Perfect for our family of 5. The condo was clean and comfortable. Location was nice to let our teens go snowboard while we hung out and watched movies. We loved the pool size hot tub. Property management checked in enough to let us know they were there if necessary.

We were so thrilled to be about the first folks to use the brand new hot tub for the building....very nice! This property is just right for 2 couples to enjoy Winter Park Resort. Very easy acess to everything and really clean. Very nice managers and easy communication. Highly recommend!

My wife and I brought our two kids (eight and four) on a ski holiday. It was our first visit to Winter Park and we were really happy with this place we found. The place is exactly as it looks online, and for family, the best feature is to have an in-unit washer-and-dryer. We rented a SUV and it's nice that the property has a garage so driving in and out was a breeze despite the winter storm. Location is fantastic as well - a short 5 mins work to the ski school or base. The host was friendly and responsive too. Check in/out was easy. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Great ski in/ski out location! Communication was wonderful throughout the week. Heated parking garage and private ski locker was nice. We could walk out the front door and across the street to hop on the gondola to start our ski day. Clean, great location and comfy beds. Had all the kitchen essentials to cook. We will definitely be back!

This location and room was perfect. Founders Pointe is now my preferred stay in Winter Park. Hosts are great!

This is a terrific option for staying right at the base of the resort. The kitchen isn't very large but definitely had all we needed and worked for what we needed. Loved having a soaker tub and private washer/dryer was great for us. The enormous hot tub for the building is fantastic too! We'll tell our friends and will be back ourselves. Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay. Sink drain was broken and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. Next day the toaster randomly broke and once again they fixed it immediately. Very responsive. Clean condo. Location great.

Great place to stay with our family- kitchen had everything we needed. Toiletries were starters but was more than enough for us 4 for 2 nights. Apartment was comfortable/ cozy all around-plenty of blankets and pillows.

Our family had a wonderful stay and we will be back! The unit is spacious and clean. The hosts are thoughtful. The bathtubs are huge, and the beds comfortable. We loved being able to just walk across the little bridge to the winter park base and just be right there for everything! Nothing but good things to say about our experience — we highly recommend it!

Our 2 bedroom was really nice with comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well stocked with necessities and kitchenware. Ski lockers, hot tub and underground parking were easy to use. You do receive lots of emails (condo, parking, lift tickets, ski rentals are all separate). So you need to be somewhat organized before arriving (underground parking needs a print out). Within walking distance to everything at resort (food, Starbucks, gondola, ice rink, shops). We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in this particular unit was great. The unit faced the hot tub which I felt is a positive so you could see # of people in it before deciding to go or not.
Deck had 4 chairs (not 2) which was nice as we needed 3.
Everything in the well stocked kitchen worked great. Having a washer/dryer was a game changer because due to flight delays from a work trip, I got home days late and arrived in Winter Park with a suitcase of only dirty clothing. Walkable to everything in the resort. Essentially, based on the specific location/view from condo/ deck/washer&dryer/kitchen, I would stay at this unit specifically every WP trip if I could.

We truly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer, and were quite pleased with our accommodations, the patio and the views from the patio and the location. Our only issue is that our QR code did not work to get in or out of the parking garage after multiple attempts and despite prompt communication with Winter Park Lodging Company, who also tried to give us a QR code on their end. Our stay might have had to have been extended since we couldn't get out of the parking garage, but we found some other guests who were able to use their QR code to allow us to leave.

We have super busy lives and stressful jobs this getaway was exactly what we needed. Beautiful space with an awesome view. There was so much space for my family, hot tub was awesome. We really felt at home. Private parking garage was nice. I would definitely come back here again.

Location, location, location. Out the front door, cross the street, and you are at WP base. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the gondola. The condo balcony had great views of the huge hot tub, villiage, and mountain. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo had large common area with kitchen, dining, and sitting. Well equipped kitchen. Three adults stayed at the condo, but one evening we hosted dinner for twelve. Would definitively stay there again.

Condo was fantastic! Clean, spacious for our family of 5, and close to village. Quiet at night, comfy beds and pillows. Love the modern, ski decor. Was a 3 minute walk to the gondola and red wagons located in village helped with carrying ski equipment back and forth. Rental company was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

The resort is a convenient and short walk (about a 5-7 minute walk to the Gemini lift). The management staff were proactive and easy to get in touch with. We found the condo to be comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

We had a great week of skiing in Winter Park and loved the convenience of this location. We were a short walk across the street from the gondola and lifts! It was awesome to have our own ski locker as well. Heated underground parking made it easy for us and our family to arrive and stay. Overall an awesome trip!

Super clean condo. Great Winter Park location with easy access to all the summer activities. Underground parking was a plus. Great golf courses in the area. Would definitely use again for a weekend get away.

Condo was very nice and clean. Being right across the street from winter park village made it convenient to get a drink or food and also made it easy to get back after a full day on the alpine slide and other activities. Would definitely recommend.

The location of this unit is perfect for walking to the lifts and to the village shops/restaurants. Management did a great job of communicating up to and during our stay. My only suggestion is that you pay close attention to the parking garage instructions, prior to arrival. You have to purchase the QR code separate from the reservation and make sure you have a printed copy in your vehicle. Management communicated all of this really well, but I didn’t do a good job of reading and being prepared :). I’d absolutely book this unit again!

Founders Pointe 4549 is our favorite condo in Winter Park! We've stayed here a few times before Winter Park Lodging Company took it over and we just adore the location, amenities and mountain views. It seems as if they've done some upgrades since we last stayed here including the bedding, it's divine! Book this place to ski, it's super close to the Resort, you can ski right home for lunch or if you forgot anything! The large hot tub on the amenity deck is key after skiing and we also used the grills quite a lot. We were a little confused on parking this trip, but were able to text with Kaitlyn at WPLCO and she guided us through it all. Overall, A+ condo.
