Roomy two bedroom with storage and huge porch! Walkable to ski slopes, gondola, and ski school. Two elevators and on same level as hot tub! Clean and comfy although carpeting showing tears and rips. Parking costs extra too but discount code helps. Would definitely rent again.

This unit is great & we are already planning to come back! You can’t beat the walkability to the base/lifts, closer than even some of the shuttles drop off. The unit is on the far side of the building but perfectly placed right near the stairs & on the same floor for the hot tub. Great views of the mountain from the large corner unit patio. We stayed with 4 adults, 2 kids & 1 baby and it was the perfect amount of space!

We enjoyed our stay at Fraser Crossing- it was walking distance to the park where we could eat, shop and enjoy all the amenities Winter Park has to offer. Great condo and location to Winter Park Village Gondola. Perfect for ski/bike vacation. Very convenient location to parking, no long haul for luggage/gear as it’s right at the stairwell. The hot tub is all just at the stairwell. Condo is across the street from the Village.
Very comfortable for 4-5 people.
Winter Park Lodging is super responsive to communication. We have stayed in this condo multiple times and with WPL many times for the ease and convenience. Highly recommend!

A comfy place to enjoy skiing at Winter Park. Exellent dining table so everyone has a seat together. Terrific patio spac which we couldn't enjoy due to all the snow we had....but would be fantastic for summer/fall visits! Trail access was very close and we loved having access to a heated garage too. Thanks!

Loved the great view for watching the snow fall! Patio was fantastic but not used much due to cold weather but still nice for extra quiet space. Loved that we could all sit at the table together....very nice! Beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Excellent texting feature to keep in touch in case we needed anything, we didn't. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group of 2 adults and 3 kids was completely satisfied with our stay. The host was highly responsive and accommodating. The location is terrific — it’s maybe a 2 minute walk to the gondola or the village. (Take a right out of the building for the shortest walk to the gondola.) The unit was clean and the living room was comfortable. The smart tv in the living room is a Samsung, which allows streaming or casting in addition to regular cable. The beds were also comfortable. We slept well after enjoying the daily powder!
The only (very minor) negative I can come up with about the accommodations is that the outdoor hot tub (which is more like a hot pool — it’s huge) is in the neighboring building. Tip: walk through the underground garage to avoid a cold walk outside. Floor P2 in your building (Frazer Crossing) connects to P1 in the other building (Founder’s Pointe).
Overall, we were all happy with our stay and would gladly stay in this property again.

Our stay at Frazier Crossing was very nice.The rooms and especially the large patio was great. The only complaint we had was, you only supplied us with one trash bag for a four day stay. We had to use Safeway bags. We'll be calling you next year to book a place. The parking on the property needs some updating. It was very frustrating getting in and out of the garage. I don't know why the change came, because we used to be able to drive up and the gate would go up. Suggestion, go back to the old way. Thank you, Pam

Location is ideal. Literally walk across the street and you are on the gondola. Very good price. For this location, especially for a last minute reservation. We had a great experience with our stay. The patio was great to hang out and we loved the layout for our two families to enjoy time together. We could not start the dishwasher but property manager came right away and got it working. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay at Fraser Crossing 3326 this summer was awesome. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to hang out and we definitely took advantage of the large private patio. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge plus. The staff at Winter park Lodging Company were so friendly and easy to communicate with, and provided use with a number of recommendations on what to do during our stay. It's in a great location, with many restaurants and shops right across the street and within walking distance. This would be the perfect location during the winter months, too - we plan on coming back!

Location and unit were great! Some weeds on the patio that should be taken care of but otherwise clean and had everything needed for a summer weekend out of the heat. Would love to rent again. Door code expired at 9am instead of 10am and had to call to get a new code to get remaining items so that should be addressed for the future visitors. Otherwise great weekend and loved the over communication from the Management Company.

Manager Comment: Lots of rain this summer, so those weeds are finding their way through. We've got the HOA working on those. Apologies for the door code issue, little software glitch that has been resolved. Come back to see us again soon.

Great location with a short walk to the Gondola. use of the red wagons to carry skis back and forth made a big help. great food options just a few steps away in WP Village if you don't want to cook in the condo. outdoor patio space was great to have with the 3 kids. having 3 humidifiers in the condo was helpful with the dryness.

