Founders Pointe 4354

Winter Park is a 10/10 for ski vacations and nothing beats a convient ski-in ski-out. Location was great for my family of 5 and there was plenty of room for sleeping and chilling with my 3 tween/teenage boys. Host was helpful and quick to respond with any communication. Would stay here again, for sure!

Winter Park Lodging Company was VERY responsive to all needs/questions. Condo had been beautifully renovated. Our adult children who stayed there were very pleased with everything. Loved the large hot tub.

This condo is right across the street from the Winter Park ski area and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable two bedroom two bath.Management customer service was outstanding. Quick easy contact by phone when encountering access issues. Would stay here again!

Wow oh wow did we love our stay at Winter Park Resort via Winter Park Lodging Company. Founders Pointe proved to be even better than we could have imagined. The proximity to the resort was everything we desired and then some. We didn't even get into our vehicle again until three days into our vacation and when we left our condominium, we found we missed it. Our trip was centered around hiking and then pure relaxation and restoration and we got to do both. Our days were marked by gondola rides, hikes, mini golf, a brewskie, and snoozes. Our nights features more of the same and some tub time in the community's oversized and glorious hot tub with views of the mountains, gondola, and alpine slide (we didn't partake but what fun to watch!). The condo was well equipped with cooking utensils, laundry, hair dryer (v important to me), and coffee and tea. Parking was also included with our stay. We look forward to returning ideally annually but maybe more!

This was a great condo for our two tight-knit families, with a 6 and 2.5 year old. It was very modern and a great location at the base of Winter Park village. The kitchen was well-stocked, including crockpots! Not a lot of closet or storage space in the kitchen but overall a great spot!

Perfect location, walkable to the village and gondola. Hosts very responsive, it does cost to park onsite but there’s a free lot (lot G) nearby you can shuttle to.

This property is terrific and just as advertised! Very clean and in great condition for a rental property.  Recently updated throughout compared to where we've stayed before in that building.  It is a quick walk to the main gondola at the base. We were just disapointed that the hot tubs were not yet completed but the managers did convey to us and came up with best alternative for us. Will definitely come back again to use the amazing new tub!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our avid skiers liked the convenience of garage parking and ski lockers. We were minutes away from ski lifts and near shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend this location in Winter Park!

What a great location and I cant wait to come back here during snow season. The condo is right across the street from the main village/gondola and it was perfect for our group of six to access the activities and restaurants of Winter Park. Our unit was comfortable, clean and relaxing. We just felt that the condo was well laid out so that we were never on top of each other or in each other's way. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we have any questions.
Just a heads up that cell phone reception at the base of Winter Park isn't the best. All of us noticed that we were only able to make and receive phone calls but text messaging and data was pretty difficult until we got on wifi (or got to the top of the mountain since there's a cell tower up there). Might be good to have all your reservation information handy before arriving at Winter Park.

What a lovely condo! Fresh and bright and quite roomy as well. We were sad not to have the hot tub or grills to use but knew that going in as were contacting just after booking (we missed the notes in the listing). Must return to use them when all completed as it appears it will be fantastic! Many thanks to the lodging team for helping us find this gem. We'll be returning....

Winter Park in the summer was not our first choice, but it was the best one by far! Long story short, wildfires. When we checked in we had the most amazing welcome gift! It made our whole trip to know that you are not just staying in a place but with a team of people that care about their patrons. After our excitement from the awesome goodies, we oh and ahh'ed of how beautiful the place is. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are luxurious, kitchen was beautiful, dining room and living room made us feel at home. The location is near perfect! We dined at several restaurants on the resort and we were so impressed. Lots to do for our entire family, which is a concern with a child with special needs. It's was a hit, and requested we revisit again! Thanks to the great team at Winter Park Lodging you guys are excellent!

This was our first stay at Winter Park and we were all very happy with the condo. The living area was a great place to relax after skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was an easy walk to the gondola. We would stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was well appointed and SUPER close to the slopes. The shared hot tub and grills were an awesome feature that we used nearly every day we were there.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The location is great, ski lockers are on the first floor, and a 5 to 7 minute walk to the gondola. If you have little kids, winter park has red wagons that you can use to pull them and/or their ski gear. The room itself was excellent, extremely clean. Lots of bedding and sheets. The pullout sofa bed was good, bed mattresses and comforters were excellent. Lots of towels, including specific towels for the hot tub. Hot tub is huge and excellent. I can't ever see it getting overcrowded, it serves two buildings, but is quite large Parking was extremely easy communication from the host was great, received several texts from them. Very responsive. All entry into the building and into the rooms is via keypad so extremely easy and reliable. Really one of the best places that we've stayed as a family, counting several of the Colorado resorts.

great space with a cozy gas fireplace, big kitchen and living space, plus 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
on the same floor as the hot tub - no dripping cold in the elevator!
gear locker is well located and the lifts are pretty much across the street.

I spent a few days here this Fall with my daughter and will definitely stay at Founders Pointe 4354 again! You really don’t need to drive anywhere as everything is pretty close at the base area. All shops and restaurants are walking distance. The condo was spacious, impeccably clean, and quiet. Perfect location and great price. Beds and sofa are comfortable. You get one parking spot and we were able to park directly under the condo. So happy we found this place and it will be perfect for ski season!
