Base Village Loft 109

This loft was wonderful with easy ski-in / ski-out. Winter Park Lodging went way beyond what was expected to make our stay delightful. The communication was great and they were very responsive to any inquiry. I would certainly book throught them again - and in fact I did for next year.

The property was great and had everything we needed. It was incredibly convenient to get our rental gear and get to the lifts. Beds were comfortable, gas fireplace was nice, had all the kitchen equipment we needed. We had tons of options for food nearby and didn't need to leave the resort. The washer/dryer was very helpful and having the garage made parking a breeze. We rented a jeep grand Cherokee and it fit perfectly. We were visiting from Florida and had never been skiing so we wanted the experience to be easy and seamless and it was, we got to focus on learning to ski and our teens had a really great time. We'll definitely be back!

Impressive condo in Winter Park. Very close to everything and the added bonus of free parking in your own garage is unique and makes things easy. You're right in the thick of things in the village, yet it's quiet and private. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything anyone would need. The beds are very comfortable and they even had a humidifier for those of us that aren't used to the dryness of the Rockies. We will absolutely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay at loft 109! Our family (me, my wife and 3 teenage boys) really liked the apartment, plenty of space to gather or to have private time. We were concerned the garage was going to be too small but actually it was perfect for a big car like the Kia Telluride we rented. The resort is great for skiing, we had perfect weather, zero lines on the lifts - there is a short walk to get to and from the lifts with skis and boots but the resort provides wagons which are convenient. There is a Safeway supermarket 15 minutes away which we visited multiple times for groceries, cold medicine etc. We even saw a moose and her baby driving back from the groceries in two separate occasions! (in the forest right after the WinterPark Works building). Overall a fantsatic vacation in a perfect apartment!

We had a wonderful stay! The loft was perfect for our family of 5, with three teenage boys. Logistically the garage was super convenient for storage and the walk to the gondola was reasonable. Everything in the house was in very good condition and worked well. We were concerned the garage would be too small for our rental but it worked out perfectly for a Kia Telluride. Winter Park is a great skiing resort, we enjoyed perfect weather, zero lines at the lifts (we skied Monday through Wednesday), supermarket 15 minutes drive away; we even saw a moose with baby!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Incredibly comfortable beds, lovely decor, and super easy access to the base area of Winter Park. The hot tub access is great- it’s a very short walk. The kitchen is well equipped, and the hosts have thought of everything- outlets near each side of every bed for your chargers, ski hangers in the garage, boot trays, hangers for coats, etc. Best ski accommodations we’ve had in years of staying at resorts!

Very clean and well maintained property. We really liked the floor plan and functionality of it. It is very spacious so you don't feel like you are staying in condo, rather one big house. Private garage is also nice for feeling secure and easy loading, especially when it was snowing outside. We love to come back again.

Unit 109 accommodations were very nice. Set up was perfect for us. Only 2 issues; (1) Could not operate DVD as instructions incorrect (with huge DVD library available) and (2) Dishwasher not the greatest and needed to prewash most items. Would rent it again.

Wonderful stay for our family! We've loved our previous stays in Zephyr Lodge, but we've outgrown the 2 bedroom and were looking for a little more space, but still the convenience of staying right at base. Base Village Loft 109 was the perfect solution! Plenty of space yet still just a small walk to the Gondola and our skis. The loft was clean and had everything we needed. My only negative would be the distance to the shared hot tub, but it didn't stop us from using it several times during our stay. Highly recommend this rental!

Awesome place!
Fully equipped with everything we needed.
Plenty of comfortable bedding and seating for 8 adults.
Not true ski in ski out - but an easy walk to gondola. Like that winter park had ski storage close to lifts.
Hot tub was in another building, but easy walk.
Master had a GIANT tub- served as a great alternative to walking to the hot tub 🙌🏻

Base loft 109 is the perfect place to stay. Everything you could possibly need was available in the unit plus the location is amazing. You can walk to shops, restaurants and the lifts. Can’t say enough good things about the unit and Winter Park Lodging. We will be back!

We loved being right at the base. My family of 8 had plenty of space and comfortable bedding for all. We enjoyed family style meals in the full kitchen and had fun skiing some part-days as it was easy to head right in when we got tired to refuel. Even our own garage to keep the car clean and warm. Would highly recommend and hope to come back!

This was a great trip! So fun to be there just before the holidays and so close to it all. Easy check in and out. Great floor plan for our elders but everyone still had good space in their rooms to hang out. Would love to come back!

Loved it! Great garage, easy layout and everything on one level which was great for the grandparents. Just jump downstairs for excellent dining options.....we had a terrific time. We'll be back!

This is our 5th year staying at various Base Village Lofts, all through WPLC, and we can't wait for the 6th next year! The staff consistently go above and beyond to make it a fantastic experience (discounts on rentals, help with reservations, packages delivered directly to loft, etc) and the lofts themselves are all individual and incredible! Such an awesome "Western Glam" feel to this property. We all loved it!  It's in the greatest location to access everything at the Resort.....especially Goodies and Back Bowl Soup Co....our new MUST GO spots! Having the garage was such a luxury. We all enjoyed it very much and all the folks at the Lodging Company were so proactive about getting us info we needed and making sure all was well. We'll be back and thank you all so much!

Being from Texas, we absolutely loved the feel of this place! This was our first time to Winter Park, and we really enjoyed the proximity of Base Village Loft 109 to skiing, as well as to restaurants at the base. It was also easy to get into town for other fun things, so all in all we were very happy with this little cozy condo. After we thaw out back home, we will definitely be back!

My family and I usually stay in hotels, but this time we wanted to all stay together. We found this condo online and we were immediately impressed. Three bedrooms, private garage, and it's all located right above the activities at the Winter Park Resort. It was the perfect fit! We were also pleased with the service we received from the Management Company. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Great location. The property was very clean and comfortable for a group of our size (7 adults). We really liked that everything was all on one floor. No stairs after skiing was GREAT! We hope to be back soon.

Our whole family (6) had a really wonderful time at Winterpark. The Loft where we stayed had every amenity we could ask for and the Custom Delivery for boots, skis, etc. was the first time we experienced that service. With three kids, it was a great idea and cut down on the stress of getting everyone equipped. The fireplace was lovely. My 9 year old grandson would turn it on, pull up a cushion and stretch out in front if it at every opportunity. He looked like a cat in the sun! Everything was spotlessly clean and the washer and dryer was so helpful with three kids. We all had a great time. Thank you so much for your help with planning this wonderful vacation for our family. Everything from the minute we booked the condo was great. The management company called us before our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed to check in. One of the humidifiers was broken when we arrived but they had a new replacement delivered within the hour. The property is beautiful and close to everything you could need.
