Great location. Plenty of room for our entire family. Missing bedsheets for pullout couch but one phone call and they delivered a set straight away. Well stocked with basic necessities. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was everything as described and more. The garage was right out front of the unit, so a short walk with bags and easy place for garage storage. It is your private drive in garage, we had a mid size suv which easily fit, any larger would have been difficult. The first floor is large and well equipped in every way. Full first floor bath, so if you were using the sofa bed it would be useful to that guest. Nice walk in area for storage, well equipped kitchen, we ate several meals in and lacked nothing. Large living dining area lots of light. It is above a clothing store, so no food smells from nearby places. Three good sized bedrooms and two full baths. Master has a whirlpool tub. Second bedroom has a seating area. All rooms have tvs. All nice linens. Management company was superb, directions and access very clear. We would highly recommend for families with the short walk to skating pond and lifts.

Place is very convenient. Private garage right outside door. Lots of room for three adults and 2 children. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Some toys and games. Lots of supplies. Three full bathrooms. All good furniture and beds. Management company was very forthcoming with directions, allowed us in a few hours early which really helped. Right across from gondola, and right above the restaurants and shops.

Our family had a blast at Winter Park this past week! We have been to a bunch of resorts out west and it is really hard to beat the convenience of the Village Lofts. Easy walk to the Tram each morning started our ski days out right and plenty of restaurants close by to finish our day. Balcony was a nice touch to enjoy the spring like weather we had a couple of the days! Overall the accommodations at Loft 108 were comfortable and updated. We were all content to order in a few nights from one of many restaurants within a short walk. Thank you!

We had a great time! It's our second time at this villa , found everything we needed in it and management was very responsive with our needs! We were 6 adults and felt comfortable.  I would not recommend for more than 6!  Close to slopes , easy to get to town. I would suggest buying everything early on to take advantage of better pricing for chair lifts, lessons, etc...

Base Village Loft 108 was an excellent alterative. We've been staying in the Zephyr for years and just love having so much more comfortable space! We loved still being right at the base area so easy walk to the gondola and lifts. Thanks Winter Park Lodging Company!

Loved our trip to winter park and this property that sits right in the heart of the village. The condo is very spacious and all 4 of our kids had plenty of room. The property is walkable to the gondola—would suggest getting a locker to avoid walking in heavy ski boots through the village but it’s definitely doable. We used Black Tie for rentals and they were amazing. The condo was very well stocked with useful items like dish soap, detergent, coffee and essential cooking items. Overall a great experience and would def stay here again.

The best part of this property is the location. Right in Winter Park Resort town. Main central sidewalk is just steps away. Restaurants and bars closeby. Quiet. Parking garage is big and easy to get in and out of. It's a ski in and out place. The house was very clean and modern. Warm heated flooring. Big kitchen. Modern appliances. Plenty of room for everyone chillin' out in the living room watching a movie together.

This property was all I hoped for. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to all the village amenities. The garage was a great bonus for storage. The layout of the condo was great with spacious rooms throughout. The kitchen was also very nice and fully stocked with essentials.

This is the third year that we have stayed in the village lofts and have enjoyed them all. First let me say that all three different condos were fantastic and this is not a complaint but just a heads up to the owners to make a few things easier for the occupants. Loft 108 has a universal remote for the living room entertainment system that is rechargeable but we couldn't find the charger for it and it ran out of power a few days after we arrived. The following is a problem everywhere when cable boxes are used with TVs but all of the TVs were difficult to use and the two TVs upstairs (not the master) didn't receive any signals as they were set up and I didn't feel like spending time correcting the problem myself. Loft 108 had a vacuum in the kitchen closet but it was essentially useless. After a day or so the floors needed cleaning but without a usable vacuum or even a broom I was unable to clean up after the days activities. The condo stayed pretty warm all the time even with the outside temperatures in the thirties. The heat was set at 65 and I'm sure it never came on the entire time we were there. Inside temps were in the mid 70's all day every day. That being said, the ceiling fan in the family room is nice and high tech but difficult to turn on. It has a remote but it's not very intuitive to use and no instruction that I was able to locate. Please understand that these are minor things and I would come back again. I would give this place a 9.5 out of 10.

location, location, location!!! Very comfortable home, they provide everything you need, and not just a starter pack- full supply of garbage bags, toilet paper, etc...nothing worse than having to buy stuff while on vacation an then leave it behind! Can't get closer to the lifts!

We've booked through Winter Park Lodging Company now several times. Every time, they exceed our expectations. It's a very professional team, from the booking process, to checking in, to addressing any concerns during the stay. As units are privately owned, they obviously can vary as to condition, finishes, etc. This time we booked Loft 108 in the Village, and it is really nice. We had 2 adult couples and 2 kids, and it worked well. For stays longer than 4 nights or so, it might start to feel a tad small, at least in the living room, but we never felt cramped on our 4 night stay, especially because the bedrooms are on another floor. The finishes are very nice and like new, you can't beat the location, and 108 in particular is very nicely furnished in terms of decor, tv/stereo, kids' games, etc. We'll try and book it again next season.

This accommodation is well presented with all the equipment we could need. Location is good in the centre of winter park resort. However this lodging is expensive and smaller when compared with similar facilities in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge

We have stayed at Zephyr in the past and this year decided to rent a loft with some friends as an alternative. The loft was far nicer than any of the other properties I have stayed at: newer, more modern and way more space. Not quite the ski out convenience of Zephyr, but seriously not that much further from the lifts. Only thing that it seems to be lacking is a private hot tub...that would make this place unbeatable!

Very well equipped and spacious condo in the middle of the main village at Winter Park. Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the lifts, and Starbucks just a few steps away. Props to the management company, we've stayed all over the US and this lodging company was a cut above the rest.

Loft 108 has the location and the layout. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the private garage. The beds had "real" mattresses which is not the norm for a few of the lofts. We'll be back!
