Spent five nights with my son and nephew. The accommodation was meticulous with nice furnishings. Top floor with nice view of the mountain and gondola. 3 minute walk to the lifts and gondola. Host responded to any questions I had very promptly without an issue. The only improvement I would request would be to add room darkeners to the bedroom windows. Otherwise 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back next year.

The hospitality and lodging are as described. It was a great place to stay for early season ski training.
My only complaint is the parking garage system. Our QR code did not work consistently and calling security to get in each time was annoying. Unfortunately the HOA is responsible for this so there wasn’t much Winter Park Lodging could do about it. Hopefully this gets worked out before the big crowds show up for the season.

Got to enjoy the new hot tub and the patio/deck overlooking it was terrific for keeping and eye on the older kids. Have a private washer/dryer was a huge help. Living space is not huge but the trade off of the 4 min walk to the slopes is worth it. We would surely stay again and recommend to others! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Fraser Crossing.
The unit was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. It was well-equipped with sufficient cookware for preparing homemade meals before or after a day on the slopes, an efficient washer and dryer for laundry, fast Wi-Fi for streaming and Zoom calls, and a convenient onsite ski locker for easy storage and access to our equipment. The underground parking and trolley carts made transporting our luggage effortless.
The location was excellent—Fraser Crossing is directly across the street from the gondola and the village, making slope access convenient.
One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the cooking pans in the near future, as some of the non-stick surfaces were starting to peel.

We spent 2024 spring break at Fraser Crossing in Winter Park. The condo was great in terms of location, layout and service. We could walk to the lifts and the village shops/restaurants. The staff checked in on us daily via email and text. Facility was clean and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo is very nicely furnished with all of the linens and kitchen supplies you’ll need. Cute updated decor. Great view of mountain and WP Village. Convenient access to skiing and WP village for meals and shopping. Easy parking in heated deck below building. Perfect for up to four adults or two adults+ two kids. Might feel crowded with more, especially kitchen which is really only big enough for 1-2 people at a time. The building is a bit loud, and we could often hear doors shutting, people walking or running down hallway, and dogs barking. The mattress in the master bedroom is not comfortable, and I wonder if it needs a foam topper or it’s time to be replaced. Although the hot tub for other building is large and accessible, it is unfortunate that the hot tub for Fraser’s Crossing, which would be much more convenient, remains broken. People were using it, but water is lukewarm. Everyone at Winter Park lodging was easy to reach and helpful. Margaret helped us many times throughout our stay and she definitely made our stay better with her excellent customer service! Bottom line - we would definitely rent from WP Lodging again and likely would stay in this condo again, despite a few concerns mentioned above.

Fraser Crossing 3611 was a perfect ski in/ski out condo! It is upgraded in every way! Beautifully decorated, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for bathrooms & hot tub, and more! The view is fantastic - overlooking the amenities deck and ski resort! And Winter Park Lodging Company's service was excellent! They are very communicative, instructions are clear, and they respond quickly! I would definitely stay again!

This property has everything you need to make for a great ski trip. Excellent location. Don't fret about the walk. Its a short one to the Gondola. What I would most emphasize is that Winter Park Lodging company has it together! I have stayed in VRBO listings all over. This company is the best I have encountered. Easy to contact, and responsive. They reached out to me repeatedly to make sure everything was going well. I could go on about their service, but I will simply say that they are the best management company I have dealt with thus far. They do it right.

I will not spend much time reviewing the property itself. It has everything you need to make for a great ski vacation. Location is perfect. It is well supplied. All is good. I want to take a moment and say that the people at Winter Park Lodging Company are the best property management company I have encountered during my travels. Responsive, proactive, organized and friendly. If you are staying at Winter Park, find the property that suits your needs, but make sure it is managed by Winter Park Lodging Company. This unit was perfect for my friend and I. The living room furniture is plush and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room were a huge plus. Each bathroom had plenty of counter space and adequate linens. The kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was lovely with nice seating. Another great stay at Winter park. We've stayed at Founder's Pointe and Fraser Crossing before and the location is top notch, right across from the mountain. There were a couple dirty spots on one of the comforters, but otherwise no issues, very clean and communication was perfect as always.

This was a great property for our family of four (2 adults 2 teens). It could not be more convenient to the mountain. It was extremely clean (not just the condo but also the facilities). The condo had almost everything we needed although we just ran to the Safeway in town to pick up groceries. One thing that would have been nice would have been a firestick for the living room tv. (If the owner does not provide one, you should think of bringing one. It just helps with family movies. I will say that the unit would be tight for the number suggested unless you are young and can tolerate the closeness. It definitely worked for us and our girls could have easily fit a friend each. Overall, it was great stay, great mountain, and this condo was a hit!

Fantastic condo with everything you might need for your trip. The place was so cozy we almost didn't want to leave during the day! My family likes to travel and we make 4 to 5 trips every year. We were impressed with how we were treated by all contacts with Winter Park Lodging Company staff. Their communication is awesome, thorough and proactive. They provide you with all the information so its hard to have a question about anything in Winter Park, because they proactively push the information to you. Also, every recommendation they suggested that we participated in was really good, like using Home James for our shuttle transportation from the airport (they were awesome and Bruce the driver made it a fun experience). Also, you really never know what type of company you are dealing with until you have a problem. We stayed at Fraser Crossing and loved it, the condo was everything we expected, because of the pictures and information provided by Winter Park Lodging Company. So everything was perfect, except the clothes washer did not work and we really need it for our family. We called to report it and they were (sincerely) apologetic and sent a repair guy (who was super nice) within an hour. When the washer needed parts and could not be fixed, they promptly provided $20 in quarters for us to use the facility laundry. My family compared our experience and everyone who we came into contact with at Winter Park Lodging Company to Chick Fil A employees. Especially those of us from the South know the best employees for treating customers special is Chick Fil A. So we we will go back to Winter Park, because of the experience at Winter Park and we will use Winter Park Lodging Company for all our logistics and accommodations. MANAGER COMMETS: Wow! We had a great time, as usual. You might want to have a carpenter adjust the door leading to the sun deck. You can’t open that door without making enough noise to wake people up. The washer was a bit wacky and the front panel was loose on same. The dining table chairs shed on your clothing. There was nothing that kept us from having a great time, sorry it’s gonna be another whole year for us. We really appreciate you helping us and look forward to next time.

