Loved proximity to the mountain, easy on and off. Very clean and kid friendly. Had some toys, books, and movies that my youngest appreciated. Property management was very responsive and helpful. Pack and play readily available. Would stay again!

This unit was great for our family of four. A nice layout with direct access to village area. No elevator ride required! Excellent storage for drying gear and racks. The managers make it very easy for checking in and are easy to communicate with. Great place!

We a great stay here! Loved having a full kitchen available and the access in/out of the condo was very quick/easy with our bikes. Management team was friendly and professional. Nice welcome gifts provided too. We hope to ride WP again and stay here!

We liked the close location on the ground floor to the lifts, and bunk beds for our 18-20 something kids. Kitchen has the basics and the master has a bath and shower which is great after a day on the slopes.

I stayed in this unit with my 25 year old son and his 3 good friends. They all said the bunk beds were excellent. The location of the unit, its furniture, appliances and amenities (fireplace, washer/dryer, furniture) were outstanding. This includes the common area jacuzzi, heated garage and bbq as well. We really had an outstanding stay and would stay again. My suggestions: 1). king mattress was very very soft, not sure if others feel this way but my suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress. 2). Living room tv - consider replacing with a modern “smart tv” - so that people can sign into their own Netflix/etc.. accounts to watch their own shows as well as being able to “cast” from their phones to the tv. Excellent location to Winter Park village and the gondola. Being on the ground floor was key to my booking. The interior of the condo was very clean but the exterior patio could use a power washing. I will definitely book this condo again.

Kids loved having their own bunk room and so did we! Terrific location for all the activities at the base area. Bummer the hot tub was/has been closed but we were able to utilize the other building's hot tub (which was larger anyhow). All in all a nice place to enjoy Winter Park.

This place had everything we needed for our family of 7. Walking distance to several eateries and activities. We loved being able to relax and share a few meals at the condo, and everything we needed was supplied. It was clean and cozy, and everyone slept well. WPLC was helpful and responded quickly when I needed questions answered. They also provided area activity guides and suggestions for us.

The location is amazing, literally across the street from the lift. The fact that the property also has an outdoor hot tub with showers and an underground heated parking garage is just icing on the cake. The management company was kind enough to let us check in early and access the hot tub after our checkout since we were heading home later in the evening. I honestly wouldn't bother looking anywhere else, this is the place!

This unit was great for our family of four. It has two sets of bunk beds for kids, so it would be great if you have more than two kids. It’s on the first floor so there are no stairs, and the entrance is straight to an outdoor hallway with easy access to the street and the village. The entrance to the unit includes ski holders and helmet rack. Great place!

We stayed at Fraser Crossing 3131 this summer and it couldn’t have been a better fit for us! We loved being so close to the Gondola which made biking so easy for me and my friends. We took full advantage of the shared common area, using the grills and hot tubs many of the nights we stayed there. We also really enjoyed taking the Gondola up for happy hour on the weekends and taking in some beautiful views. We did have a slight problem with our door code when we arrived, but Kara at Winter Park Lodging Company was quick to help and got us in right away. Our stay was amazing and we can’t wait to come back again to ski here!

Great location! It’s right across the street from the gondola. There are plenty of food/drink options at the bottom of the slopes, or it is just a 8 minute drive to the town area with more restaurants and shops. There is parking at the place, but you have to pay $16 per calendar day during ski season which is unfortunate. But probably worth it for the convenience.

One of the best ski-in ski-out places I’ve ever stayed at. Warm, cozy, full of amenities. Great for families with over 2 kids (the 4 bunk beds are amazing). Super well set up with skiing racks at the entry. And most importantly - you walk out and can get to the main gondola within 5 min. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Fraser's Crossing. Love having a downstairs unit with easy access to outside & the slopes. This unit is not as nicely decorated as others we have stayed in but it was a great location and everything functioned well. Liked having the full size washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook. We would stay in this unit again.

I considered giving an "above average" review because some of the instructions about door codes and whatnot weren't perfectly clear, but the helpfulness of the reps on the phone and by text put this location into "excellent." We'll use Winter Park Lodging company again because of that and because it was cheaper than booking the same place on AirBnB or VRBO. Also, the location and condo itself were perfect. Really short walk to the base area lifts (gondola, etc) and shops; newish, clean facilities; the condo was perfect. Lots of tv options, dvds, family games, toys for the little kids, clean throughout, comfortable accommodations. So many times you rent a place in these ski towns/villages and the place is a little dank and past its prime, but that's not the case here. We loved this place and will stay there again.

Upon first walking into our condo I noticed a personal note addressed to me welcoming me back and a bag of trail mix. The gesture was very appreciated and made us feel welcomed instantly! We found our condo very comfortable and well appointed. The only issue we had with the place was parking which has been discussed with management and Nationwide (the garage manager).