The over sized patio is amazing! Cozy, cool 2 bedroom condo and it's in the perfect location for the Winter Park Resort. Space for everyone and easy access to the GIANT hot tub, right on the same level! We had a great time and hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was much nice and much bigger than other's I've stayed in for the same price point so it was an excellent value. It offered us all the space we needed and even had a HUGE patio that our 1 year old daughter was able to go play in the fluffy snow on. The property managers are super organized and made the check in/out process a breeze as you literally just walk in. We had an outstanding trip and will likely return to Winter Park and use this condo again

We had a wonderful stay at Winter Park Village. Long lines renting ski's was a bummer and a couple of days with the ice skating rink closed were slight bumps in the road but our place was great very convenient and ski days were wonderful. We also enjoyed tubing. The light parade and Santa were high's we always LOVE. We hope to do it again soon and maybe even try a Spring or Summer stay.

Very nice 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Winter Park. Great location within walking distance to some shops & restaurants and across the street from the shuttle pick up. Being on the east side of the street it was noisy with buses and traffic. The unit was nicely appointed and even had a small washer & dryer.

MANAGER'S RESPONSE... Great location to stay in the mountains and be so close to everything in the village. Maybe next time we could help you find a condo on a higher floor or facing a different direction to avoid the traffic noise. Glad to hear the washer and dryer were a bonus! This place was perfect for a couple families to getaway from the city for the weekend and enjoy the fresh mountain air and sunning views right from the oversized balcony. We loved our stay at this place. Second time at Fraser Crossing and we absolutely loved this unit! Had a huge balcony with an amazing view! The rooms were spacious - we had two families that stayed and it was plenty of room for all of us. Huge table for dining and the kitchen was stocked with seasonings etc. We will definitely be coming back here! Oh and the beds were comfy with soft sheets and down comforters, felt like home!

Honestly, THE BEST,cleanest condo in Winter Park!!!!! The views are unbelievable and the wrap around patio is so amazing. We definitely will return and hope this unit is available. Thanks for a great stay! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and convenient! We loved the heated parking, accessibility to the base!, and the view!! Closet full of family games and bunk beds!

Pros: (i) location is excellent with a 3-4 min walk over to Zephyr lift; (ii) indoor heated parking at reasonable rates and 1 min walk to garage from the unit; (iii) corner unit has a lot of windows and natural light and spacious outdoor patio with view of Lower Hughes run and base village; comfortable rooms with spacious living area and adequate bathrooms Areas to improve: (i) range is electric and with wear and tear and could use an update; (ii) washer and dryer in the unit is noisy and outdated and does not do large loads of laundry; (iii) TV could be larger for better entertainment viewing - movies etc. Manager Comments: Thanks for all of that. We will visit with the owner about range, w/d, and TV. We appreciate your comments Brian. Hope to host you again sometime.

Excellent all round, although the WiFi was not always accessible or sufficiently strong enough. Response from management: We are aware that the internet is a bit slow on occasion. The management company is trying to keep an eye on it and reset when it has overload issues. They are also trying to beef it up, but that may take some time. We appreciate you keeping us informed and hope we have it performing better for your next stay.

Fabulous place for our family of four and two dogs. Plenty of space, great patio, wonderful views. We had a very relaxing stay and would choose this place again. Our favorite place we've stayed so far in Winter Park.

We loved the location and the condo. The condo was in a wonderful location and very comfortable for our family of 5. No fighting over where the kids would sleep...three beds for them in the second bedroom worked wonders. The proximity to the hot tub was great too.

Everything was awesome, our condo had so much room and was perfect for us and our three teens. The patio was and perfect for hanging out with a cup of coffee and taking in the scenery. The garage parking was nice but I had difficulty parking as the spots seemed so small.

Fraser Crossing 3326 is the best unit at Fraser Crossing, Founder's Point and all of the resort area. The unit is much larger than the rest of units at FC & FP and so much bigger than any of the Zephyr units. It's also tucked away on the corner for privacy and it's on the same floor at the hot tub and grill. We plan on staying here in the future!