We stayed at Fraser Crossing over a busy holiday weekend and were only steps away from the gondola (you can see the slopes from the balcony). Our family of 5 fit comfortably and the kids enjoyed the bunk bed/queen configuration, a rare find for a 2bdrm. We were pleasantly surprised to find the unit also came with a generous-sized, secure ski locker and the elevators are really fast! Upon check-in we had some questions with the condo and I was quite impressed with the management company’s high-touch communication and responsiveness. Only minor annoyance is that you have to pay through a separate system for the (highly recommended) heated underground parking. It is managed separately from the condo/mgmt company so out of their control.

Thanks so much Jeri! We are all so thrilled you enjoyed your stay overall. We can surely address getting some more skillets in the property and will replace that fan so folks can sleep! The bike locker does require you to bring your own lock to secure the bike inside the locker. We will check to make sure all our information indicates that. We had a great stay with our family of six. Plenty of space for everyone, nicely equipped kitchen for basic cooking. Hot tub was a fun time each evening. Easy time finding a parking spot in the under ground garage Overall a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay. The unit was really a really easy walk to Zephyr Express lift and all of the apres ski spots. Fun hanging out in the hot tub (big hot tub so it never felt crowded). Management staff was really attentive - called to make sure we got into the unit ok, called to make sure everything was ok with checkout. We plan to stay again next time we're in Winter Park!

Overall, very pleased with the accommodations. Clean, with room enough for the 8 of us and our gear. I would offer 2 suggestions ; furniture that can hold clothing. the master bedroom really had no place to unpack our belongings. the TV stand could easily be a 6 drawer chest and would have worked well. Same for the 2nd bedroom. Dinnerware/glassware: I noticed 4, maybe 5 coffee mugs. We had a party of 8. Qty's should match what the headcount of the reservation can hold. Other than those 2 suggestions, we really enjoyed the condo!

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Great idea on the storage.  We will pass along to the owner.  Thanks for the heads up on the low kitchen inventory.  We have taken inventory and have everything stocked back up.

Hi There, This was a last minute trip to Co to escape the Tx heat. We could not have picked a better location for our week! There was so much to do for us and the kids in WP. Also I had to have wifi as I worked remotely and it was nice not to have to pay for that. Apartment was gorgeous, clean and modern - we had plenty of room. Also everyone was really nice and friendly which makes a huge difference too to the experience. My first time in WP and We will come back again, maybe even for ski-season. The ladies at WP Lodging were very helpful and professional and really cared about making our vacation to Winter Park Resort the best ever. We have traveled extensively and used many property management companies to select our vacation property, but none have them compare to the caliber of WP Lodging. The condo was clean and stocked full of amenities. We received phone calls from the staff before our trip and on the day of arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is a top floor unit so we had wonderful views of the mountain. The ceiling fans were nice in the living room and master bedroom since the complex does not have a/c and our visit was in June. We would definitely rent this unit again and would look forward to using Winter Park Lodging to plan our next WP vacation!

Nice condo located on the 6th floor of Fraser Crossing. Excellent location; right across the street from the lifts, rentals and various bars/restaurants at the resort. I added the underground parking option for an additional fee, which I would suggest for anyone considering staying in the Fraser Crossing complex. Amenities were very good. I'd give it a 4star rating out of 5.

We had a wonderful ski trip staying in this condo. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The location is great, just a short walk across the street to the lifts. Look forward to visiting Winter Park and staying here again!

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the condo. We had plenty of room, and the unit was very clean. The location and accessibility to the slopes was wonderful, and made things much easier with small children. We all enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Look forward to coming back!

This two-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of five. Situated on the top floor with vaulted ceilings made it feel larger and also offered beautiful views of the slopes. And the slopes are simply a short walk across the street. Our only very minor complaint was there were only 6 glasses of varying sizes. Certainly not a deal breaker - we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Manager Comments: We will certainly address adding some more standard glassware. Thanks for letting us know and we hope to host you again!

Overall a very nice unit. The view is wonderful, condo was very clean, sheets and towels were of nice quality and beds comfortable. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of space to stretch out. We played games at the dining room table while others did puzzles on the coffee table. Really liked the full size fridge. Only suggestions for improvement I have are that the kitchen needs a liquid measuring cup and dry measuring cups. A place to store food would be nice. Might be time for some organizing of the utensil drawers and cabinets. Some things were placed haphazardly. Also time to go through the games and puzzles in the coffee table. We enjoyed our stay and of course the short trip to the lift is wonderful...especially with grandparents and young kids!

We all had a great time there is so much to do right in the village of winter park and it is such a family friendly place. Ages in our family range from 2 years to 70 years and there is something for everybody. Only one thing stopped me from rating our experience an excellent and that is the fire alarms. During this stay we were evacuated from the building three times. In 2012 when we stayed at Fraser Crossing we were evacuated once and it was later at night when we were all in bed asleep. What ever is going on with the fire alarms wish that could be fixed. other then that was a perfect holiday stay.

We've stayed at fraser crossing in the past when we've visited Winter Park. We really like that the building is modern and the big hot tub is so nice after a long day of skiing. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our group of 5.