We had a great stay! The unit was totally clean, so comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the location was awesome and so convenient! Once we figured out where to park in the garage, it was SO easy to unload and load our cars with the direct parking access to the unit's front door. We also loved not needing to use the ski locker with the convenient ski racks within the unit, and the super easy walkup access. WP Lodging Company folks were awesome to work with. Really enjoyed our stay as the condo was wonderful. Loved having washer dryer in unit and such easy access to the slopes. Unit was updated and clean everything we expected. Only down side is that at 4 our code did not work. Calling office resulted in immediate resolution. When we asked for code to parking door we were denied which ment walking outside to get to hot tub. Later in week we were given code and this person had no idea why we weren't given code at check in. The playstation controllers were not charged and rhere was no code to charge them so we were unable to play the redbox we rented. Mgmt company said rhey would take care of the playstation problem but we did not hear from them for the remainder of our stay and the problem was never resolved. All in all a great experience with a couple of small frustrations.

We should have been able to obtain additional toilet paper. Parking was an issue. How about a flat rate not daily rate.

We try to make the step by step directions as simple as possible for our guests. I would be happy to share your parking suggestions with the Fraser Crossing/Founder's Pointe Homeowner's Association. We are open everyday from 8:00-7pm and have an after hours emergency phone on us daily. We would have been more than happy to deliver more toilet paper to you had we known about it during your stay. We thought that we were sacrificing by choosing to not stay "slope side" but the condo was so convenient and easy to get in and out of that we liked it better than the more expensive option we rented last year that was slope side. The unit was also very clean and modern. We had a fabulous time and loved all of the touches by the owners such as the Sony PS3 and the amazing new washer dryer.

I would have like to been given more information on ski rental location choices. We would not have gone to EPIC as it was somewhat a pain to drive back and forth and then haul all that gear to the lift area. I would have paid more to rent in the main village and utilize their storage. The money we saved at EPIC was offset by paying daily storage fees. The guys at EPIC were great. Hauling gear for two kids (under 10) my wife and myself sucks. Thanks for a great stay. We loved 3131 and the location. Adios.

MANAGER'S COMMENTS... We can definitely understand how difficult it can be to haul ski equipment around and we are so sorry it wasn't a great experience.  While we did have communication via email, I wish we had been able to chat with you prior to your arrival to learn convenience was a priority as well as price.

It met our expectations. Many condos we have stayed at were better stocked with things like sugar, ketchup etc. The wifi didn't work fir several days which resulted in a cost on my cell bill.

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...For health and safety reasons, we do pull all opened perishables after each stay.  I'll contact you offline about the cell bill. We hope you'll give us another chance to impress you better.

Mediocre accommodations for the price charged. No cleaning service at any time during the week was unacceptable for the price charged. Directions to specific unit were confusing. Proximity to mountain is a major plus. Disappointing that there is no common area to speak of at Fraser Crossing. Likely will not return.

Manager's Comments...Sorry to hear you didn't have the best stay ever. We aren't like a hotel, in that you have daily maid service. I'm sorry your travel agent who booked this for you didn't make you aware of this. Since you had a private entrance, you wouldn't have noticed the lobby, ski locker room, or the amenity deck that includes the hot tub and shared grills. This is also something your travel agent should have talked about with you. We will reach out to him to make sure he has the most up to date information. We are fact checking our directions, and will make corrections, so it will be easier for future guests to find the condo. We hope you'll reconsider and give us another try. We would love for you to have a stay where you say "Wow! That was awesome!"

Like most travellers the first time you go anywhere is a leap of faith and we rely on recommendations. We stayed at FC because of its location to the slopes and found ourselves in a well equipped apartment that was cosy, very clean and a rental company who were more than helpful! We would definitely return next year ! We have skied most of the boulder ski areas and consider Winter Park to be a hidden gem! Can't wait to return.

We always stay at Fraser Crossing and this condo didn't disappoint...close to lifts and ski school and kids loved the bunks! We'll be back!

Super easy access to the lifts, working wifi, beds were comfy, kitchen was nice and had cooking utensils. There are a few more fees like parking (separate company) and another weird fee on my bill but you don't get cheap with ski in/ ski out, the heated parking garage was actually nice. I will come here again.

I was just a little confused on the door number key pad when checking in, I thought I needed to go to the front desk and get a key. Other than that, great stay...I plan on coming back.

We needed to get away for the weekend and we picked the perfect place. This place was well appointed. It's location was directly across the street from the village. We were very pleased with this condo and would definitely come back. Also, the garage is literally right behind the unit, so you don't have to lug your things around or up and down an elevator (however, the key code to access the garage door did not accept our code, we just had our eleven year old run around through the lobby and open the door for us. We didn't drive much, so it wasn't a huge deal.)

In the summer, you just need to push the button on the kiosk to open the garage door. In the winter, we will provide guests with a QR code to enter and exit the garage. If you ever have trouble, just give us a call.