This condo was excellent for my family of 5 - the hot tub was just out the gate on the deck but this condo wasn't right next to the hot tub either, so we didn't get any of the noise. Only 2 flights up after a long day of skiing was also a plus. It is just a quick walk to the base of the Zephyr lift and Starbucks. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms great, and the kitchen well-appointed. We will definitely plan to come back!

Couldn't have picked a better rental for our family of 4 and our 2 pups. Very spacious, patio was wonderful, awesome views. Such a relaxing vacation and will stay here again.

This was our first visit to Winter Park and we'll most definitely be back. The condo was great and had everything we could need.. not to mention the perfect location. Winter Park Lodging also booked our rentals and they came to our condo and fitted us for boots and left the skis right next to the base lift with the tickets also being delivered to our room. We didn't find ourselves in one line! Best skiing experience of our lives.

There aren't enough positive words I can say about our stay here. WPLC provided excellent customer service and took all the stress of planning off of us. The one downfall.. no coffee the first morning because the maker was broken. When we got back from skiing there was a new pot and Starbucks gift card! We'll be back.

We highly recommend this unit to families. The kids loved the bunk beds and the games we found in the unit, the location was perfect, and the condo was very spacious. The customer service from Winter Park Lodging Company was outstanding- out of all the companies we have worked with, they were the most helpful and attentive. Our dishwasher was not working the evening we arrived (which was a bummer after dinner), but WPLC fixed the problem in a very timely matter.

The condo was exactly as described to us. It was great being able to people watch from the deck, which overlooked the pond and village! Being so close to the slopes allowed the more avid skiers to ski from first chair to last chair, while the beginners could come and go to the slopes as they pleased. The hot tub/amenity deck was conveniently located just a short walk away. Perfect spot and great trip!

We've stayed in this unit at least 5-6 times, in spring, summer, and fall. Obviously, we love it: the location (close to the Winter Park Village, quick access to downtown Winter Park, beautiful drive to Granby and Grand Lake), the amenities (fully-stocked kitchen, fireplace, spacious family room, very comfortable king bed in master, flatscreen w/cable TV, large bathrooms), the property itself (heated underground parking, huge private deck, direct access to Amenities Deck with hot tub, grills, and lounge chairs). It's always spotless and welcoming. We've stayed there with just two of us, as well as with eight family members, and it was great either way.

The condo was very comfortable and the whole family had a great time. The unit was bright, clean, and spacious. The location was great- just a very short walk to the slopes. Even though it cost a little extra, the heated underground parking was a plus.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We LOVED the amenity deck- we spent most of our evenings soaking in the huge hot tub. We also enjoyed the games provided in the unit- they provided some good family memories on our vacation. Winter Park Lodging Company was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect condo for a small family. Having the queen bed and set of bunks in one room was great—no fighting about where each kid would sleep. The unit was exactly as Winter Park lodging Company described. We were glad we purchased the underground parking—the free lot is a short gondola ride away, but too far in the cold for me!

Great first time family ski vacation! The condo was in a great location and was perfect for our family of 5. Winter Park Lodging Company made our vacation so easy. They were able to book all of our rentals and lift tickets for us. They even made great suggestions about lessons and set us up to be fitted for our rentals in our condo. This service made our first time skiing as stress free as possible—this is a fantastic service and we would highly recommend taking advantage of it. The kids loved the bunk beds and games that were left in the condo. More storage in the master would be nice. All in all, GREAT time!

We enjoyed our stay here--especially with our dog! We had an issue with the shower drain, but the maintenance crew at the lodging company took care of this right away and we didn't have any more issues with it after that. The maintenance guy was very friendly. Perfect size for a small family (we had 2 kids and 2 adults and were comfortable!).

We rented this unit and, wow! Being so close to the slopes was awesome! Everything you might need is near by and just a short walk away--perfect for the family. The EasySki service winter park lodging company provided made booking lift tickets, rentals and setting up lessons for the kids a breeze.

This will be our third year staying here for the summertime Crankworx event. We LOVE this condo and its location. The walk out from the patio to the 45 person hot tub is awesome! The condo is super nice, clean, spacious and just perfect for a group! The price for what you get is by far worth it. Walking distance to everything, perfect for Girls weekend!
