your next Winter Park vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Master on main level, Queen in the second upstairs, Queen and two Twins in the third bedroom upstairs, two sets of Twin over Twin bunks in the fourth bedroom downstairs, a Queen pullout in second living area downstairs, plus a Queen size, self-inflating EZ bed. Sleeps up to 16 guests. 

Location: Bridger's Cache neighborhood. Access to the Corridor Trail which goes to the Winter Park ski area is just a short 150 yard walk from the home.  A 5 minute walk to the base of the Mary Jane ski area. A short drive to Winter Park Village shops and restaurants. 7 miles to shops and dining in downtown Winter Park.

Please Note: 

  • This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 8pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
  • There is a steep driveway & access roads to this home that require 4WD in the winter.
