We had never been to Winter Park and this was an excellent place to stay. It is extremely close and the price point was better than almost every other location. You are right across the street from the gondola and have to walk about 50 yards from the front door to the gondola. They have lockers on the first floor for your ski equipment. The actual unit was heated and we kept having to open the door because it tried to cook us lol which is amazing when the outside temperature is between zero and 15°. I would definitely recommend this Unit for other people. It was clean and everything I needed was there.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Winter Park Resort, and, the staff were very responsive and helpful for any questions I had. The two suggestions I’d make are: (1) at least one thinner/flatter pillow (the pillows were like balloons, interestingly enough I heard other tenants talking in the jacuzzi about similar issue with pillows so it’s not isolated to this unit). (2) some way to manage temperature without having to leave open bedroom window and balcony door 24 hours a day. With heater and fireplace pilot light fully off and ceiling fans running, the inside temp would climb to 74-75. I’m guessing this is a common issue during winter as two other tenants brought this up in the jacuzzi and asked how I handled it. Unfortunately, for this second reason, I would not rent a 1 bdrm unit again here during winter unless I was assured this had been addressed. (While I was able to mitigate this issue, having to leave bedroom window open all night meant street/other sounds amplified into the bedroom making it difficult to sleep).

Place was really nice. Neat and clean and relatively modern. Location unbeatable 3mins walk to gondola. Had to get help figuring out remote control for living room TV and couldn't bring temperature down without opening a window but it was fine. Such an easy walk to the Gondola and Arrow lifts as well as the village shops and food. Very comfortable condo and heated garage was great since we got 4 feet of snow during the week we were there. Would definitely stay here again next year.

A nice spot to stay a few nights on our road trip through the west. The hot tub was fantastic! We enjoyed the gondola views and happy hour way up on the mountain. Very clean and great communication from the company. Would surely recommend!

Standard one bed condo, worked great for the four of us, my two daughters shared the queen pull out couch. Clean, kitchen with standard pans, cooking tools, coffee maker, etc. David from the rental company was very responsive via text when a few things were missing - sheets for the pullout, laundry detergent - and replaced the next morning. Perfect location - 2-300 yards to gondola, village etc. Parking worked well.

Loved this place, exactly what we expected. Need you to know however that the bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. It slowly leaks in the off position. After discovering water all over the sink top and floor we called Maintenance on Monday morning and they said they would come out and fix it. Not sure if they came but it was still leaking. We were able to use all our towels to keep the floor somewhat dry. just thought you should be aware. Everything else was great. Thanks.

Great location and loved the close access to the gondola. Home was spacious and accommodated our two young children on the pull out couch well. The unit is a bit of a walk from the elevator, but it didn't bother us. We would definitely book again in the future.

Fraser Crossing 3517 was the perfect property for my husband and I’s long weekend getaway to Winter Park this summer. We slept great on the king sized bed and enjoyed time on the private balcony. We had great weather, allowing us to get many hikes in and explore the town! It’s in a fantastic location, just within walking distance to the Gondola and many shops and restaurants. Winter Park Lodging Company really helped make our stay memorable - their communication was great and they even left us a note and bottle wine. We can’t wait to come back every year for a weekend getaway!

We loved this condo! So close to the lifts it was great for our family. Perfect size for the three of us! Kitchen was good... Could use a few more skillets. Also a few light bulbs were out. Those are the only reasons for not rating excellent. Staff was very attentive and great to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

We love Winter Park and being right next to the resort is great. This is the second time we have stayed at Fraser Crossing unit 3517. This year the living room furniture was all new as well as the breakfast table. We loved the new look! It was beautiful. The unit is a little small for our family of 4 but it works. We love having a full kitchen to prepare meals. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but when you are tired it’s ok. We will definitely look to stay here again next year!

We had a wonderful stay in unit 3517. We arrived around 1:30 to Winter Park and were able to check in early at 2:30. We also had a very nice welcome gift waiting in the room. The Zephyr allowed us to leave our luggage with them while we walked around the village and had lunch. The room was very clean but a little small for our family of 4. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable for our 10 and 15 year old. The king bed was fine and the kitchen had what was needed to cook simple meals. You do need to buy everything because this condo did not have anything but a little salt and pepper. We loved the location and being right there by the slopes! This was a perfect vacation even with the uncomfortable sleeping. We will definitely be returning to Fraser Crossing!

Clean, comfortable room with great amenities. We don't ski but we did find many other activities to do. Snow Cat tour, great restaurants, tubing. We normally go up during the summer but this winter/spring time was also fun.

Stayed here with our two teenage sons for five nights over MLK weekend. I cannot fathom why a previous reviewer only gave this 2 stars. It was clean, up-to-date, with a full and well-stocked kitchen and cost us less than half of what some of the other condos are going for. The sleeper sofa was just fine for our teens. The master bed was extremely comfortable. There is barely any walk to lifts -- maybe 2-3 minutes tops??? The 'rickety' freezer fan that someone complained about is really the ice-maker, which we just turned off at night. I would definitely stay here again.

The reason it wasn,t an excellent rating was because of the parking. I was told that I needed to pay 15 dollars a day, which I did. As it turned out, I did not need to use the code to get in and out of the empty parking lot!! I look at the 80 I spent for parking as a complete waste of money. Maybe even a ripoff!!

Location was GREAT! Code access to building and suite was very convenient as were the Ski lockers. The room was clean, would have liked more then one towel per person but one towel per person worked. The only reason we would not return would be because both beds were thin and very uncomfortable. So much so, I chose the floor over the bed the last night, in hopes to get some sleep.

The properties were clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty of pillows and bedding for everyone. This is one of the best property management companies we have ever used for condo rental and will use again if staying in the area.

I like that place and have stayed several time. The building is very warm in the summer. For the next stay would it be possible for someone to put a fan in the room before we get there? We live in Denver and always end up there late on a Friday night and the room is to hot to sleep well on that first night? Thanks Dave

I took my 2 kids to WP for the weekend to enjoy the summer activities. This unit was the perfect size for us and is very nice and well-equipped. We rented bikes from Epic mountain sports which I would highly recommend. They were very nice and helpful and we had a great time. This unit is in the corner so the only issue we had was air flow. It was a bit warm so we had to keep the door open to get cool air into the unit. Other than that it was great.

The condo was a little tight for our group of 4, but we made it work. The pullout was surprisingly comfortable and the kitchen came equipped with a crockpot, so we could make homemade chili—the best meal to have after skiing and as we settled in to watch Sunday football. The giant hot tub on the shared deck was also a nice perk.

We had a great stay in Fraser Crossing 3517. It was wonderful to have so many hangers for our clothes and the accessibility to the village was wonderful! Everyone at WPLC was very courteous. A few things that would have been helpful: 1. Hand soap in the kitchen. 2. A couple more rolls of toilet paper. 3. A coin changer in the laundry area.

My husband, 2 grandsons, and I had a great weekend in Winter Park. Coming from Florida, they had never seen snow, so this was a real treat. The boys loved the Coca Cola tubing hill. They would race each other to see who could get down first. We also enjoyed Goody's, the Village Creperie. We all have a sweet tooth, so we would venture there daily to enjoy some fresh fudge. It did take a day or two to adjust to the altitude, but Winter Park Lodging Company gave some great tips to do so, when they called our first evening to see how our stay was going. They constantly offered top notch service during our stay.
